There comes a point in every company's growth where you need to hire a second in command. The reason you need to do that is to really leverage up the time of the entrepreneur or the CEO. But first off, before you actually hire the second in command, hire an executive assistant. If you don't have an executive assistant, you are one. And often an entrepreneur makes a big critical mistake. They hire the second in command first and they end up spending a lot of money before they need to.
