So I was recently asked why I started the OP Spot when we already had the CO alliance up and going. A couple of key things to know here. Number one, I actually co founded the Op Spot with John Ali. Donna and I were sitting in Sedona chatting with each other. She has been an expert in the operations space for a long time. I've been in the operations space for a long time, you know, not only running the CO alliance and running the Second in Command podcast and having been a second in command and then she has been running Spyglass Operators group and training up and coming operations people. And what we recognized was there's really no online community or really mastermind community at all for the people that work in operations. So for operations managers, VPs of operations, directors of operations, the CEO alliance is doing a great job at scaling up and having a community for the true second in command. Typically, you know, our average members are around the 40 million mark, but it's 5 million or greater just to get in. But we only allow one member from every company to get in. Right? It's truly the second in command, that COO person. But there was nowhere for all the people that are in operations, a work for the coo, for their community, a place for them to connect, a place for them to spend time with each other, a place for them to uplevel their skills, a place for them to share resources. So we created a community called the Op Spot Founders. Pricing right now is around 249 bucks a year. So it's a rounding error in terms of how the investment is. So a lot of companies are putting in 4, 5, 6 of their operations peoples into this. But the key thing to remember is the more that you grow your people, the more that they grow the business for you. So the OP Spot community really is a price that the company should be paying for the operations people to get in. But we've also got a lot of operations people are just cutting the check for themselves because they know for the $250 founders price, they're going to get a year of upleveling their skills, making sure that they're stronger in their roles, making sure that their company loves them even more than they already do. So it's a great community for them. And for that purpose, strongly, strongly encourage all of you as entrepreneurs to check out theopspot.com and make sure that you get as many of the people that work for you and oper operations roles, whether that's leading people, managing people, or if they have, you know, titles like director of Operations, Manager of Operations, VP Ops, Etc. It is not for the COO, right? COOs go to the COO Alliance. Entrepreneurs go to, you know, EO and YPO and GoBundance and Vistage and Genius Network strategic coach, etc. But people in operations should be joining the OPSWAT.
