The reason you need to take more time off is first off, you're never going to get caught up. You're never going to get it all done, you're never going to get that to do list accomplished. You're going to end up adding more projects, buying other companies, spinning off a division, growing the business, and you'll never really catch up. You need to actually take time off so that you can recharge your battery. And if we're always pushing, we're always driving forward toward those next goals, we're never actually recharging our battery. You'll never find a single professional athlete who works 40 hours, 50 hours, 60 hours a week in their actual sport performing. They're cross training, they're practicing, they're recharging their batteries, they're taking time off, they're working in their area of genius, maybe six to eight hours a week, but then they're working around their business and in other areas of it or in their life. The rest of the time, take time off to recharge, to refresh, and to stay balanced so that when you need to perform, you can be on 100%.
