A lot of the organizations in D.C. have a COO, and part of that number one is, you know, succession. In this world today, we never know what's going to happen. So many things could happen, go wrong. Something could happen to somebody. If you don't have a number two in place and something that happens, you're going to struggle. The organization will struggle. When you over rely on one person, it could cause incredible dissension and problems when that that person is not available no more. So it's part of the other reason too. My CEO wanted to see a COO position created.
