Hi, my name is Yoni Kozminski, co founder at Multiply Me, Escala and Southcoal, and we have been members of the CEO alliance for well over a year now. And the value I've gotten from some of the relationships that I've been able to make even sitting outside of it, because I'm not the coo, have been really revolutionary and highly valuable to my personal professional growth and development. I'd say from the standpoint of a structures and just having someone there who facilitates the need for that second in command, that coo, it's been instrumental in our growth and the network, the experience, everything about it has been great.
