Of all the people on the management and leadership team, who do we really look at as that yin and yang of everybody else? That's. That's what I would call it. Right? So if you're a smaller company, maybe you've got eight employees total in the company. When everybody looks around the room, who else besides the entrepreneur are we looking to? That's kind of the second in command, right? When you've got five managers in place, who would the most important manager in the room be?
