build this machine and hit $100k/month in 12 months

Ryan Daniel Moran shows how to scale a single product to $100k monthly revenue in 12 months with 20% month-over-month growth. The system requires a $10k launch, 100 reviews, then builds a compounding sales engine through traffic, community, email, and strategic outreach. He walks through the 12-month roadmap and warns against common mistakes like premature scaling and over-productization.

What's up, fuckers? Today I'm going to show you how to get to $100,000 a month in 12 months. Come with me. Okay, so $100,000 a month might sound like a lot to some of you, might even seem unbelievable, but this is exactly how I took this brand right here from $9,000 a month to over $100,000 a month in sales. And it's not just me. I have done this multiple times, but I have helped hundreds of students do this, like Sealed Wellness. This started in January of 2025, and by the end of the year was doing over $100,000 a month. It also is how Ty went from launch to knocking on the door of a million-dollar business, how my buddy Iric launched a brand new business and took it over a million dollars a year in 12 months, and how Alina went from nothing to $150,000 a month business. I could go on and on with these examples, but let me just show you how it works. The goal is $100,000 a month in sales, and we do that without going viral, or spending a bunch of money on ads. We do it by building what I call a compounding sales engine. So, a compounding sales engine. It is a system that we build in order to take a business to $100,000 a month. Whoa! Floating camera. I just wrecked so hard. Since you're so smart, I'm going to ask you a math question. If I'm at $10,000 a month and I want to get to $100,000 a month in 12 months, How fast do I need to grow every single month in order to have a million-dollar business? What is it, Alex? I think 10 times, 10 times, 10 times 10K. So what do you need to grow every single month? $10,000 a month. The answer is if you're at $10,000 a month and you grow by 20% per month, you're going to be at about $100,000 a month in 12 months. So what this means is that at the beginning, it's just kind of climbing up and then it becomes an exponential curve towards the end to hit the $100K. So we don't need to solve the problem of going to $10K to $100K. The real question is how do we build an engine that grows 20% per month? And if we just stick to that plan over 12 months, we're gonna get to $100,000 a month. So a compounding sales system is something that we install into the business to get it from zero all the way to $100,000 a month in 12 months. Here's what most people do when they're trying to accomplish this goal. They have a launch and they do like $10,000 in sales. At $10,000, you're in the game, you're in business. And if you haven't hit that milestone yet, go watch the video on doing a $10,000 launch, 'cause that's our milestone for getting a product into the game. Now what most people do at this point is they're like, okay, I had $10,000 and now my sales are down 'cause I'm not launching anymore. So, let me try some like random strategy and it works a little bit. But then I get frustrated. So, I start a new strategy over here. And they try this for a little bit. And then they're like, "Well, none of these strategies are working. So, let me just launch another product and make another $10K." And now I got 2 products that aren't selling consistently. And I'm trying all these strategies. And a year goes by and I've got 2 to 3 products with all of this money tied up in inventory. And nothing's selling, and then they give up. But if they were to change the approach in this same amount of time, we could have a compounding sales engine that is getting us to $100,000 a month. Let me show you a couple examples. When you look at Tesla now, you see the Model 3 and you see the Cybertruck, and now they're doing semis and robots and stuff. But it started with this car. They had the Roadster first, but this was really what put Tesla on the map. And when I bought this, it was a $170,000 car. It was my gift to myself when I sold my company in 2017. When they launched this car, they had to build marketing and buzz, and they had to get really good customer service and build the entire infrastructure around distributing one product. They could not handle launching the Model 3 and the Cybertruck and all of this other stuff. They had to put all of their focus on getting one high-margin product to sell, and then they had the funding to go do everything else. Now you're not Elon Musk. You're not going to build a trillion-dollar company, but the same strategy applies. If we put all of our attention into promoting the Model S, the first product that's going to fund everything else, then our focus is on building one system that is going to grow in sales month over month, year over year. And then we've got the firepower to be able to launch additional products. And that's what will build a multimillion-dollar company. You're drinking this early in the morning, dude? What is wrong with you? Oh, the diary I would have if I drank this. Now let me share with you what not to do. This is Brian Johnson's olive oil, and I actually love this product. I use it most days. Best olive oil I've ever had. But Brian Johnson has publicly said that his supplement company, his food company, doesn't actually do that well. This is a guy who sold Venmo for $600 or $800 million. Now he's got his attention on a food brand, on selling olive oil. He says compared to his other projects, it actually doesn't do very well. And I would argue that the reason for that is if you look at the lineup of products that this company has, they've just got so many products without a really good distribution system for getting it into the hands of customers. He even has an unfair advantage. He has millions of followers and tons of money and a bunch of people working for 'em, and I would argue that where they dropped the ball is that they didn't build one compounding sales engine that took every single product to being known in its space. They launched too many products way too quickly. They made the mistake of going through the launch and burn process. I think they could be a much bigger business if they had built a compounding sales engine. Remember Jeremy's Razors? Jeremy's Razors was supposed to be like the conservative's answer to the liberal Dollar Shave Club. And I know these guys, I like these guys, they're acquaintances of mine. So I know that when they launched Jeremy's Razors, they did $10 million in recurring revenue the first week. But when was the last time you heard about Jeremy's Razors? I would argue that the reason why you didn't see them become a really big company is because instead of putting that amount of attention on every single product and building the compounding sales engine, they just flooded the zone with all kinds of products like shave butters, and like they have soaps and deodorants now. It just doesn't have the same marketing firepower that they had when they launched the razor. So in protest, I will not be shaving my beard. Oh, it's so thick. It's so thick. That's what she said. Some people think YouTube videos are just a walk in the park. They're not, okay? We do stuff like this that makes no sense. No sense. For you. So if you want to, you could like and subscribe and comment. That would help me out, that would help him out. It would just kind of be awesome. So it's almost gone. I can— you can taste it. All right, enough preamble. How do you build a compounding sales engine? Here's how it works. After you have a $10,000 launch or you get to your first $10,000 in sales, you're in the game. We don't move on to the next step until we get at least 100 reviews and everybody's like, oh, but reviews, they're hard and I don't sell on Amazon. Go get 100 people to say good things about your product. Why? Because we're going to use this in all of our marketing. Nothing converts better than other people saying good things about you. And most people just skip this step and don't get anybody to say anything good. It makes your conversions better. It gets you more followers. It makes everything easier when you have at least 100 reviews. Then we build the traffic triangle. The traffic triangle is how we are going to turn every piece of attention into high-converting customers. Then we run the flywheel until we're at at least $25K a month. And then, only then, do we launch more products. This is what will take us to $100K a month. And at the beginning, we're only trying to grow by 20% per month. So if we're adding reviews at the very beginning, that alone sometimes can get a product to bump by about 20%. Then we start turning on outside traffic. We're adding more fuel to the fire. That's gonna build it by more than 20%. Then we run the flywheel, same thing. And now we've got a system to get a product to $25K a month. Now we can look at more products that we're going to sell. And then sometimes we don't even need multiple products to get there because this system works so well. I have many examples of businesses that have gotten to $1 million or more with just one product. Great, you've built an even better compounding sales machine. But getting to $100,000 a month as fast as possible means build the machine to get to $25K, then launch more products until you're at $100K. So let's break down more of what these pieces look like. My favorite strategy of all of this is something called the traffic triangle. It's a triangle because I'm in the Illuminati. The traffic triangle is based on marketing psychology that says if somebody sees you in 3 places, they are psychologically bonded to you and will take your recommendations like you are a friend. Same thing with brands. So we need one place for traffic. We need one place for community and we need one place for sales or conversion. Now, let me make this easy for you. Sales and conversion, always email and SMS. Always. We want to send all traffic to an email capture or maybe capture a phone number. Next, we have one place where we're going to create traffic. And if you saw my video about how to take a product to $25,000 $25,000 a month, you know that we use proof to create content in order to get really engaged people who are seeing our stuff. Then we have one place where we engage people for a long time. For me, this is YouTube and podcasts because I like meeting people who are consuming my stuff. But this can also be An easy way is just a Facebook group. So what we do here is we take those 100 reviews that you got in the first step, we turn them into proof content, we post that on social media, send people to our landing page where we're collecting their email address, and then add them to a community where we're going to engage with them long term. Here's what happens. It's very slow at first, but as the community grows, we have more people who are consuming our stuff, which is going to make our traffic grow. As the traffic grows, we get more people into email and SMS, which is going to send more people into the community, which is going to make more people see our content, which is going to get more people to our— you see where this is going. This is how we start to build a group of people that buys our stuff, reviews our stuff. And as this grows, guess what? It compounds. So when you're ready to launch the second product, we've got this group of people who can't wait to buy our stuff. That's when we start seeing that exponential curve up. Oh, and what's the flywheel? The flywheel that makes all of this happen faster? The flywheel is when we take that proof content and we post it publicly. There's one more magical thing that we do though to make it happen faster. We add 1 to 1 outreach. If your content isn't being seen by people, we add this process where we do one-to-one outreach. Whoa, I don't want to do that. That's work. Yeah, and it makes your content work way, way better when you're in the grind and in the trenches with the people who are consuming your stuff. And so if you run this process, which we call the flywheel, it makes the traffic triangle grow that much faster. Put those two things together and there's a really good chance you're gonna grow 20% per month, which is what you need to get to $100K a month. All right, let's talk about an example of somebody who did this well. This is a product from Onnit. Onnit was started by Aubrey Marcus and he did a great job getting his first product, which was called Alpha Brain, to be known all over the place because he worked with this influencer named Joe Rogan. I mean, he had an unfair advantage. But for like a year and a half, they just built this engine to promote their primary product, Alpha Brain. And guess what happened after after that. They had this big customer base and they had all of this awareness, and they were able to launch this second product, which I really like. It's called New Mood, and this product also does extremely well. Now they've got this distribution system to be able to launch product after product after product. They never would have been able to do that if Aubrey had gone to Joe Rogan and said, I've got these 9 products that I want to talk about. No, He talked about the primary product AlphaBrain until it was known all over the place. Let me tell you another example. Remember the Honest Company? Hey, Al, you remember the Honest Company? Jessica Alba? Yeah. What do they sell? Skin products. See, Honest Company was known for selling diapers, and they were like the leading natural, healthier-for-you diaper company, and they IPO'd at $20 a share. Show the chart now over the last 5 years. It's selling at like $2 a share. And the company's actually more profitable now, but their revenue is way down. Why is that? 'Cause they're not known for being the best at one thing. They just went and launched all of these products. Now they actually had distribution, but I would argue that they launched products too quickly before having a real compounding sales engine. So we wanna be on it where we build the compounding sales engine first,, and then we can launch more products and have a multimillion-dollar company. You know, there's something I forgot to teach you, and it's where does ads fall into all of this? Because a lot of people will say, oh, I know how to get from $10,000 to $100K a month as fast as possible, and it's to run ads. And that's true. If you can profitably run a bunch of advertising, you can scale it to $100,000 a month in less than 12 months. But most people are not sitting on a pile of cash or never had a multimillion-dollar business before, so running ads is kind of overwhelming and intimidating. So I'm gonna reteach this order. Remember, after a launch, we go get 100 reviews, and then we have the traffic triangle, then we run the flywheel. Okay, this is the part where you might consider running ads. Why is that the case? Because after you've got 100 reviews, your ads might actually convert. If you've got zero reviews, whether it's on your Shopify listing or it's on an Amazon listing, ads are not gonna work. So we save ads until we've already done this, and then we build the traffic triangle so that every eyeball is gonna be high conversions. So we would have a system in place for turning every eyeball into a follower, a lead, and a buyer. Then as we are running the flywheel, we might turn on ads to make the whole thing happen faster. But you don't have to. I know lots of people who run no ads and do extremely well. But I want you to see where that falls in the process so that you don't try to skip the important foundational pieces that will actually take you to $100,000 a month. The entire system flows through this math formula. It's 4 products at 25 sales a day, at a $30 price point equals a million-dollar business. I know, it's just math. You can plug things in however you want. So if your price is higher, you don't need as many daily sales, obviously. This is what we're solving for. But the 12-month plan looks like the first 6 months are building your launch and then your compounding sales engine. The end result of these 4 to 6 months is getting a product to at least 25 sales a day or $25,000 a month. Plenty of people do more than that, but that's the only goal we have. We're not thinking about launching more products. We're not thinking about going viral. We are just doing the daily work until this first product is doing $25,000 a month. Then the second 6 months are repeating this process until we're at $100K. So what I've experienced is that when we have the compounding sales engine and we plug in the second product, we don't just double and go to $50K. Sometimes it has a multiplier effect where those two products go to $100,000 a month. My first time that I did this was back in 2013, I think, and it took three products. To get to $100,000 a month. Because what happened was buyers of the first product came back and bought the second. And some people discovered the second product first, so they came back and bought the first. And it created this compounding machine that took us to $100,000 a month. And then every time we launched a new product, we had a bigger and bigger customer base to be able to tap into for sales. So this is the timeline. First 6 months, just about building this compounding sales engine. Then you've got the firepower to be able to launch additional products, and it'll take you 2 to 4 to get to $100,000 a month if you do this process right. Once you're at $1 million a year, this is where I invest in businesses. So if you follow this process and you get to a million, that's where I would like to talk to you. If you wanna see how we take businesses to $100,000 a month, you wanna see the whole roadmap, or if you want me and my team to review your brand and tell you what are you missing from this plan so we can plug in the systems that'll unlock your growth, go to Capitalism.com/100k.
