In this video, I'm going to share with you three businesses that you can start with no money that I've tested and have made me a lot of money. I know they work because I use them to make a lot of money and they got me to this point. So if you're early in your journey, this can fast track your road to success and help you get to the point where I am now. The first strategy that made me a lot of money is flipping websites. I still love this business model and. And if I lost everything and had nothing to do, I would strongly consider going back and making this my sole focus because the numbers are really exciting. I loved to buy content sites. Content sites that had a lot of blog content, a lot of articles, but were only monetizing their traffic with ads, specifically Google Ads. This is the worst way to monetize a website. There's much more profitable ways to monetize the traffic that is coming to a blog or an information site. So what I did is I bought these content sites and then I would build email lists and I would sell affiliate products on those websites. So you would look for a website to buy on Flippa.com or my favorite way was to reach out to sites in specific niche markets. And I would just reach out and say, hey, my name's Ryan. I'm looking to buy a site in your space. Have you ever considered selling, selling your site? If so, I would love to talk numbers with you. That was an easy way to start a conversation and at least see if the person was open to selling. Here's where the magic was. In the second email, I would say, I usually value websites at two times the profit. Where does that put us? That was a beautiful way to start the negotiation because I would know that if they're just monetizing through advertising, they then they probably weren't making that much money. So it would always bring down the first number that we talked about in the negotiation. And it gave me the upper hand in buying those websites. If I bought the website, then I would look at the pages that were getting the most traffic and I would start building email lists and looking at other affiliate products that I could sell on that site. And also I would set up an account on semrush.com which will show you all the keywords that a website's ranking for and where you have an opportunity to get additional rankings. And those were the pages that I would start focusing on. So if I had a lot of pages that were ranking about fat loss, I would have my writing team, write more articles about fat loss, and then it would boost the overall traffic that I was getting for those search terms. And so what would I do with that? Build a bigger email list, write follow up sequences, and sell more affiliate products. Within about 90 to 120 days, I could often boost the value and the profit of the website. And then I could either flip it for more money or I could sit on it for sort of passive income. So if you look for high traffic sites that are ranking for organic search terms and are only monetizing themselves with advertising, it's a great way to get your foot in the door in any niche market that you want to make profit from. The second business model that I used to do that made me a lot of money is building review sites. I made my first hundred k a year by building review sites. And what that means is I would review products that people were considering buying and I would put my affiliate link in the review and then I would get it to rank for the search term of that product and that product review. This crushed it. I had tiny little sites making thousands of dollars a month in pretty much passive income. You can do this in any niche. You can do it in fat loss or make money online or real estate investing. Just choose an industry that you're genuinely curious about so you have interest in the products that are being sold. So if you look at the information products, the physical products, even the agencies that are relevant in that space and you do a review of them, an honest review where you record yourself calling their customer service and you talk about what happened when you bought it, and you do a video of the members area for the digital product where you show the results that you personally are getting from trying out this product. It's a really fun way to build an audience and to build expertise in the space. And it pays you along the way because the people who find your content are thinking about buying something and they're very likely to convert. So it builds audience, it builds authority, it also builds your relationships in the space and it creates profit very quickly. So building review sites is a great way to get your foot in the door in any industry and make really decent money while having fun doing it. And the third strategy that I used to do made me a lot of money and you're welcome to steal it, is email writing as a service, basically being a paid copywriter that specifies in email marketing. The reason I love this is because there are tons of businesses out there with big email lists, sometimes customer lists, that they are not emailing or not following proper, profitable strategies that are really easy to do and easy to learn. Email copywriting is not a ninja science. My emails are very basic. They just follow basic templates. In fact, I share my templates with my members inside the 1% and I say these swipe files have made me well over $1 million. Feel free to steal them and use them in your business. And when people use them, they get tons of sales. People say that they have record days as a result of just using my swipe files, which aren't anything special. They just follow a very logical sequence. And there's a bunch of people who teach this stuff. Andre Chaperone is really great, Ian Stanley is fantastic and my mentor Travis Sego is great. Teaches a lot of people not only how to write effective emails, but how to find clients that are willing to pay you really ridiculous sums to just run these strategies. One of the things that Travis teaches that is really smart is to license your emails or to create a royalty agreement with the people who are paying you for emails. So instead of charging $500 an email, which you can totally do, you could say I just want 5% of the sales that I generate. And knowing that if you find the right client, you're going to be able to produce an additional 100,000 to $200,000 a month, you could be taking home a pretty passive 5k to 10k per month per client. So if you focus on a specific niche and you have strategies and templates that make it easy for you, you can go out to the businesses that have customer lists and email lists that aren't being properly monetized and provide a huge amount of value for them to just by knowing what buttons to push and you'll be paid handsomely in the process. Once you get your foot in the door in a space by having an audience, an authority, and a sizable email list, you're in business and you can be taken seriously. And any of these three ways to build a business is a good foot in the door. Once again, I don't do any of these anymore because my career has advanced past this point. So you're welcome to steal these if you decide to go down this road.
