I think the biggest mindset shift I've had in my entire career was around collaboration and partnerships. Entrepreneurs, we're super powerful, right? But we're still only individuals and we love to think that we can do everything ourselves because as entrepreneurs we go out on our own and we carry the entire responsibility of our financial future on our back and we go against the herd and we spearhead new territory and we carve our own path and so we're sort of individualistic by nature. Heck half of us are libertarians that just want the government to stay out of our lives anyway. Yeah but that gets us in trouble when it's time to grow. Far right A lot of us have a lot of success going on our own and having six or seven figure businesses mostly ourselves but we don't really hit it big until we start to prioritize relationships and partnerships and that means getting to know where you're really good and making partnerships with people that can fill in the gaps.
