A CEO or an owner or a founder is really like a great basketball coach. All I really need to do is coach at this point. Like the push, the push was 1.2.0. Is being the best coach I can and then creating the A team. They need to know what's the game? How do I win? But why do I want to win? By what? Why do I want to win? Is usually a mission or a social thing, but it's also why do I want to win? Needs to throw it into their own success. How am I going to get bonus? Am I going to get promoted? So I'm doing a lot of these days, a lot of thoughts into how do I make sure that when we hit a metric, like my next metrics is right now, in the next real estate cycle, to get to 10,000 apartment units in the next 36 months, that's a lot of money. It's going to take, you know, a lot of fundraising. That's almost like $500 million of fundraising that I need to do that. When we hit that number, what it's going to mean to my team, making sure that they get to taste and share not only in the mission and the joy of what that can bring for community, what that can mean for Veritas, the nonprofit, what does it actually mean for them?
