Hey everybody. My name is Ryan Daniel Moran and in this video I want to show you something that's been working really well in our business. And we've shown this to some other people and it's really helped them as well. We've got several hundred really successful case studies where we've done this and I want to show you a couple of them and exactly what we're doing that's different from what a lot of people are trying to do. What you see on your screen right now is the sales of one of my business over the last two years and it's done right around $9 million. And this is our Amazon.com account. I'm in the business of building physical product brands. So naturally we would put our products on Amazon. And what you see here is one of those businesses that's done about $9 million in sales at about a 40 to 50% profit margin over the last two years. We've done this over other brands as well. This is a supplement company that has done about $1.8 million in the same timeframe. And, and this is an anti aging brand which I'll show you in a second, which has done about $7 million over the last two years. Now all of these businesses sell physical products. So this is our Amazon.com account, but we also sell on our own website and we're in over a thousand retail stores as well. So it's not just Amazon, but it makes for nice screenshots. Also, Amazon gives you days like this, which is our best day ever. This was last year's Prime Day on Amazon.com and we did $111,000 in sales in a 24 hour period. Now again, we build physical product brands. And I say that word brands because a lot of people go out there and they're trying to just sell a product. They just want to create something, throw it up somewhere and hope that sales come in. But what's made us different, the reason why we've been so successful is because we build brands a of lot. Show you what I mean. So this is one of my, one of the products that we sell in one of our brands. It's a vitamin C serum and we sell a lot, a lot of vitamin C serum. And a lot of people will say, okay, I'm, I, my business is I sell vitamin C serum. And we say, no, that's not our business. Our business is helping a specific customer get a specific result. And in this case it's usually youthful aging or may call it anti aging. So it wouldn't make sense for us to stop selling products that just vitamin C serum. That would be, like, not a real business. That would just be a product that you sell. So this brand also sells things like retinol cream and 15 to 20 other products. And if you can identify those three to five products that serve a specific target market, that's when you can really build a successful physical products business. Rather than just saying, I'm gonna sell spatulas, well, why don't you sell to moms who buy spatulas and diapers and they buy cookware and they buy all kinds of stuff? That would be a much better brand than just going out and selling a product or two. I'll give you another example that you might have seen in the news. If you have ever heard of. There we go. If we've ever heard of a seventh generation, they sell. They started off selling diapers, and they sell toilet pa and they sell a bunch of kind of green household products. You might have seen them around. They were acquired recently for between 600 and $700 million in cash by a company called Unilever. Now, were they buying. Could Unilever go out and sell diapers? Yeah, of course. Could they go out and sell dishwashing soap? Of course they could. What they were buying was the brand. The brand that has loyal customers, the brand that has a bunch of different products that explains why the same company, Unilever, went out and bought the Honest Company for a billion dollars. That's Jessica Alba's company. Now, some people say, well, it's Jessica Alba. Of course she can do it. They didn't buy Jessica Alba. They bought the brand. They bought the Honest Company brand. And they started off selling diapers. They started off selling. Selling dishwash. Not dishwash. Soap, laundry detergent. And then they rolled off into other products that were household products geared towards moms who cared about keeping natural products in their house. So we have students who have followed a similar model of building a brand, and sometimes they keep it for a long time, and sometimes they sell it. And we have students who have sold businesses for millions of dollars. Because companies buy the brand, they're not necessarily the product that you're selling. So if you've been out there trying to sell a product or you've been thinking about selling a product, I'd recommend that you identify those three to five products that would serve a very specific target market. That's how you can really grow a business. Now, we teach people to do this because a. I think entrepreneurs are the solution to all the world's problems is why I wear shirts like this. And and also we run one of these acquisition firms where we buy our students businesses. So we teach this model and sometimes we invest with our students or buy our students businesses. So we teach a model of exactly how to build a business that sells physical products and build a brand around that. So it's a scalable and sellable type of business. And we have lots of really awesome case studies that I'd like to show you and I'll show you a little bit behind the scenes of some of my businesses and some of the things that are working for us. So we teach that on a live training class which you can sign up for somewhere around this video and we'll go behind the scenes of exactly how this works and give you the model. So if you want to take this model and run with it, you're welcome to. And hopefully you like it. So you want to join one of our communities or build a business and sell it to us at some point too. So you can sign up for that on the training class around this video and I hope to see you there. Thanks for watching.
