This is a YouTube video titled "Make $100K/Month In 12 Months With These 8 Steps" created on November 22, 2024. It discusses the importance of choosing a person to serve as the first step in a business strategy, emphasizing the long-term benefits of focusing on a specific individual.
The first step is to pick a person. It's not to pick a product, it's not even to pick a market. It's to pick a person, a person that you would like to serve. The reason why this is the first step is because all of the other steps will be much easier if you're thinking about a person. If you pick a person that you want to serve, that person is going to be around for a very long time. And you can come up with different ways to market to them, different products that they will like, and you can move on in the event of a failure or a setback. So we always start with the person.
