E-commerce entrepreneurs aren't going to like hearing me say this, but the more products you have, the harder it is to get to $1 million in sales. Here's why. In order to get to $1 million or more in sales, you've got to have a machine that gets your product out to 25 to 100 customers every single day. That means that you've got to have enough firepower and focus to build the road that takes you to 25 to 100 sales a day. But most entrepreneurs will just launch product after product after product thinking that one of them is going to naturally take off. The fastest way to get to $1 million and beyond is to build a system that takes a product to consistent sales and then put more products through that system. AG1 built a billion-dollar business with just one product. Element still to this day only has one product, and it's electrolytes. The way that you will build your business the fastest is not with more products, it's actually with fewer products. It's to build the process and the distribution to get those products into the hands of customers, and then launching new products to those customers. Acquire customers, make them really happy raving fans of your business, and then you launch products number 2. So what do you do if you've already got multiple products? All of your attention into one. Get it to at least $25,000 a month in sales. Then you duplicate that process over 3 more products and you got a million-dollar business.
