Your coach, you're going to get way more than the actual equated value of what you're investing. So let's say as an example, my coaching clients pay me $96,000 a year to coach them. For that. They get a 90 minute call with me monthly, one on one, and then they also get a group call with me and my other clients every month as well. Now you could sit down and say, well, that's 50, $300 an hour. How are they going to get value from that? The reality is they often get 10 to 100 times that value on every single call. Right? On a 90 minute call, I'm easily able to help them save or make $50,000 in their company. So one of the questions I'm always asked is, I need a coach. Where am I going to find a CEO coach? Well, before you even ask that question of where are you going to find a CEO coach, the real question is what are you looking for in a CEO coach? So really it's up to you to identify maybe the top five areas of business that you want to get better in, perhaps the top five areas personally that you want to get better in. And then how do you identify a coach that's actually really good in those things? It's almost like an athlete who is, let's say training for the Olympics. Do you want an athlete who is your fitness coach or do you want to get a coach who's your mindset coach? A nutrition coach? Perhaps they work with you on the performance, maybe they work with you on psychology. So there's so many different areas of coaching that you could be getting coached in. To go out and say, where do I get a business coach? Or where do I seek a CEO coach? You're completely missing the point. And then the other thing is to remember is your coach, you're going to get way more than the actual equated value of what you're investing. So let's say as an example, my coaching clients pay me $96,000 a year to coach them for that. They get a 90 minute call with me monthly, one on one, and then they also get a group call with me and my other clients every month as well. Now you could sit down and say, well, that's fifty three hundred dollars an hour. How are they going to get value from that? The reality is they often get 10 to 100 times that value on every single call. Right? On a 90 minute call, I'm easily able to help them save or make $50,000 in their company. My average coaching client does around $40 million a year. So when I help them fire three people, that might save them $200,000 a year, I've already doubled my investment or their investment in me as a coach. So think about that as well. When you're thinking about the kind of coach you're looking for and the amount of money that you're investing is, what's the payback going to be for you in your company or in your life?
