Now, I'll tell you the second thing I do every single week, and I don't every single week. At the end of the week, I basically ask myself three questions, and it's related to my dream. It's like, number one, how was my behavior this week? And I'm aiming to be consistent, and if I'm inconsistent, what happened? Okay, number two, what are my goals this week and how did I do against what I said I wanted to do every single week? I do. It's just a Google form, and I get an automatic notification in Slack. That's like, it's your weekly review time. So I rate it 1 through 5, so you can see a trend graph over time. And then I comment. An example could be, I had a meeting with Kevin, who's our VP of finance, and I was a little bitch to him, and it's like, okay, well, that's interesting to notice. Or I was in a meeting around some of our Black Friday prep that I didn't even be, okay, that's interesting. Cool. Noted. And then the last question is, what are the three things you want to do next week? And I either do this on Fridays or Mondays, but I always do it, and it really prioritizes because I'm like, I had a dream, remember? We come back to the first part. What was your dream? Now, I. I told you what I said I was going to do. And then it's like, well, did you do it? How was your behavior on it? And then, what's the three things you want to do in this upcoming week?
