Launching multiple products at once spreads cash too thin across inventory and marketing while sales lag. Focus on one product until it hits $25,000 monthly revenue, then replicate that system. This approach can take a stuck $10-20k/month business to $100k/month in months to a year.

Entrepreneurs often run out of money when they launch more products. Most people think that you need more products in order to grow your brand faster. But I found that to be a death trap for entrepreneurs. When you have more products, you have more money tied up in inventory, and you have marketing campaigns going out, and all the while your sales just aren't taking off. I found the better way to put all of your attention on either selling one product until it's doing at least $25,000 a month, or putting all of your attention into building the audience so so that they will buy multiple products. When we're working with somebody who's doing less than a hundred thousand dollars a month, the fix for their business is never launching more products. It is getting one product to get to at least $25,000 a month. And then we can take those systems and apply them to all of the other products. So if entrepreneurs are launching multiple products before one has really taken off, it's just sopping up all their attention and all of their capital. It's really hard to get to 100k a month when you've got money tied up in these different directions. The fix is to build the systems for one and then apply that to all of the other products. That's how we can often get a brand that is stuck at 10 or 20,000amonth and get them to $100,000 a month, sometimes within a few months and definitely within a calendar year.
