Cameron Herold gathers 65 COOs to share what they get from the COO Alliance. They describe isolation in senior roles, the value of small-group problem-solving, and access to a global support network of peers.
The biggest thing I get out of COO alliance and the events is idea generation and problem solving around issues that I'm having at the business and helping other people as well.
I am just floored at the past three days from arrival. The attention to detail with each event has just been phenomenal. The connections there's 65 of us here but there's so many opportunities where we're in pairs of two to four where we're able to deeply connect understand each other more. We're bringing ideas and solutions together. Being a COO
or chief of staff like I am it could be a very lonely world and position to be in and it's wonderful to have this resource globally that you could reach out to for that support.
You should come and you should be a member because the network is vastly different. There's tons of varieties of people on all of their problems on all different levels from from CEO to COO to management. It's just amazing.
