Hi, I'm John Webull and I'm from Mailings Unlimited. And I have joined the COO alliance recently. Actually joined during the pandemic when the meetings were 100% virtual. And I joined because I wanted to be able to network with other COOs to see what sort of solutions they have to the problems that I have. I'm a coo, but in my company, it might not be like a traditional coo. We're a very flat organization and we're a manufacturer and we've had the same people for a very long time and a small customer base, so that gives us a lot of volume. It's a very successful company. But the ways that you would run a larger company with more clients and staff, I'm really not that skilled at. So what's great at the COO alliance is that there's companies of all different sizes and industries. And what I found in the meetings is the breakout groups is where the gold really lies, where somebody's experience really can help you in your organization. Right here we're at the Royal Palms in Phoenix, and this is the first in person event that I've been to for the COO Alliance. And it's just so special because these people that we've seen on screens for month after month, we now get to see in person and smile and enjoy each other's company in addition to being able to learn from each other. So it's day one of two days, and I'm just looking forward to just another wonderful afternoon, another day of getting to know more of my fellow COO alliance members and see where we can go from here.
