She Makes $300k/Year but it Should be $1 Million

Dr. Megan's supplement business makes $20-27k monthly but loses leads across scattered channels. Ryan Moran's plan: funnel everything to one opt-in page with her best YouTube video, simplify the product stack, and focus solely on making great videos for 90 days. Revenue could double to $50k/month.

This woman should have a million-dollar business, but instead, Dr. Megan is stuck in the low 6 figures. Now, some people would be happy with that, but she flew into our in-person mastermind to get unstuck, and we sit down and create a 90-day plan for her to double or even triple her business. Now, Dr. Megan has kind of a small, weird business. Most people would tell her to run ads or to launch more products in order to grow her business. But she can't. She's in a tiny little space with a skeptical market, and because of medical claims, she can't run any ads. So what's a girl to do? So in this discussion, Dr. Megan and I create a simple plan to double her business so that she's within striking distance of $100,000 a month. And you can use this same playbook in your business to get on the road to your first million dollars. So Megan, what I'm hoping to do is leave you with a million-dollar plan, or at least like a 90-day plan that will double your business and get you closer to the million dollars. So would you kind of gimme a high-level overview of where you're at, what you're trying, where there are friction points in the business for like 30 to 60 seconds? Gimme an overview.
Yeah. So primarily right now I'm getting my leads from YouTube. My YouTube channel just went viral and I've I've hit 21,000 subscribers. And so that's the only thing that's really working in my business that I can be like, oh, this is where I'm growing. And I've tried lots of other things and it's like, okay, what should I do next? Should I keep focusing on YouTube or should I go deep into something else? And that's, I'm, I'm stuck on what to do next.
Is most, most of your leads and sales coming from the YouTube?
That when a person fills out, uh, where did you find out about me? That's what they say more often than not is YouTube. Okay.
Where other places might they find you?
So I have a blog, but it doesn't get a lot of traction anymore with AI. Um, I have Instagram, I have Facebook. Facebook seems to get more than the others.
From what you can tell, YouTube is where you're getting most of your customers.
Yeah.
And would you give, just give a, a brief overview of what you sell, what the price point is, and why customers buy from you?
Yeah. So I sell a product to help people with the side effects of one medication, and this medication causes more side effects than any other. It's called prednisone, and people suffer. They hate it. And so I created a supplement to go along with the medication and it minimizes the side effects. It causes there to be less risk. So they love it once they try it, but it's hard to get people to know that you should be taking a supplement with your medication. It's not a natural thing that people think of.
Is that the first thing they think about? So they look up the problems or the side effects they're having, they find your content, And then how they enter into your world. Is that a fair summary?
Yeah. They find me by typing a question about YouTube. I mean, about prednisone into YouTube or into Google and it shows YouTube and that's how they find me. Okay.
And tell me your price point and your monthly revenue right now.
Yeah, I make, uh, I sell my full supplement of a morning bottle and a bedtime bottle, $104.99 for a month.
What, what's your monthly revenue?
Monthly revenue is fluctuating between $20,000 and $27,000.
Okay, cool. So a really good month is $27,000, $30,000. What was your best month ever?
It was May when I did $27,000. Okay. Okay.
Was there anything different that happened in May?
I had 2 videos that like I could directly attribute to sales.
Okay.
And I published my new WordPress WooCommerce sales page. That all kind of went down at the same time.
Okay, great. So you and I have hung out a few times on our membership calls. We spent a, a day and a half or so together here at this mastermind. But something stands out to me that was, just became clear to me in the last 2 and a half minutes.
Okay.
And I will tell you what that is in 90 seconds. So, stick around. The thing that I caught when we were at breakfast this morning was that you're making these YouTube videos. One of them's really popping right now. You can attribute sales when a YouTube video pops, but you've got bleeding of where that traffic goes. You have all these different places where people could go next. So walk me through the options of where someone could go after they watch a YouTube video, and then we're gonna clean this up and put it into a plan that is gonna grow your business. So walk me through where they, once they hit YouTube and they watch a video, where might they go next?
They could go straight to my Amazon or straight to my sales page. That's not likely, um, because they, they need more of, uh, understanding of why they need the product. So there's a few videos where I could see them going straight to sale, those ones that I did recently, but It's not as likely as that they are gonna go straight to sale. So it's more likely that they're going to the next step that I've given them a call to action in the video. They could go to my prednisone checklist and it's the things you need to do to prevent side effects. Or they could be going to my taper chart, which is how to get off the medication. Or I used to have a quiz. They could go to the quiz, but we can cross that one off.
Didn't work.
Not an option. Didn't like, I got Tons of leads, zero buyers. Thousands of people are on my email list and haven't bought.
None of them bought. None of them bought. English isn't my first language. Sarcasm is. Okay. So they could go, they could go to the sales page. They could go to a checklist. They could go to a quiz. They go, there is a taper chart.
Yep.
Okay. Are there other places they could go?
Yeah, lots. Okay.
All right. Where else might they go?
They could go to the nutrients you need checklist. So it's all the nutrients that the drug depletes, which then easily leads to my product because my product includes all those nutrients, but it's just like that first step. I used to have a weight loss app. I don't do that anymore. So yeah, I could keep going.
Okay. So the thing that I noticed that I'm noticing just for the first time is that what we call the queen bee activity, it's a term from Michael Michalowicz's book Clockwork Clockwork, great book. The primary thing that drives your business is making YouTube videos.
Mm-hmm.
Like you have one form of content that when you do that well, everything else works.
Yeah.
So when you are confused about what do I do or add to this, I'm probably gonna tell you, go make a great YouTube video. Because if you do that, we're pretty sure that that is gonna grow your leads. Grow your sales, grow your community, and making more money.
Mm-hmm.
Would you agree with that so far?
Yeah. Yeah.
Okay. Awesome. Now I noticed, um, I pulled up your YouTube. That's where all your traffic and leads are coming from. I looked at that and where people could go on that too, and there were even more places they could go. So there was a, there's a Facebook group.
There's a Facebook group as well.
There was a, a place where they could book a one-on-one consult with you.
Mm-hmm.
There were links to your Amazon store.
Mm-hmm.
There were all of these different places where those, those could go.
Yeah.
So that is what I call leakage. You've got this traffic in one spot and you can point it anywhere and you're pointing it everywhere. So as a result, nothing is really getting watered or is growing as fast as you'd like. And so that's why you're bouncing between this $20,000 and $27,000 a month. I use this term leakage with Dr. Megan to illustrate that her energy is being scattered in multiple different directions. When you're early in your business, you don't have a lot of momentum. You don't have a lot of energy, a lot of traffic, a lot of sales. So if that is being scattered in multiple different directions, then you're taking the little energy that you have and throwing it into different directions. And people do that because they're hoping that one of them is going to build up momentum, or they're just guessing to see which one's gonna hit. But you have so few resources at the beginning of your business, you have to harness that and point it in one direction. You have to maximize the momentum and the energy that you do have rather than trying to leak that out to multiple places. Almost every entrepreneur has this. They're leaking their energy to different traffic sources, to different products, to different strategies. And the real secret to getting to $100K a month is to focus the little resources that you have in one direction and cracking that nut because almost any direction will get you there. But chasing 2 rabbits will lead to you catching neither. So I wanna work on simplifying your lead flow. Mm-hmm. So that we can maximize as much of that traffic and turn it into likely buyers first.
Okay.
So is there anything in your business that if a lead consumes, they're likely to become a customer?
I mean, that taper chart is the one where I can be like, Yes. These people, I'm catching them in the moment when they're suffering. It helps them. And my product, I know it can help them too. And they do buy. There's an actual funnel there, but it's a very small percentage of people who are in that state. It's not the problem everybody needs solved.
Okay. Got it. What about a piece of content that performed well or a piece of content that, you know, converts people into customers?
Yeah. So I have my, I call it my magnum opus, the number one mistake you're making with prednisone. And it's, the mistake is you're not supplementing what it's stealing, AKA buy my product. So it's a video sales letter.
Okay. This is a YouTube video?
Uh-huh.
So you answered that really quickly. Do you know that that video turns into sales?
When it was published, I got phone call after phone call after phone call of people saying, I wanna buy it. Is it right for me? And they all wanna talk to me.
Say more about that.
I make it clear that it's for you if, if, and it's for you if that, and it, and I try to give all of the reasons it's for you, but they all wanna call and be like, but is it for me with my condition? And they're older, like they're in their 70s. They want somebody to hold their hand, maybe even to have me work through the phone, the purchase over the phone. And so when it was published, I got sale after sale after sale. I watched that and I wanna buy.
Okay. What was the difference in sales when that Magnus—
Magnum Opus. Yeah.
Yeah. When, when that hit, what did that do to sales?
I mean, I knew I had at least $1,000 right there that I could directly attribute. Usually have no idea where people are coming from.
Mm-hmm.
But those ones I was directly attributable.
Are there still sales coming from that video?
Might be. I don't know.
Oh, okay. So not sure.
Not sure.
Okay. Got it. Do you have—
But I just know the messaging worked.
Okay. Because you had people reaching out.
Yeah.
Directly. Well, how would you feel about making that video your primary lead magnet? If that's the thing that, you know, converts.
Mm-hmm.
And as soon as it posted, you were able to attribute a bump in sales to it. How do you feel about making that the primary lead magnet that we send everyone to? Ooh.
So it's actually something they could watch for free, but I'm actually gatekeeping it kind of and making it optional and awesome. They can get it for themselves.
Well, here's what I'm, I'm imagining. So I'm, I'm imagining that there's YouTube traffic that is going to one central place. And that is an email opt-in where you make some sort of Promise.
Mm-hmm.
And that promise is delivered via a video.
Yeah.
Right. It happens to be the video that, you know, converts. Now we can also put other things on the other side of an opt-in.
Mm-hmm.
Like we can put a bonus taper chart.
Mm-hmm.
On the other side of an opt-in. Right. So for example, if someone were to go to capitalism.com/100k, they would opt in and they would see like, All of our best stuff for free, right? So they go in, gimme their email address.
So it's one lead.
There's one, there's one place to send them.
Mm-hmm.
And I lead with the playbook to 100 sales a day.
Mm-hmm.
But there also happens to be some AI assessments on there where they answer a couple questions and it gives them a plan according to my book and a bunch of our client case studies. And then there are a bunch of other things on there too, but we lead with the one promise.
Gotcha. Right?
And so if you hear me do an ad roll or if you hear me highlight something, I'm usually gonna be highlighting the Playbook to 100 Sales a Day just 'cause it's simple.
Yeah.
But there's a bunch of bonuses on there and other things that tend to turn people into raving fans or customers in the future.
Gotcha.
So you can put multiple things behind one lead magnet. Mm-hmm. But we lead with the thing that is gonna deliver, deliver the most value and make them most likely to Lead to a raving fan and a customer.
Gotcha.
Makes sense.
Yeah.
So if we know that we have a video that tends to turn them into customers, mm-hmm, then we can put that behind an opt-in as the first thing. And all of those leads that come through will be likely to be warmed up.
Oh, okay.
And turned into customers. We do this with one of our YouTube videos where it's capitalism.com/model. And if you go over there, just redirects to a YouTube video Where it like teaches the whole thing.
Mm-hmm.
Like the whole model of building a million dollars.
You're giving away for free. Yes.
And we put that in the description of all of our YouTube videos.
That's where they're all going.
Because if someone watches that video, I know they're gonna know our model. They're gonna know my talking points. And if they watch that, they're gonna know if they wanna work with us or not. Yeah. So that's the, that's how we apply something like that.
Mm-hmm.
How does it feel to put something like that behind The opt-in, and then you can add your checklists or taper charts or discount codes or whatever also on that page. Wow. How does that feel?
That feels relieving.
Relieving.
I just need to do one thing. Make one beautiful page. Yes. I don't have to test 20 different pages.
Correct. I know if somebody opts in to your list right now, what happens? Afterwards, they get a follow-up series.
Yep.
What's going on then?
Yeah, I mean, it depends on which lead magnet they get. They get a follow-up series.
Okay.
They all have their own follow-up series.
They all have their own custom follow-up series. Yep. Okay. That sounds exhausting.
7 years of working on it.
Okay.
And then a weekly newsletter, which is pretty much all I ever do is say you should watch this next YouTube video.
Okay.
So I feel like that's a, there's a gap there too. I should be promoting my own product more often than just my videos, but sometimes the video is the explainer for why they should buy my product. So it's a little bit of both.
Okay. Anywhere in this process, do you have a first-time customer incentive?
Yeah.
Where does that happen?
So we post in both the YouTube, like, posts section and on Facebook and Instagram reviews and stuff about my product occasionally, like usually static posts. They're not videos. And it was like, here's the reviews, what she said. If you want to try it, first-time customer discount.
What about if someone watches a YouTube video and wants to opt in? Is there any, is there anywhere in the email series or behind an opt-in somewhere that I'm going to get a first-time customer incentive?
Not in those email series. I mean, well, on the taper chart, you can get 10% off.
Okay.
Got it.
I'm sorry. I'm not laughing at you. It's just, it's funny that, you know, that detail. Well, in this one specific email series, there is a discount.
Yeah.
Okay. So I'm gonna, uh, Dr. Megan, your prescription is ready.
Okay.
Are you ready?
I'd love to hear it.
Okay. So this is, this is the 90-day plan that I think is gonna significantly improve your sales. And then after I give you this, I'll check and see how this feels, and then we'll build your million-dollar plan after that.
Okay.
All right. So your primary objective is to keep making great YouTube videos. We already know that.
Okay.
The thing that is going to give you an immediate bump in sales is if we simplify the path between watching content and becoming a customer.
Yeah.
We have to do that with one opt-in.
Okay.
One. We are not gonna serve everyone.
Mm-hmm.
Not everyone is gonna opt in. We aren't gonna capture everybody. We don't need to capture everybody.
Yeah.
We just need one and we need to commit to that for a while.
Okay.
Right now I am like you where I wanna have 9,000 different lead magnets and I always have a new idea for a better one.
Yes.
And I have to be okay with the fact that the one I have is better than the one that doesn't exist.
Right.
So I send all my traffic to one place and I have one email series and I have one email newsletter that goes out. Everything is centralized behind One path.
Okay.
So your job, and I'm gonna recommend that you make it your best converting video. And as a bonus, you have your best converting checklist or taper chart.
Mm-hmm.
Great. Every time you send out this weekly newsletter, I want you to put a PS in the email.
Okay.
With a discount for an order.
Okay.
And my suggestion is that you make it $20 or $25.
Okay.
And so you just add, if you've never tried this before, or even if you have, here's an incentive to try this for the first time. My, my gift to you to get you started on this journey. This is your code. Here's the link to do it. So now every email that goes out has a very soft but clear call to action that sends them over to the checkout where they become a customer.
Okay.
Okay. Your job now Is to keep making great YouTube videos that puts people into the system, the system being the email capture and the follow-up series that is directed behind product sales directly. Does that, let me pause there and ask you if that makes sense. And if you need any clarifications there.
That makes sense. I mean, it sounds, sounds even better to be giving people all the things like you want my taper chart and my checklist, they're behind this. That's Easy. It's like your one-stop shop. This is all the resources you need to succeed. Your survival guide.
And so, so now you can say, this is, these are all my best resources, including this, this, and this. Like you can change up how you talk about it.
Yeah. And I can talk about just the one thing cuz it is there.
There's one place to go.
There it is there, but it, they also get everything else.
Yes, exactly. Now everything is going in one direction. There's one URL to remember.
Beautiful.
And all the traffic is going to that place. Now I have not looked at your opt-in page.
Mm-hmm.
Another time we could pull it up and we could look at maybe there's some optimizations there, but the biggest optimizations that you can make are just sending all your traffic to one place.
To one place.
What, what do you, how do you feel about doing calls to action for your product in every email with a soft PS?
Yeah, so I mean, I, I had at one point had like the newsletter where I talk about the latest video, call to action to it, and then my signature, and then call to action to my product. And then I was told, One call to action per video, um, per email. I'm like, okay. So then I took out the product. So I haven't had that in there.
So what's the call to action now?
To the video, to the latest YouTube video. It's like my weekly newsletter.
Okay.
That's what it is.
Okay. So I'm not you, but if I were you, I don't consider content a call to action.
Oh, okay.
It's like, I have a new YouTube video. Probably like it. P.S.
P.S.
Whenever.
That is how you do it, isn't it?
Whenever you're ready.
You, you talk about it in the product.
To get off your rear end and buy my shit. Here's a link to do it.
Mind blown.
Yeah.
Yeah. I just realized that I read all of your emails and yeah, you don't make that a call to action. You just embed it.
Correct.
Okay.
Yeah. So ev— like, uh, and I do most of my selling in the PS. It kind of gives me the freedom to be able to add value or tell a story. And then the PS, it's gonna add people to the business.
Yeah. Right.
That would be my recommendation for you as well, just as a practice of always having a call to action for your stuff. For whenever people are ready to go over and buy your stuff. Okay. Now, when someone were to, is to click on that call to action on your sales pages, are they subscribed? What's the offer? Are they subscribing? Are they buying one time? Are you putting people on subscription?
So there's 1, 3, 6, and subscribe and save. The best deal is subscribe and save. It's 25% off. Whereas 3 is 5% off and 6 is 10% off.
So on your sales page, like on your checkout, you've got 4 offers on there.
Mm-hmm.
1, 3, 6, and subscribe. Okay. It's a lot of offers.
It is.
Is there 1 or 2 that outpulls the rest?
Subscribe. I mean, I think the others just kind of anchor the subscribe. It is like such a good deal.
Thinking. I'm not gonna put this in your prescription, but something that I would recommend, this is a supplement to your prescription, if you will.
Okay.
Uh, I would encourage you to test just one and subscribe and save.
Okay.
Because I'm gonna guess that you are not doing an upsell after somebody buys.
I have that on the taper funnel, but not on the— The taper funnel? Yeah, it has its own funnel.
It has its own separate checkout?
Yeah.
Well, cap it. We're gonna put all of it in one direction. Mm-hmm. When, if somebody were to see an upsell, what would the upsell be?
Buy 3.
Okay, perfect. That's the perfect upsell. So for everyone who does not take the subscription offer, I want you to show them that upsell.
Okay.
For buying 3.
Okay.
Because 15 to 20% of those people are gonna take that upsell. And that is going to pay for any media and any, anything that will take away the margin from the, the subscribe and save. So one upsell, and that upsell is when somebody buys one. And so we know if somebody buys one, they're gonna see an upsell. If they buy subscribe and save, they're gonna hopefully be around for a very long time.
Yeah.
And that's the, the foundation of the business.
So, okay.
Awesome. So within 90 days, what I would like to see you do Is you're focusing now, now like your job is just thinking about how do I make great YouTube videos? If you're only thinking about that, then the business is going to grow really fast.
Sweet.
Because you have this engine behind it, which is one lead magnet. You have a process for turning them into customers. And now you have the auto-ship and the upsells already as like the backbone of the business. So now your job is how do I put as many people through this funnel as possible? And you do that with making great content.
Okay.
How does that feel?
Nice. 'Cause I, I was worried how I was supposed to do ads because ads scare me and it's really hard to do in my regulated space. And so it's, it's freeing that I don't need to worry about that right now. That's not a problem I need to solve.
I don't, I don't think you need to worry about that right now, but I think that this plan can double your business in Let's just say 3 to 6 months.
Mm-hmm.
I, I think for 90, your prescription for 90 days is to just do this.
Okay.
It's actually a simpler model.
Mm-hmm.
And allows you to focus on what you do best.
Yeah.
After 90 days, if this is gonna complicate it, you have permission to forget everything that I say after this point.
No, I'll just listen to this in 90 days.
Okay.
Okay.
All right. Okay. Notice how I keep bringing Dr. Megan back to the 90-day plan. She wants to talk about the big vision. What am I gonna do a year from now or 2 years from now? This is very common with entrepreneurs. It's hard for us to focus for the next 30 to 90 days cuz we got all these ideas and we got this really big vision. But part of the secret to progress is that we do one thing very well for a short amount of time. And then when we're done with that, we get another 90-day sprint after that to grow our business in a different way. So it can be very beneficial to narrow in on what you're going to focus on just for 90 days. You don't gotta cut a bunch of things or say no to a lot of things. Just what are we gonna focus on for 90 days? By the way, we help clients with this about every 4 to 6 weeks inside of our bootcamps. This is where we take the one thing that we're focused on with clients that if you implement it into your business will grow things. And if you need that one thing that is going to move your business forward, go get on the waiting list for our next bootcamp over at capitalism.com/bootcamp. Now let's finish up the plan to help Dr. Megan, create a million-dollar business. 90 days from now, once we are seeing more leads, more traffic, better conversions, which is going to happen if we simplify this.
Yeah.
May, if nothing else, you will be thinking about fewer things.
Yeah.
Because coming into this, you were like, my next move, is it good? Should I do a webinar?
Yeah.
Should I write a book? Should I go on other people's podcasts? Like, what should I do to make it even more complicated?
Yeah.
And, and my answer is we make it less complicated. That is what's gonna grow the business.
Okay.
Once we've done that and the business grows, which it will, then we can do something else that I think will take you to the million. And that is that I think we need to pull you out of this very small niche, which is you're, you're basically the—
The printer's own pharmacist.
Yes.
Yeah.
That is like the niche. It's a, that's a niche of all niches.
It is.
So we had a conversation at breakfast today about how we could widen that net a little bit and how we could build up a bigger brand that might allow you to launch other products to your target people. Have you had any time to process that and think about what direction you might like to go in?
I feel really confident. With the legitimacy of nutrient depletion, just like the drug is causing side effects because it's stealing from you.
Oh, that's really good.
And so talking about which drugs are causing that and which drugs aren't, which drugs, you know, like are there other drugs where there can be a companion supplement?
Can you gimme another example of that?
Yeah. So like statins, um, but they're for cholesterol, they're causing people to have low, uh, CoQ10. And so give that along with it.
It's really good.
That, that's been my big plan all along, but I've never branched out.
What, what do you mean it's been your big plan all along?
When I first invented this formula, it was like, oh, but I could do other drugs too. But I never did.
Why?
Because I thought I needed to create a custom formulation for every single one and logistics of the formulation, the manufacturing, laying out huge sums of money for the formula. All of that was overwhelming. And it's like, also I've been taking advice from people like you who say, do one thing and do it well. Mm-hmm. But you're saying I'm almost at the point where I've done that thing well enough that it can just keep feeding itself.
I think 90 days from now you'll be at that point.
Yeah. And then I can grow new ways.
Yes. I really like this positioning of nutrient replenishment. And I'm guessing that there's 4 to 6 other avenues that, that will play out. Statins, stimulants.
They're just not the same person, you know? Like that's been my problem is it's a totally different demographic for each.
Does that concern you?
No, it's just legitimately, that's an entirely new funnel because it's an entirely new person.
I see what you're saying.
So that's been holding me back too, cuz like I know exactly who my ideal client is right now.
Are there other things that that person buys or other ways that you might be able to serve them?
I mean, they're on a journey that, that's what you talk about, that when they're off of prednisone, I could potentially, but it's, it's not as clear-cut and legitimate and easy and like, I don't feel as strongly about.
Mm-hmm. Well, you have sort of, nothing's gone wrong and this isn't a, a knock on your business at all, but you have sort of pigeonholed yourself.
Yeah.
With one customer, one specific pain point might be a good thing that you have one product that serves them and hopefully they're subscribed to it for a very long time.
Yeah.
So I, I do hear your concern about, okay, this is an entirely different person.
Yeah.
But the brand is still very clear.
Yes.
This is where you go when you have A prescription that is causing XYZ side effect.
Mm-hmm.
And the answer is to replenish nutrients.
Yes.
From a branding perspective, that is still very clear.
'Cause I do have the 2 different websites. The Prednisone Pharmacist is my personal brand where it's about prednisone. And then there's my Nutrinize website that is originally designed to be that home of the ways you can replenish the nutrients.
Okay. I didn't realize there were multiple websites as well.
Oh yeah. By the way, there's my blog and my sales.
This, this is why, uh, you know, sometimes 80% of my job is telling people stop what not to do.
Mm-hmm.
I spent 2 days with Dr. Megan simplifying her business and notice how she keeps wanting to complicate things. Should I do a webinar? Should I do a book launch? Should I launch on a new channel? This is super common. If you are relating to this, this is because us entrepreneurs hear a bunch of different ways that you could grow, but we lack the focus of where to invest our time and energy. The reality is picking any one is probably going to grow the business. This is why a lot of the entrepreneurs in our community are successful because they're following a very straightforward plan where they don't have to complicate it so much. And if you need that plan, you can go get it for free. It's available for download over at capitalism.com/100k. Because it, it's not that any of 'em were bad ideas, it's just that all of them are equally fine ideas.
Right.
And if we have lots of fine ideas getting a little piece of our attention, none of them can grow into million-dollar businesses.
Right.
So I, I do not give you permission to launch a second product or go into this other funnel now.
Mm-hmm.
But 90 days from now, when you've proven that We can keep the funnel really simple. It may be time to look at a second product that matches the same branding that you're talking about.
Yeah.
And at that point, you will all already have the traction on YouTube. So you're not starting from zero. You have some brand in the space, so you won't be starting from zero there. If you decide to put that product on Amazon, you'll already have authority on Amazon. So you will not be starting from zero.
Yeah.
You will have a launching pad to take that product to 20 sales a day much faster. So that, that is my prescription to get you from $27,000 to like $50,000, and then we'll work on going beyond that. Is there anything that you would like to hit that makes you feel like, okay, I've got my million-dollar plan?
So I still feel like there's part of the journey of explaining to them Like if they don't watch that video, it's the, the emails that they're gonna get the bridge of education, I guess. Like I'm just trying to make sure I have it wrapped around my head, like making sure they're actually getting the full, this is why you need the product. Like you're suffering, it can solve that. And this is how.
Educational content is overrated.
Mm. Okay. Like if that video sales letter isn't watched, like if I see that, you know, would a, a webinar be a different way of getting the exact same content across?
The reason I'm struggling with that is because I'm worried that you're gonna add another layer of complication.
Mm-hmm.
Now, if you tell me, I love doing webinars, I love educating my people, I wanna do lives and I wanna do webinars and I wanna write a book. Like, I just love doing this stuff.
I do being, I love, I mean, the people want to interact with me to buy, like they're always like, is it okay for me? And so it's like if they're messaging me or calling me, They're always, not always, but often wanting that. So it's like, is that a better way?
I'm going to add something to your prescription. This is going to feel a little bit like a left turn, but I did a little bit of digging into your brand, uh, before we sat down here. And I noticed that on your YouTube, you link over to a Facebook group and that Facebook group has 5,000 members in it. I have no idea what's going on in your Facebook group. I didn't join the Facebook group.
It just takes care of itself.
Okay. So there's nothing going on.
It's literally a lead magnet.
Okay.
Me.
Okay, great. So you're ahead of me. This is what I want you to do. I want one of the bonuses that somebody gets after they opt in to be getting into the Facebook group.
Okay.
And in the first welcome email that they get, I have invite them into the, the Facebook group. You already have that?
Uh, no, not in that, not in the first welcome email, but yeah. Okay.
In your welcome email.
Mm-hmm.
I want you to welcome them to the community, give them the discount code, invite them to the Facebook group.
Okay.
Those are their 2 things that they do in that first email. Now, all of your lives, webinars, et cetera, happen in the Facebook group.
Okay.
So one thing that I would give you permission to do is once to at most twice a month, go live in the Facebook group and answer all of the questions that you gathered from the group that have been posted over the previous 2 weeks.
Okay.
And so now you can start to build a system where, what are your questions for this week's live? I'm going to be taking them and answering them Friday at 2. Now you have a new reason to email your list too.
Oh, okay.
So you're going to say, I'm about to go live, or I'm going live this Friday. If you have questions, post them in this thread. P.S., if you're new here and you want to try the supplement stack, here's your discount.
Mm-hmm.
So we're, we're doing the call to action again.
Okay.
So now the email and the Facebook group talk to each other and promote one another.
Very good.
And you can do all your live content whenever you want inside of the Facebook group because it's behind the lead magnet.
Gotcha. So now I'm getting rewarded for that.
Well, well, now if it comes up organically in your YouTube videos that sometimes you go live inside of the community, if you want access to the community, go over to the same lead magnet that we promote every single video. So now again, there's one through line where we are promoting them.
Okay.
How does that feel?
I like that. You're giving me a creative outlet. Thank you.
So you can, you can do all your creative outlets to the people who have opted in and joined the community.
Okay.
And now you have a reason to invite everybody in that direction.
Beautiful.
So that is the one thing that I would add to this prescription.
Okay.
So we've checked a couple boxes. We have simplified the lead path.
Mm-hmm.
We've given 'em a direct way for them to become customers. Now we have a way to engage with those leads. This is gonna increase your conversion rate.
Mm-hmm.
Over time. And in 90 days, we can start to widen that a little bit so that this goes from a half a million dollar business to a, you know, a comfortable, high profit, 7-figure business.
Beautiful.
How's that feel?
That's very exciting. Cool.
I think you're 3 to 6 months away from that being a reality. Cool. We'll check in then.
Thank you. Appreciate it.
Give it up for Dr. Megan.
Thanks guys. Thanks. Sorry.
That was fun.
Can I talk? Can I talk?
Yeah.
I just got my money's worth. I can just go home now. Like, that was awesome.
Good. I'm glad. My goal in this conversation with Dr. Megan was to simplify her business and give her a 90-day plan to unlock the next level of growth and notice that I did not Add anything to her plate. I did not add any new tasks or any new products. I took things away so that she focused on making one or two things great. Once she completes that, I'm very confident that she will at least double her business, and then we will tack on another 90-day plan to help her get close or accomplish that $100,000 a month milestone. It can be very helpful to work with someone else On creating your 90-day plan of what you're going to accomplish. And this is something that we do inside of our mentorship with our entrepreneurs. So we give them the 90-day plan that they execute to help them unlock the next level of growth. If you wanna see how all of that works, then go over to capitalism.com/100k. That's where all of our free resources live and our playbook to accomplish $100,000 a month is available for free. That's at capitalism.com/100k. My name is Ryan Daniel Moran, and here at Capitalism.com, we help entrepreneurs launch, get to $100,000 a month, and then prepare for a multimillion-dollar exit. And if that's the journey that you're on, then I'd appreciate it if you subscribe to the channel. Thanks for watching. I'll see you guys next time. Take care.
