Why Tim Duffany from M Duffany Builders, Chose COO Alliance

My name is Tim Duffeney. I'm with M. Duffhany Builders and joined the CO alliance about two years ago. I came across the CEO alliance through a podcast. I was really looking for more tools. I was in a new role and just trying to up my game and looking for resources that could help me succeed in my position. So after I don't know how many episodes of the Second to Command podcast I listened to, reached out and inquired and joined the CO Alliance. It's been a phenomenal experience. I just continue to go down different growth paths. I think really no matter where you're at in your life cycle and your role in a second command position, there's really a lot of benefit here. Really kind of every event, every interaction just kind of brings you a different place and finding new resources and tools to again just bringing to the next level. So super thankful for this group, this tribe of people that really helps me to complete my skill set and figure out and navigate my next challenge. So super happy and thankful to be a member.
