How To Get Any Product to $25k/Mo

In this presentation, the speaker outlines a repeatable two‑hour‑a‑day system that can take virtually any product to $25,000 in monthly revenue. He first warns about the "dopamine depression cycle" that many entrepreneurs fall into after a launch surge, then proposes reversing the traditional sales‑channel focus by starting with free traffic, converting that traffic into leads, and finally into sales. He introduces a "conversion content model" consisting of four content tiers—social proof (the highest‑converting), borrowed proof, problem proof, and viral traffic—and explains how to produce and repurpose this content each day. The speaker sets concrete sales targets based on product price (e.g., $35 product needs 25 sales/day) and describes a daily routine: create a piece of content, engage every person who interacts, collect their testimonial or proof, and feed that proof back into sales pages, emails, and new content. He illustrates the method with two case studies—Ty’s golf brand, which grew from $10k in six weeks to a $2 million run‑rate, and the Switch sleep supplement, which jumped from $9k to over $100k per month—showing how proof recycling and consistent engagement drive compounding returns. The talk concludes with a realistic timeline (90 days to near $25k/month for most products), acknowledges psychological barriers (boredom, patience, perceived scale), and offers a free resource (capitalism.com/100k) for further guidance.

I'm going to show you how to get to $25,000 a month in any product, any market, without burnout yourself or spending your life savings on ads. I've done this hundreds of times through my students and I've also had a $16 million exit. And I currently run a portfolio of businesses that follow this plan. In order to get every product to 25k a month, I've got a formula that takes about two hours a day that if you do it, I can think, almost guarantee you that this is going to grow your sales, grow your traffic, grow your raving fan base, and take almost any product, at least within striking distance of 25k a month. And most of the time it can happen within about 90 days. First, let me give you a warning. This happens to everybody. I call this the dopamine depression cycle. You may have experienced this, and if you haven't, you probably will in the future. Don't say I didn't warn you. Every entrepreneur comes out of the gate where they've got really rose colored glasses and hope and they start building towards this big day that is launch day. And they start doing these things like they start creating content and they start telling their friends and they, they start like getting really excited and building people on an email list. And then they launch and they make money and they're like, oh my goodness, this works. I'm making money on the Internet, I'm in business. This is incredible. And they get all of these big sales after launch and then once launch closes, depression. I'm sad. What am I doing with my life? No one's buying my stuff anymore. What the heck happened? I was getting all of this momentum during the launch and then I crashed and now I don't know what to do. And that is when you start questioning everything that you've ever done. What a lot of entrepreneurs do in this cycle is they go back here and they say, hey, what worked over here was doing a launch of a product. So I know, I know what I'm gonna do. I'm just gonna launch product number two and go through the same thing and then launch. And now I'm depressed again. And I've got two products that are tying up all this money in inventory and I'm trying to manage these two products and nobody's buying either of them and someone goes, hey, why don't you do a third product? And they get caught in this launch and burn cycle. We're not going to do that. Instead what we're going to do is we're Going to build a process that after we have a great launch, we're still going to have a crash, we're still going to have slower sales than during the launch, but we're going to build a process that looks like this. It's going to look slow at first, but start to compound. So our launch day looks like every day. So if we're getting $3,000 on launch day, we now can build a process to have $3,000 in sales every day. And instead of launching a new product to make that happen, we're going to take these elements that worked during the launch, and we're going to create a daily process that we can do that will compound over time. So instead of having this launch dopamine depression cycle, we can actually build daily consistent habits that build dopamine and excitement every day and get the momentum rolling until we've got an exponential curve that will take us to at least 25k a month. All right, cool. Let's break down how it works. By the way, if you have no idea how to do this process of launching and making your first 10,000, I've got a full video about that and you can find it on the screen here. So if we look at what worked during a launch process, we're going to take what worked and now we're going to put it into a daily process. And it's going to fall into three categories. There's sales, traffic, and leads. Now, traffic is things like, oh, creating content. Because when we did that, we got more visibility. Might have only been a few hundred people, but some people saw our stuff. When we put people onto an email list, a launch list, some of those people bought, okay, great. And then we sent them over to a sales channel like Amazon, they bought there. These are the little pieces that worked during launch. Now let me show you what not to do. And almost every Amazon seller makes this mistake or every Shopify seller makes this mistake, they look at sales and they go, okay, my sales are coming from here. So now what I'm going to do is try to maximize this piece with ads or I'm going to pay influencers. And then once they become a sale, now I'm going to try and extract this into becoming a lead so they buy my next product. Or I'm going to try to take these sales, I'm going to extract them somehow by putting an insert in my packaging and turning them into traffic. Don't do that. This is what almost every Amazon seller or Shopify seller does, is they focus on the sales channel and Then they try to extract from that sales channel and turn it into traffic and leads. But if we look at what actually worked in the launch process, it doesn't usually happen by just putting a product on a sales channel and hoping that people show up. So instead we don't start this process from the sales channel. Instead we start it in the traffic channel. The traffic channel is where we can get go out and get free attention, but we've got to turn it into leads and sales. So we're going to reverse the process of what most people do and going to. We're. And we're going to focus on getting traffic, turning that traffic into leads, and then turning those leads into sales. Here's what happens when you do this. If you're bringing traffic into the process, turning them into leads, and then turning them into sales, guess what happens if your sales channel here is Amazon. Amazon grows. If you're taking sales on Kickstarter, it grows. If you're taking sales on Shopify, it grows. So by starting with the traffic portion of this process, we make the rest of the process much better. So the question comes up, how do we build up this traffic channel and turn it into leads? I do not want to be creating content on social media. I don't want to have my phone out and have my face all over the Internet. Don't worry, I got you covered. That's what we're going to talk about next. I want to show you exactly what to do in order to get traffic, leads and sales. But before I show you the how, let's just set up the target here because I think it will de stress the process a little bit. If your product is 35 bucks, then in order to get to $25,000 a month, we need 25 sales a day. This is where most people are going to be in that $35 range. If you have a more expensive product, like an $80 product, we only need 10 sales a day. And if we've got an expensive product at 170 bucks a day, guess what? We only need five sales a day. So we're gonna set up the target based on price point. And when you know what we're shooting for, then we can align our activities behind that. We can get a $35 product to 25 sales a day in three to six months. If you've got an expensive product getting you 10 sales a day, this can actually happen much faster. And you'll see why. More expensive products, I find, work better in this process. The people who have lower priced Products tend to overlook the work because there's not enough profit margin to justify them sitting down and doing the work. But if you've got enough margin to justify creating content and following up with people, I actually think you have a better chance of succeeding than if you have a low priced product that you're just trying to get on Amazon or Shopify and hoping ranks for organic keywords. But if you are in that $35 price range, we still only need to be at 25 sales a day and we can get there in about three to six months. Now let me show you how to turn on free traffic so that this becomes possible. Okay, now here's the advice you don't want to hear from me. In order to get free traffic and leads and get to $25,000 a month, you're gonna have to create content. I know nobody wants to do it. I don't even like doing it half the time. Ask this guy right here. Half the time I show up for the camera, I'm like, yeah, what's my name? What do I do with my hands? But it's where the free traffic is. And it used to be in blogging or participating in forums, and now it's social media or it's LinkedIn posts or whatever. What I'm gonna show you how to do is create content that converts. I call this the conversion content model. And this doesn't mean that you have to have your face on camera, or you have to be the face of your brand, or you have to make really long posts. I'm just gonna show you what works. First of all, there's four types of content in the conversion content model. So I want you to look at this like it's a dartboard. This is the bullseye. Here is the outside of the side of the dartboard. The further out we go on the board, the more exposure we'll get. But the lower the conversions and the closer we are to the bullseye, the higher the percentage of sales is going to be. But we're not going to have as much exposure. It would be rare that something with a lot of conversions goes viral. It happens, but it's rare. So the highest converting type of traffic is social proof. Social proof is other people saying that your product or your business is great. That's the bullseye. The more people we have saying your product or your thing is great, the better it's gonna be the highest converting type of content. So we'll show some examples about how to get that without you breaking the bank or even Working too hard, but that's your bullseye. The next layer out is something that I call borrowed proof. Borrowed proof is looking at other people's proof and seeing how we can use it to support our own business or our own product. I'll give you an example. One of my brands sells a testosterone booster. And we will take a clip of Andrew Huberman or Joe Rogan or Jordan Peterson or Scott Galloway, well known men in the social media sphere, and we'll take a quote from them about an ingredient they tried or about how much better they felt when they optimized their testosterone. And we'll take that clip and we'll use it in our marketing. Now it's very important to not make it look like they're endorsing your product or saying anything they didn't say. We don't want to mislead or to lie about anything. But we will use what Joe Rogan says about optimizing his testosterone as a way to show why it's beneficial to optimize your testosterone. One of the ways that you can do that is to buy our blend. So that is borrowed proof. Using what is out there as proof and using it as a reason to support your business or your product or your brand. That's borrowed proof. The next layer out is what I will call problem proof. This is proof about the problem. So if we keep the same example of a testosterone booster, we might say something like testosterone rates are half of what they were compared to our grandparents generation. That's true. That's just an observable fact. That is proof about the problem. Says nothing about my product, says nothing about my business. It is just an observable fact. So we'll look at PubMed studies and we'll look at scientific articles and we'll find these problems that we can use to create content around and say we're here to solve this problem. So the proof is in the problem and now we're the solution for that problem. This will be other people talking about the problem. There'll be other podcasters talking about the problem. Just if someone else is talking about the problem, we're here to be the solution. That's problem proof. And then the final layer out here is what I'm just gonna call viral traffic. This is the stuff that is funny that other people have posted. That's interesting. That just takes off and it grows the exposure of a business. Now let me ask you something. Where do you think most people, people put their attention? This is where most people focus. They're trying to Grow the number of likes, comments and views they get. And a lot of times they're just pulling out their phone and be like, how do I say something that goes viral? What's my name? This sucks. It's awful. And the thing is, even if you did go viral, it probably won't impact your business that much. It will get you new followers, it will get you new traffic, but it won't turn into leads and sales. So it's okay to sprinkle this stuff in, but most people are just trying to do that. It's awful. It takes so much work. And it's disappointing when you think you make a viral piece of content and it gets 250 views. But if those same 250 people saw a piece of social proof with high conversion percentage, all of a sudden those 250 views become five or 10 customers, and that starts to build the dopamine train towards regular, consistent growth. So instead of trying to make rare, random content that goes viral, we're actually going to start in the middle here and focus only on social proof, borrowed proof, and maybe some problem proof and turn that into leads and sales. So let me put this into a process for you so that you know what you're going to do every day in order to continue to grow sales. I'm telling you, if you do this every day, you will have daily free traffic, daily leads, and eventually daily sales. If you do this. It works. It looks a lot like work, but it works. And this is really good news for those of you who are doing this on the side or have like two hours a day to build your business. I find that if I, if I have two hours a day to do this, I can crush a product. I can get a product moving if I do this for two hours a day. So again, we're focusing on traffic, leads and sales until we're at 25k a month. So every day we're gonna create something. Something we're gonna create and put it in front of free traffic. Most people are going to put something on Instagram. Some people are going to focus on LinkedIn. I don't care if you don't know what to pick, just do it on Instagram. I do have clients that do it on TikTok, but Instagram is universal because Instagram gives us the ability to do the next piece, which is every day we engage with or reach out to engagers, I'll call them. So people who interact with this content, we're going to reach out to them. This is people who viewed our story, people who commented on a post, people who opted into a page. This is my favorite. Oh, my goodness. If. If you did nothing else but reach out to every single person who opted in for a discount code on your landing page, oh, you would do great. You would build up a raving fan base very quickly. So every day we're going to create something and then we're going to reach out to the people who engage. And guess what we're going to do from there? We're going to take the proof that comes from our outreach and we're going to bring it into our sales channel. What is proof? This is people saying, oh yeah, I totally loved the product. I bought this for the last three months. Or you say, hey, I forwarded this to my sister, she loves it. Those little snapshots are going to be the proof that we put onto our sales pages. We're going to put this into our emails. We're going to try and stretch this as much as possible and use this to increase the conversions on our sales page and it becomes more content that we can use to create the next piece of traffic and exposure. So this is what it looks like. Every day we create something. Every day we reach out to those people who engage. And every day we take that proof and we put it back into our sales channel and create more content out of it. So over time, this happens better, it happens faster, gets you more conversions, and you start to ride this dopamine train up towards $25,000 a month. Again, looks a lot like work, but it works. Now let me show you some examples of how to do this so that there's no mystery around how this process works. This is my homie, Ty. Ty joined the Capitalism.com community when he had this idea to launch a golf brand. He's a full time worship pastor, wanted to build something on the side to support his income. Because if you Google it, you know, pastors don't make a ton. Believe me, I went to school to be one and now I'm an entrepreneur. Anyway, Ty went through our process for launching a business and he did great. His first six weeks, did about $10,000 in sales. But then he had that depression cycle where what do I do now? How do I get these sales? So he started doing the process that I'm showing you in this video. And this is his Instagram. Take a look here. He's only got 800 followers. It's not like he's a viral sensation. He said a couple videos do pretty good. Like this video here did over A million views didn't do that much for his business. Going viral is kind of overrated. What is underrated is all of these other videos where he's showing his product and he's showing social proof of people using it. For example, this little video right here shows somebody else talking about the product and how great it is. This didn't set the world on fire. Got about 800 views. But that's a piece of proof that increased the number of sales that he got for his business. And you better believe that every single One of these 43 comments is getting a message from Ty asking if they've ever tried the product and if they would like a discount code as a welcome gift for being a first time customer. That's the process that we're building here. So the fact that Tai doesn't have a whole lot of videos, he's not posting every day and very few of them go viral does not matter because this is Tai's Amazon listing. Because he's got a core group of people that's paying attention. He's got 363 reviews. Guess what that becomes? That becomes more social proof that he can use to create more content. And I happen to know that Ty did over half a million dollars in sales last year. And this year he is on pace to grow towards about a $2 million run rate. I'm rooting for Ty because he's just doing the work that we're talking about in this video. He crossed that 25k per month mark and now he's on the road to seven figures. That's the goal that we got here. Now the whole point of this process is to get every product to $25,000 a month. But I've actually seen examples where just this process can take a business to over $100,000 a month. I'm going to show you an example of one of my brands that I've got with a partner. His name is Tomer and this brand is called Switch. Switch currently just sells one product. It's a sleep supplement, works great. I take it every night. And Switch does not have a ton of followers. You can see here 2,200 followers. And we've been posting content regularly for a long time. This is. We would fail the social media formula that some influencer is selling. We are not growing our channel very well. And it's not like we're getting a ton of views or a ton of engagement. I mean, look at these. Some of these have no engagement at all. And you would look at this and Say, man, what a fail, man, this just ain't working. You don't see what's happening behind the curtain though. What's happening behind the curtain is every time somebody engages with one of these stories that is apparently no longer available, or every time somebody leaves a comment on one of these videos, someone, either myself or my partner or one of our customer service managers is out there reaching out to every single person saying, hey, have you ever tried Switch? Here's, here's a $20 credit for your first order. In fact, if we look right here in the bio, if you DM the word sleep, you'll get $20 off your first order. Why do we do that? Because we're turning the traffic into a lead and then turning them into a sale. In fact, I welcome you to do this experiment right now. Find this account right here, send us a DM or interact with the account and watch what happens. Watch how we reach out to you, and feel free to model that in your business. Now pay close attention to the type of content that we're using on this page. We're taking every piece of proof that we can from influencers or from people who just reported in that the product helped them and we're turning that into content. In fact, most of our content here is other people using the product, talking about how much they like it. This is us using social proof. This isn't a good one. This is a crap piece of content. I don't like that one at all. But this one is somebody else using the product saying how good it is. That's social proof that will drive up the conversions of every single person who sees our content. So it's not about how many people see your content. It's not about how many people like it. It's not about how viral you go. It is about the conversion percentage of the people that do see your content. Because I don't mean to get all advanced on you, but if you've got a piece of content that converts people into leads and sales, but it doesn't get viewed by that many people, that's when you would run an ad. That's when you would boost that content and turn it into something that is going to be seen by a lot more people, this, this is the process that helped this brand cross 100k per month. And this is the screenshot of Tomer sitting in front of the computer showing the first time that we cracked 100k in a 30 day period. And just the previous year this brand was stuck at like $9,000 a month. We just started doing this process until the compounding returns kicked in and now it's a seven figure business. And guess what? Now we're looking at launching product number two. And we've got this whole base of customers that we can launch to. So we can take that second product to 25k a month in a lot less time than it took us to get there on the first try. When we get a piece of proof, we're trying to stretch that piece of proof in as many ways as possible. Can we turn that into an Instagram reel? Can we turn this into a LinkedIn post? Can we turn this into an email to our customers? Can we use this on our sales page to increase our conversions? And you'll see on our Amazon listing, we take this proof that we got from other people and we turn this into some of the images that we're going to use on the listing itself. We'll take quotes from customers and we'll use this in our copy. And We've got over 400 reviews here which we can use for content and we can turn into Instagram cards, or we can turn into pieces of copy, or we can make a reel where we have all these reviews, you know, one after another. We take this proof and we stretch it as much as possible so that we've got more exposure to the free traffic and we turn them into leads and they come over to become customers. So this is why this product here can do so well without ranking for a ton of keywords on Amazon, or without running a ton of ads that are super expensive, or without even working more than like three hours a day to create content and engage with our people. It's just a process that we build over and over again. And we're getting more free traffic that converts at a high rate. We're engaging with our leads and our conversion rate on the sales channel is going up, which is going to give us even more free exposure. That's how this process works. That's how we can take any product 25k a month. Why won't people do this? I can almost guarantee you this is going to grow your business. So why don't people do it? Why? If you know that that will work and you only got to get to 25 sales a day in order to have $25,000 a month business or fewer if your product price is higher. The reason is because this is boring. This is just boring stuff and it requires work. Like you got to sit down and do the work for about two hours a day in order to get any results at all. And for the first week, it looks like nothing's happening. For two weeks, it looks like hardly anything's happening. It takes like 30 or 60 days for this to build up the compounding results and then it works. But most people quit at that part of the process. The, the other reason why people don't do this is because they think that 25k a month is way off into the future. So when they start doing this process and they get a little bit of progress, it's like, man, what's the point? Like if I'm getting two sales a day, I'm gonna be doing this for two years before I get to 25k a month. And I'm here to tell you that this is gonna be a little blip on the radar in the long term lifecycle of your business. You're going to get to 25k a month, blast through that, and then you'll launch a second product and a third product and 25k a month will be a past memory. But it's hard to see that when you're at the beginning stages and you're getting two sales a day. I get it, I've been there, I was there in multiple businesses. What's the point? But if you ride the compounding returns for about 90 days, most people can get within striking distance of 25k a month. Which means that now they just got to repeat the process with a few more products and they got a million dollar business. If you need help with that, that's what I'm here to do.
