Was watching a TV show yesterday and one of the lines was relationships run the world. And it's true. And the reason why I say that is because when you're in that specific day to day, right, with the CEO and the CEO, you're, you're basically like best friends. You have to be. If you're not best friends, it's probably not a right environment for you because you just be spending a lot of time with each other and the CEO is going to be relying on the CEO. CEO is going to be relying on the CEO. So they have to have a established trust. That's probably the most best advice that I can give, right? Establish that trust and then secondarily also just build that relationship. Don't also build it strictly internally at the office, but spend some time with that individual outside of the office as well. Get to know them on a personal level. At the end of the day, you're not valued by who you are at the office. You're valued by your character and your personality. And so if you can show that person an individual and vice versa, that's how you're going to build a successful company.
