My first time building a business. We did this all the time. The first time you launch a product, you may have guessed, but the second time you launch a product, don't guess. You've got people who like you, who have given you money. Ask them what they would want. My partner and I would argue about what the next product should be. We'd argue about what we should call it. And when we were ready to break up, one of us would say, oh, hey, we should just ask our customers. And it was an option that neither one of us had thought up until that point. When the customers tell you what they want and you give it to them, they're likely to buy.
