In this coaching monologue, the speaker cites Robert Kiyosaki’s principle that wealth comes from acquiring cash‑producing assets and argues that most entrepreneurs mistakenly run their businesses as jobs rather than assets. He explains that a 7‑figure entrepreneur who is involved in daily operations cannot walk away or sell the business, whereas an 8‑figure owner builds a sellable, cash‑generating asset that provides freedom and passive distributions. The speaker emphasizes hiring or partnering for skills, scaling the business beyond personal involvement, and shifting mindset from “entrepreneur” to “owner.” Finally, he invites viewers to a linked service that helps entrepreneurs transition to asset ownership.

Robert Kiyosaki said that the fastest way to get rich is by spending your life acquiring cash-producing assets. And most entrepreneurs know this, but they never turn their business into an asset. So it's a job rather than a cash-producing asset. If you are in the middle of your 7-figure business and you're overseeing the channels and your team is reporting to you and you are going to the meetings, you do not have an asset. You are maybe a high-paid entrepreneur, but you can't walk away. You can't sell that business. The way that you ultimately change your life is by having a business that you can sell, not one that you have to sell. That's freedom. That's when you have full choice about what you do with your life and time. It's not when you have to wake up early and go to all the meetings. That's a skill that you hire for or you partner for. If you want to get rich, turn your business into an asset. And in order to do that, you got to stop thinking like a 7-figure entrepreneur and you got to start thinking like an 8-figure owner. That's when you can have multiple projects going on and you can walk away from your business and you can take distributions without working harder. You have other people who are growing the business who are better you, that's where everything unlocks that you thought was going to happen at 7 figures. But it actually happens when you become the owner of the asset. If you want to see what that process looks like and you need some help going from entrepreneur to asset owner, see the link around this video to see how we take entrepreneurs and turn them into owners.
