Hi, I'm Matt Wool. I'm the general manager of Acceleration Partners. I joined the COO alliance because as the second in command at my company, I wasn't able to find a lot of folks that are doing what I'm doing, seeing the challenges that I see every day, who I could sit down and talk with and learn from. So Cam Herald's built an organization that brings together a lot of people from different companies, but they're all facing very similar challenges. And I really love being able to sit and chat with them and learn from them every day that I'm here. So that's what I love about COO Alliance. Yeah, there are a couple firms that are in the same space as us that we've been able to kind of get more into specifics of industry and more tactical that way. And then there are others who are totally different businesses but have done things in ways that are still transferable. So that's a really helpful. Sure. So we've worked with Cam as a coach for about a year now in addition to the COO alliance, and what he's been able to do in both places is understand the unique challenges of our business and pull from his very deep toolbox to apply the right tactics for what we need. You know, not everything's going to work for every company, and he's not trying to push things that aren't going to fit. So. So he's flexible, but he's got a wide range of tactics that he can pull from and apply the right ones for the business. So we've begun to really scale our hiring much more effectively, which was a pain point for us. We've gotten a lot more aggressive with some of the marketing and sales tactics that we've been undertaking. Cam's a big believer in really driving efficiency and coming up with out of the box solutions to problems. And so there were a lot of things that we said, you know what, we're hitting walls. We can or won't do it. And he's been able to help us think through why that really is and come up with solutions that have really worked. I think the COO alliance could really be a really significant organization. There's EO and YPO and those kinds of organizations for entrepreneurs that have gotten really big. And obviously entrepreneurs need all the support they can get. But I think there's. For every entrepreneur out there, there's likely a number two that needs the same support. So I think there's a ton of potential for the alliance and I'm excited to be in on the ground floor and trying to help build kind of what it looks like as it grows. I mean, as the founder of our company, he's kind of classic entrepreneur, and he's in lots of entrepreneurial organizations. He was bringing back ideas all the time and meeting all these great people, building great relationships. As I thought about that, there was just kind of nowhere that I could go for that same experience. So that's what I'm looking for from the alliance and what it's been delivering. So, yeah, so with the COO alliance, I've really found people that are facing the same challenges I am and where I can find really camaraderie colleagues that I can call when I have a problem who are going to understand what I'm dealing with and how I'm approaching it. And I think that will really benefit me personally. And also our business, as we keep growing, excited to be bringing back that. It won't just be our CEO or managing director bringing back all these great ideas from his organizations that I can come back with a lot of great stuff that I've learned that I think will be really new and beneficial to the company.
