The Tribe: Building Audiences and Using Brand Ambassadors

Ryan Daniel Moran explains how Amazon sellers can build independent audiences by extracting buyers into email lists and Facebook groups, then recruiting brand ambassadors to scale product launches. He covers packaging inserts, retargeting, and growing to around 1,000 raving fans before expanding through paid ads and partnerships.

What's up, Warren? Cinta, are you going to be in San Fran this weekend?
Give me one second.
Mark Gilmore, good to see you. Hey, we're going to miss you in San Fran this weekend. I wish you were joining us. Sunny moved to Austin. What's up, aj Excited to see you tomorrow. I'm still waiting to hear from Cinta. Cinta, are you going to be joining us in San Fran this weekend? I haven't heard from you, Hani. I'm sorry. We're going to miss you tomorrow in San Fran, but it's good to see you. And for those of you who are watching on YouTube or watching via Google hangout, give me a yay. Give me a thumbs up. Give me a hey where you can see me. Okay. Post it in the comments over on YouTube or in the Facebook thread. That will work just fine too. So I'm doing a little bit hey, Kevin, I'm doing a little bit of a balancing act here where I am, I'm managing YouTube, I'm managing Facebook live here on the phone. I'm managing the comments over on Facebook and YouTube on here.
It is a beautiful day here in Austin, Texas. ACL is going on this week. I completed part two, round two of my anti dad bod plan, which round one was losing all my baby fat, if you will. And I lost about 22 pounds. And then.
Round two was to add some muscle. So I've been lifting really heavy. You have to have the matching beard.
With the extra girth. Right. With the extra testosterone. I completed round two yesterday. And then we're starting round. We're in between round two and three. Three round plan. Just like with three stages to a million, there's three stages to an anti dad bob.
My attempt is to lose the extra girth I gained on the strength and lose some of this water weight that's being stored in my face. I've learned so much about diet and lifestyle and fitness through this process. It's been really fun. Hey, YouTube or Google hangout, I'm waiting to hear from you that you can see me. I can see it on my end. So either in the Facebook group, if you're watching on.
The stream, give me a yay that you can hear me.
Over on YouTube. Hey, Ben.
I do lift on keto. Yeah. But I use keto to cut and I use keto to strip water weight. So I'm not in ketosis right now, which is why I've got this pipe puffiness going on in my face. Clement wan is laughing at that right now. I think keto is amazing for health and energy, but it's not so good for packing on muscle. So I use something called the anabolic approach when I am lifting and looking to add size. So.
I'm actually working on. At some point, I'm going to do a product just like. Because I got it in me and I got to get it out. I'm probably going to call it the Nobleman Project, about.
Showing up as a man. And a part of that will be the anabolic diet, because it's what I believe in for the overall balanced approach. It's basically a modified version of the four hour body. It's a cyclical ketogenic diet. What I think is probably the best balanced approach that's worth a Google, if you're interested. Ben, come on. I've got all kinds of content in me right now. There we go. Now the comments. I can see the comments on YouTube now.
You guys gave me a heart attack, so. Hey, Ari. Hey, Joseph. Hey. Tony Rivera. Excuse me. Simon Stryker.
I'm gonna be okay, guys. I'm gonna make it.
And Anthony Lee, how the hell are you? It's good to see you, dude. This is fun. Hey, we haven't even started yet. This is fun. We should do this more. We should hang out more often. All right, so obviously there is a lot going on in our little space right now. We had the news this week that Amazon is ending the incentivized review game, which was actually music to my ears. We all knew something like that was going to happen at some point. We all knew that that had to happen.
What we're going to talk about today will certainly help with that. It will certainly make that faster if you've come to the next level, if you've ever been to the next level before, which is one of the workshops we used to do specifically for, you know, on this topic of getting Amazon sellers to go bigger and then to pivot. What's up, Modislaw? To pivot and go. You know, build audiences and. And make themselves more secure. We had this strategy where we called it the 500 reviews in a weekend strategy, and that is totally still relevant. So I'm really excited about the changes because it makes the stuff that we do in our community way more effective. At the same time, though, I've spoken at amazing a little bit on this topic. I have talked about this on the podcast some. And by the way, for those of you who are interested on YouTube, I just posted my talkfromazing.com I'm also converting it into a podcast and that will be up on Monday. What's up, Master Joe? Good to see you, dude. Everybody say hey to Master Joe. Give Master Joe some hashtags. What's up, Damian Benko? So, hey, if your life and business has been affected by Joe Gianfola, give him some hashtags in the comments over on Facebook. So what I have made a priority really from day one and I have talked about.
Since three years ago, has been having the.
I'm still waiting for the hashtags for Joe Gianfola. Give them over on Facebook.
Yev. It is near identical with some changes and some funny jokes. So. So I'd still recommend you watch it on YouTube. So I.
Yes, Chris, 500 reviews in a weekend is pretty much the average for when we run our kind of review. Getting strategy, totally in line with Amazon's terms of service.
Totally cool and ethical. There's the hashtags for Master Joe.
My focus and my experience since day one. I remember the day it started. I was living at 3301 Westland Drive, Apartment A, and Sean Coyne and I were starting Zen active. We had product over in the middle of the ocean. He and I were on the phone and he said.
What could he ask, you know, what are we going to do for the next two months? He said, what are we going to do?
Yeah, what are we going to do in the meantime while we got this.
We got this, like.
What do you say? We got this product in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. And I said, here's what we have to do. What we have to do is we have to do everything we can to set ourselves up so that day one, we can take orders. We got to have something where we help people who are ready to buy from us on day one. And that started the strategy that we did for the I Love Yoga page that started the strategy of the launch method that Master Joe has perfected that we have talked about so much here in the tribe. It was build up a little following, even if it is just on Facebook, even if it's a Facebook group of 200 people, even if it's a blog that has 100 subscribers. We need to have something in place so that we can take orders. From day one, I want it to hit Amazon and for us to take sales.
We did that through Facebook, through building up likes. Most of you have seen.
The YouTube video where I'm dressed terribly and people listened anyway, and then they forgot about that strategy and. And then we talked about the 12 months to 1 million plan. And part of that was leveraging blasts, building up audiences from your existing customers, launching future products to those. And that worked beautifully. And then everybody forgot about it. And then we talked about selling your company and how your business is an asset. And part of that asset is having the audience that rallies behind you. And everybody forgot about it. So some of this is going to be a little bit review to you, but I want to put it in context for why it's so important and how doing it will allow you to easily weather storms like you might have seen this week. It will also allow you to charge more money. It will position you against.
Competition, which is like competition with an E, though it will.
It also solidifies you in the marketplace. So.
Some of our backroom members are currently either selling their companies or considering selling their companies. And their valuations have been between 10 and actually between 8 and $12 million. So they're thinking about cashing out, taking their 8 to 12 million bucks, and then either starting a new business.
Whatever they're going to do next. I recently had one of our companies valued, and it was valued much higher than that. And it was valued much higher than that for the specific reason that we had a very target audience and we had a small following. Small, I guess, depending. We have a decent following and we're recruiting brand ambassadors with success. And that has made our company more valuable. So it will make you more money, it will solidify you against competition, it will allow you to charge higher prices, it will allow you to launch products faster.
In fact, right now we're able to rank for just about any keyword in three to seven days. And we can also. Oh, and that's without doing giveaways. I believe in giveaways as part of a holistic strategy, but we're ranking top five for keywords without doing giveaways. And we're. And we're getting. We can get 500 reviews in a weekend on just about any product. And it is all because we have some sort of, you know, we have an audience that we can get to rally behind us. All right, so do me a solid in the comments. Just in the total context of this, before I go into some of the how to pieces.
I would like to hear what you would like to take away from our, you know, the next 45 minutes that we might spend together. What would you most like to walk away from? Because I could sit here and rant, but I want to make sure it's totally relevant to these groups and it includes things that you can walk away with and implement into your business. So what do you want to take away from.
This? Post them in the comments.
Hey, Chris Kingsbury. What's up, Brody? Thank you for the kind words. And Natasha.
So Chad wants to learn how to obtain and keep brand ambassadors. Okay, we can do that.
What else?
Ari would like to see your exact email sequences to your audiences. How to get them to write reviews. How do you write them? Subject lines, Ari, I've given those to you, man. You've sat in the room. I can review them with you tomorrow in San Francisco if you'd like, but you have those. Best launch for new product sellers.
What is the mindset of finding brand ambassadors? Okay. Best way to find out where your audience is usually at. That's interesting. Mike Foley, the review strategy. Cool. We can talk about that in person tomorrow. When building your Facebook audience, where do you get your content? Interesting.
The best medium to build an audience. Build rating fans. Outside traffic funnels. Cool. So Anthony, actually, let me start there.
Okay, so.
Look, just so you know.
It would take 30 to 45 minutes to go through the 500 reviews in a weekend strategy. So we'll see what we've got at the end of this. I've also very, very rarely talked about that publicly because I put it into an expensive workshop, but. Well, I'm probably not going to reveal that in this one, but we can talk about it a little bit. We can tease a little bit at the end if you want. Tony says was going to give a discount for my next product, but if I use a standard email process, these people can get reviews. Will the reviews stick and is it considered a policy violation? Okay.
I'm going to predict that, no, they're not going to see it as a policy violation.
All right, so I want to start with something that Anthony brought up, which was, hey, Catherine Chung. Which was using outside traffic funnels, using social media strategies for ranking, building audiences, etc.
So I'm going to address that first and then we'll go into kind of the formula, if you will, for this.
So, Anthony, the.
The thing that most people get wrong here is, in my opinion, where most of you are, I know most of you are. Where I see people getting this wrong is they go out and they build an E commerce store, they put up a Shopify store, they put up a video sales letter, and then they just expect it to double their business. They're like, hey, Amazon's doing really well, so I'm going to put up an E commerce store. I'm going to put up.
A video sales letter. I'm going to put up a funnel and I'll just turn on the traffic and it's, you know, it's going to be just like Amazon. And they absolutely lose their shirt. Just remove the R and they remove their shirt because that's what happens. They absolutely lose money, they lose time, they get frustrated. And what I have seen is that the reason why people do that. And I said this at one of our backroom meetings once, I said, you don't want to have a funnel. And there was like four people, like, yes, I do. And I said, no, you don't. What you want is to feel secure about the money you're making, so you feel the need to diversify. And they said, yeah, that's true. And what is actually going on there is they have a business, they have a. Or let's just say they have a sales stream that's doing well. They maximize Amazon, they're now removing resources from that and they're putting it into their funnel, which they think is gonna blow up, but that's a completely different business. So, Anthony, to answer your question, my opinion is that everyone is doing funnels and E commerce wrong. The way that you do E commerce and funnels correctly is to have the audience first. Now, if you have an out, if you start with a funnel, if you start with E commerce, it's an easy pivot into Amazon because E commerce and funnels is the hard work. Amazon's easy, so you can start there. And then, for example, Drew Canole, buddy of mine, has a video sales formula that does really well. They worked on it for a couple of years to get it right, and now it does about a million dollars a month in sales. That's sales through mostly affiliates and some cold traffic. What's up, Howard Lee. Good to see you, man. And what we, you know what, what I told him was you have this big audience, you know, you've got all these buyers and you control the sales process. You have all these emails, you have this YouTube following. If we optimize your Amazon channel this much, you're gonna blow it up. And that's exactly what happened. So he turned that on, turn it on to Amazon, and now he had a duplicated funnel. And that does. That's like a $500,000 a month revenue stream. So he was able to. Hey, Howard. He was able to duplicate that quickly, but not because he had the funnel, because he had the audience. So.
Anthony, the way you make funnels and outside traffic work is to have the Audience, that is the thing that brings everything together. You know when you can hit send and you've got.
A new audience, or you've got a new channel, or you can launch a new product, that makes everything easier, way easier.
So the nucleus to it all is not your sales, it's your audience. So if you are not building an audience, we're going to go over some strategies that you can use to now start to collect them. And if you're selling on Amazon, I'll say this. The secret or the place you can start is your existing buyers. So why don't I start with this?
Let's go over like one tip that if you take nothing away from, here's going to be your little Easter egg where.
You can implement this right away. The secret to everything is that audience or those, those buyers that are currently buying from you on Amazon. Some of you have hundreds of thousands of people that you're getting in front of or that you have data. The way that you start to collect those email addresses or their contact information is by a combination of inserts or stickers on your packaging, sending them to a landing page where you can collect their data, and some variation of using. Oh, shoot, what's the term? Because we don't use this.
Where you export the data and it finds the email address. What is that called?
Append. Email append, Is that it? So we don't use email append, but here is your magic tip what you can do. I don't like email appendix because I don't want my customers to hear from me unless they chose to. But you can.
Take that, upload it into a retargeting plan and start running ads to them and send them back to a landing page, which is something we'll totally do. We'll use that to get in front of them on Facebook or on Google or on some other.
Retargeting platform. But we won't just email them cold. I know plenty of people who do that and actually say it's been a great experience. I don't really feel that. So we choose not to. But I know plenty of people who do that. Kathryn brings up the third point, which is emailing your customers through the Amazon Marketplace using Merch Bee or I don't even know what any of the other ones are. We use Merchby, but using the Michael. Yes, There is a Google hangout for this.
I am live on YouTube right now.
So you can email your customers within Amazon as well and use them to highlight new products, ask for reviews and all of that. Stuff works really well if you use some of our email templates from the next level for the, the over the weekend strategy that works really, really well inside of Amazon's marketplace. So you can blast hundreds of thousands of buyers really quickly. So you have access to. You have access to thousands and thousands of customers. That's your starting point. That is the place where you have access to people who have already voted with their dollars and said, this is the company. So sorry for the noise. This is the company. Now let's pivot. Let's assume now that we're all on the same page and we get that we got this nucleus of buyers. We just need to know how to. What do we give this nucleus of buyers to get them to follow us, get them to give us their email address, get them to come back and read our blog post. Because if we can, we call it our extraction process, we can take this pool of buyers and we can extract them into a place where we can control the experience. Now we're powerful. Now we have. That is the pivot point. That's the point that you can now launch beyond Amazon. You have security and you have a presence bigger than just one channel. That is like the magic pivot point. Cool. I'll pause for a second because this piece is really important. You have this pool of buyers that's going to be our nucleus. If we can extract them, and I told you the processes we use, but if you can think bigger than what's going to be relevant exactly. For your business, then we can use that to launch everything beyond that. But I'll pause here for a second if you want to ask a couple questions before we go into more depth about what to do once we have that process in place. At our next level workshop, we hammer this into everybody who shows up because.
Everything is built off of that. Everything is built off of the idea of extracting who's already buying and bringing them somewhere else. And we'll talk about this somewhere else. But I want you to get that there's a pool of buyers that you have access to and we're going to bring them someplace else. Does that make sense? Please give me hashtags or yays.
Am I on a delay or am I just talking to myself?
I'm not going on until you give me some hashtags or some yays.
Thank you. For us, Anthony, when you say launch into everything, are you saying that ad spend on Facebook and Social should be targeting likes?
I'm not saying that, but I would argue that, Anthony, I would say that the purpose of.
Running ads is to build up the community 100%. That's. Hey, Clement. That's the only thing that you should be spending money to get the idea of. Thanks, Hani. Thanks, Michael. The idea. Thanks, Brojc and Thomas Benz and Ari Cohen, Joseph Blaylock and Tony Rivera and Simon Stryker. And just two good 99. I think.
The only reason you should spend money, Anthony, is to build up the audience and the community. The way you monetize that is by having the community rally behind whatever you do next. What's up, Joe Scott. Excited to see you at the back room tomorrow. So I wasn't making that point. I don't know where you picked up that point, but I would make that argument. I would say that. So you and your psychic powers, you figuring out what's in my head. Yes, I agree. I agree with that.
Okay, so let's move on. We're gonna extract our customers and put them someplace else. So.
This is what that looks like.
First, absolutely critical.
This. Everything we talk about up until this point is irrelevant if you do not have a very specific, very target audience, meaning you know the type of person that you are serving. You have heard me talk about this several times. But if you do not have a demographic or a problem that you solve, this is irrelevant to you. You can't build an audience out of this. Walmart does not have an audience. Walmart sells commodities. Now, there is plenty of money to be made. There's plenty of money to be made selling commodities.
You're just always going to be in a price war. You're always going to have low margins. You're never going to be in control of the experience.
However, Outdoors World has a huge audience.
Because people choose them because they have a very specific target audience. Joe Scott, who is in our back room and is commenting on Facebook Live, by the way, if you're pacing a million dollars or more and you want to join us at our next backroom event, we're actually flying into San Fran tomorrow. If you want to hop on a flight, shoot myself or Maruxia a message. Maruxa might actually already be there. So shoot me a message if you want to hop on a plane and join us for the back room. I don't even know if I announce this. We're renting a yacht and doing some really fun things and meeting with some.
Investment bankers. It's gonna be fun. Anyway.
Where was I? Target audiences. So Joe Scott made a very, very interesting observation in our back room recently about the company Yeti. Now, Yeti sells coolers Right.
Kinda hard to differentiate a cooler. But they started with an extremely targeted audience. And it was, I think, outdoorsy people. Right? Joe Scott. It's.
Hunters and fishermen. Now everybody uses them. I think I have one around here somewhere.
I think I have.
A yeti coffee mug or whatever sitting here. They started with this extremely targeted audience and gave them exactly what they wanted. The result is they're now worth $5 billion. $5 billion. Joe Scott says they started with fishermen. Sweet. 5 billion. Selling coolers.
Now, if they were just a cooler company, they couldn't do that. They would not. And the reason is they would not have ever had the passionate audience. They never would have had the passionate group that just raved about them. It would never have happened. Another example of this is when I was in college. You weren't cool if you didn't have a North Face jacket. Everybody who was cool wore a North Face jacket. Now, if you look at what North Face does, North Face targets skiers and winter athletes.
The percentage of people on my campus who wore North Face but were winter athletes was like 0.01%. We wore them because they were cool. But it started with an extremely targeted audience. The skiers. Those skiers made them cool, and then other people adopted them. If you have seen my Last presentation@amazing.com I talk about the product diffusion curve. When you go after the very specific group, that group leads you to everything else. It leads you to the rest of the product adoption. So if you're targeting everyone, you are targeting no one. You're going to have price wars and review wars. You're never going to have the audience that just rallies behind you, that just believes in everything you do and wants to show up to everything that you do. So you must start by targeting a specific group of people. It doesn't need to be a tiny group of people. It just needs to be a defined demographic. It is the difference between selling spatulas and targeting moms. That's the difference. Moms buy spatulas. I don't know a single mom who doesn't own a spatula, and I don't know a single person who buys spatulas who isn't a mom. But it is a world of a difference. A world of a difference. If you sell spatulas, you have nothing else you can sell. If you sell to moms, you have a long list of things that you can sell. Moms buy spatulas. Selling spatulas is a commodity. What's up, Tim Tierney. Good to see you, man.
Does this make sense so nothing else matters. Like none of this is relevant to you.
If you don't have a very specific targeted audience.
Now, if you don't know.
Just look at who you are already attracting. Poll your audience, take your audience, import them into Facebook and get the demographic data on them. Find out who's showing up right now and then reverse engineer that, reverse engineer who you've been targeting.
Who'S been showing up, who's been resonating with you up to this point, and then go with them moving forward.
So that's how you can decide this. So what do we do then?
So it's my belief, you know, just like there is a three stage process to a million, there's three stage process to a million dollar following. And that first stage, that grind, is when you've got less than 1,000 fans who believe in you, 1,000 people who like your message will spread, your message will buy whatever it is that you launch. If we can get to that thousand people who really believe in us, who really love what we're doing, you are indestructible.
Because you could do a lot, you can do a lot with a thousand raving fans. If you get a thousand raving fans to buy whatever product you put into the marketplace. If you get a thousand fans to buy your next product at full price without doing any discounts or doing small discounts. If you get 1,000 people to believe in what you're doing and come to your aid, if someone leaves a negative review.
You'Re very powerful. Very powerful. A great example of this, when we were in Toronto for one of our Next Level workshops, we were talking about the Honest Company. Honest Company, of course, is Jessica Alba's company. Just sold to, I think, Unilever for a billion dollars. Not even good diapers, believe me. But they have a rabid following because they're natural, supposedly. Some reports came out suggesting they weren't as natural as they marketed themselves to be, but they had this very specific audience of moms who did not want chemicals on their baby skin. So that was the problem that they were solving. What's up, Rita? Al Musa, good to see you. Looking forward to having you in Austin. So that was their very specific target audience. And when we were in Toronto together, Marusha was. Maroucha is a raving fan of honest. And while we were there, we had this.
There was this news report that came out about the fact that honest was not as honest as they may have suggested. There were some reports.
There'S some reports coming out that it wasn't so Wasn't so pure, wasn't so clean as everybody had made them out as they had marketed themselves to be. So.
It'S a lot of pushback against that. I turned to Marusha and I said, does this affect your belief of, like, does this affect how you view the company? She said, not a bit. I don't believe it. I love what they do. I trust them. I believe in them. Okay, well, there's a study that came out that said there. There's like aluminum or rat poison or. I'm making this up. The report did not say that there was rat poison in diapers. I'm making a joke. But it's like, look, the report says, don't care. I believe in what they do. I support them. Interesting. And we had a conversation about this. It was a really good conversation. And we all realized.
That audience wasn't going anywhere.
Donald Trump is a fantastic example of this. Devin Dorrish, good to see you, dude. And I can't wait to see. See you tomorrow at the back room event.
Donald Trump's a perfect example of this.
He even said I could go out and shoot somebody on the street and my supporters would still support me. And that is true.
Why? His true fans. His true haters as well. Hi, Shelley. So the.
Raving fans will defend you against criticism.
The raving fans will come to your aid in a pinch. They will buy your other products.
And we only need about a thousand. So the nucleus, the beginning of it are those individuals who have already bought from us. If we're on Amazon, we're going to marry that. The strategy strategy is to marry that with outside people. And we're going to bring them together using public sites, public audience builders, like Facebook, like Pinterest, like YouTube. We're going to bring our buyers and we're going to bring new people. We're going to put them together and we're going to develop our rating fan base. So here's how that would look. First, if we've identified who our market is, if we know who our audience is, if we know the next question is where do they hang out? One of the questions that came up at the beginning was identify where they hang out. If we know who we're serving, then we also know who they follow. We'll stick with the example of moms who cook for their children. Probably Rachael Ray, maybe Martha Stewart. They might follow, hey, moms who cook for your children. Who else do you follow? Jessica Alba. They might buy honest company.
Choosing moms might choose Jif. You know what do they watch on tv. Hey, Sean Coyne is here. What's up, dude? Say hi to Cleveland for me. So these are all.
This is how we identify where they. Where they follow or who they follow. That's like the public, the big names. We can narrow this down even more to say what podcasts about.
Cooking or.
Being a mom are ranking really high. We don't have to overthink this. We can just look at what's hot in the marketplace, what podcasts are ranking hot, what blogs do people already read? Great way to figure this out.
Ask. Ask your customers.
Ask the people who would be your ideal audience.
So we know who they follow or where they hang out. Or we can just look publicly at what are the big blogs?
What are the big blogs that moms read? What are the podcasts that are ranking? What are the YouTube channels that have millions of followers? This is basic research. We don't need to figure it out. We'll just look at where they are.
Okay.
Our job is to then put our content in front of them, to put things that would help them.
Go closer to their goals. Bring our existing customers with us and put it in front of the outside audience and merge them together onto whatever channel it is.
Jason says this is where everyone ended up. That webinar link fooled some of us. I don't understand, but.
Glad you're here.
So our whole goal is to build the audience on one of these public places. Perfect example of this.
Is luxy hair. They do YouTube videos. They've got like 3 million followers. Average video gets more views than Jay Leno got in his heyday. That's crazy. So here's what we're going to do. Until we're at 1000 real fans, we are going to put content or.
Whatever the. The consumption is on the public channel. So if it's on Instagram, it's going to be photos. If it is on YouTube, it's going to be video. If it's on Facebook, it's going to be text and video. If it's on YouTube. I think I said YouTube already. It's on Pinterest. It's going to be blog posts. If it's not blog, it's going to be content wherever you are, developing the audience. Gary Vaynerchuk put it when he and I were on the following one, too. How does your audience communicate with you? I thought that was a good way of looking at it. However you're communicating with your audience and they're communicating with you, that's where we're bringing everyone. So we're gonna. If it's on YouTube, we're gonna bring our existing buyers onto YouTube and then we're gonna put our content onto YouTube and we are going to pay to show up in front of the rest of the market. We're going to pay to show up in front of. Every time somebody searches for Rachael Ray, every time somebody is watching a video about cooking, we're gonna show up our ad. Our ad. We want showing up. And the ad could be a content video. To Anthony Lee's point, the only reason we're paying is to build the community. So we are. You. You pay to lose money with giveaways and blasts. Right? So we're going to pay to lose money for a bit to develop the audience of the raving fans. This is what is going to give us the firepower to launch products, to get reviews, to show, to increase the value of our company.
To really make an impact with our business. Give me a yay or some hashtags if you're good because I want to move on.
I want to keep going here. But our job here is to put the content in front of however our audience consumes it already and pay to show up until we've got a thousand fans. And we're going to bring our current audience with us. Now, how would that look? That might look like emailing all of our customers and telling them to find us on YouTube.
That might be sending an email to the list that we have and telling them to come follow us on YouTube. Or it might be taking the Facebook page that we have and bringing our content over from YouTube, putting it there and boosting it until we've got a thousand raving fans.
Thank you, Diana. Thank you, Simon, Ari, James, Chad, Bro, jc.
Pavel, Nicoletta, Rita, Jerry, Dan, Sunny, Faras, Mohammed, Andrea, Lana, Clement. Cool.
By the way, Clement and I, if I could say so, had the most badass ice cream last night. It was freaking delicious. And Faras was there as well. So Faras, Tom and I have said it was the best ice cream I've had in a long time. That's how I celebrated completion of round two of the anti dad bod party. Thank you, Tyrone. Thank you, Katerina. Thank you, Howard. Okay, so that is the first piece.
That's the first piece. Getting those thousand fans.
Yes, John. It would be a brand page or a brand channel. Well, so. But a brand channel doesn't need to be named Zen Active Sports. It could be named I love yoga. That's what we did.
That's totally fine.
So for example.
One of the ways that you could do this in.
If you wanted to, this would be more work, but this would kind of supercharge it. If you had a Facebook group of like 500 people and you did topical groups. Like, if you emailed your list and you said, I'm gonna do a. I'm gonna do a. We're gonna do a Facebook group about recipes, and we're gonna get, you know, invite your mom friends. We're just doing this for goodwill. And the group itself was like recipes for moms. And you got all these moms to start collaborating and releasing the recipes. And then that was like a sponsored group by the Moms for Life kitchen company. And you sold spatulas and you sold recipe books and all this other stuff. And the group was like the recipe group. And that started to build up, and you could email your list for that. That is another way that you could do this, John, where you've got the. The page is the topical one, but you still have your brand page. So if you've got something that you're not really sure how to pivot, one of the ways you could do is make a separate group where the whole point is just love and content, and you want to crowdsource some of the content. Get all your people in there. They're there for one reason. You can seed some content in there. Everybody else will start rallying, start sharing stuff. Marusha, this is huge for you on your coffee company, because if you go to your mom's group and you've got like, what's your favorite jumpstart coffee recipe? I put this in my coffee. And we do all that, and we get all the moms to start talking about all the different things that they do, and then a few of them start using your coffee line. You launch out of the gate massively. Same thing with all of your businesses. So in yoga, we might put a Facebook group together. We use the I love Yoga page. But if we just had a Zen active sports page and we wanted to do something that was like our favorite yoga poses or the 30 day yoga challenge, we could throw them into a group, get people posting their pictures and posting videos and getting them interacting with each other so we're not making the content, and that becomes our really raving fan base, which will then follow us on all the other channels and we can see seed them elsewhere. I know I just ranted for a couple minutes there, and now I'm doing spirit fingers for some reason, but give me a yay or hashtags if that Makes sense because that's actually really powerful. If you can create subgroups of your big following.
That will create even more like an engaged raving fan base that you could use in integration with your brand pages. So, John, thanks for making me go on that rant because I hope there was value in there.
All right, James says yay.
Devin says pow. Brian, thank you for the hashtags. Diana, thank you.
Simon. Yay, Mark. Yay. Okay, cool.
Moving on the next step now we've got, as.
My mentor Travis would say, here you go, James. Russell brought back fingers.
What we have now is we have the popcorn popping. That's what my buddy Travis says. We got the popcorn popping. Right? So if you do nothing else, please, I know I belabor points a lot. Like, I know that I repeat myself a lot. I just want to make sure you guys get the takeaways.
But if you do nothing else, identify where your audience hangs out. Start putting content there or groups there, getting the audiences there.
And then you start advertising that to outside groups. And we're working on getting those thousand people to really love us, to really rally behind us. There's a great podcast. There's a great.
There was a show on Self Made Man. Mike Dillard interviewed this girl. The show was called how to Develop a Million Fans While Raising Four Kids or something like that. And she talks about how she just shared all these recipes. I think there might have been a Facebook group involved where she started sharing recipes and the crowd started building itself. Because you had a specific market, you gave them what they wanted, you can connect it with product. That's the formula specific audience content that helps them and they also create a lot of it. Plus products that help them, that solve their need. That's the magic to a thousand fans.
It's embarrassing. I literally, I strained my finger doing front squats this week and it actually hurts to do spirit fingers.
Alright, so that's the magic formula specific audience content that's crowdsourced with them. So you're making some of the content, or someone on your team is making some of the content, or you're paying someone to make some of the content, plus the audience is making some. You'll take that, you'll put it on your channels plus your products. Now we've got a thousand raving fans. Repeat that process, Keep doing it. Keep advertising your content, keep boosting your posts, keep running advertisements until you're at at least 1,000 fans.
At that point, we've got the popcorn popping. Our next step now is to accelerate the process through brand Ambassadors.
Now, a brand ambassador is simply someone else with a following who's going to share our stuff. Now, it's really hard to go out and get brand ambassadors if we haven't done stage one. It's possible. It's totally possible. And the way that you would do that is you would just reach out to all of them and offer to pay them. That's all you would do. But if you haven't proven that you've got a raving fan base, it's harder. It's just a lot harder. And you've got to go out and grind your way to getting those ambassadors. And you can totally do it. It's totally cool to do it that way. Plenty of people do. But it's a lot easier if you've got the fan base, because now here's what can happen. You can go to that group of a thousand people and you can say.
Hey, so Tim Ferriss does this. Well, he'll tweet out, I want to interview Tony Robbins. What would you ask him if you were me?
All of this stuff starts to pour in. Tony Robbins sees that and is like, huh, a lot of feedback there. I'll go on his show.
That creates an incredible amount of leverage to get in front of the people that you want.
Yev says self made man. Example sounds like it applies here. If tribe members with overlapping audiences can help each other scale up, you bet. So, spoiler alert.
At some point, we need to get some systems dialed in. Like, we've been a little messy and I know that we're working on it, but at some point when we've got the brand builder boot camp going out to new people and all the things that we really want to be doing in the tribe are a lot clearer. We're going to do an audience core and the audience course, and it will be tribe members will get it for free, but we're going to make an audience course that will exist not just for brand builders and audience sellers, but it will be structured in a way so if someone buys it and they go through it, they build an audience that they can launch products to physical products, digital products. And part of that is because the tribe exists to connect brand builders with audience leaders, with investors, and that accelerates business growth. So you have to. Your point? Part of our vision internally is to have people building audiences and then connect them with the brand builders. Or if you've got an audience or if you've got a brand, you go through that content or the stuff we're talking about now, you build the audience. Now you've got something that you can use to partner with other tribe members and you build up each other's audiences. So that's something that's not in the works yet, but it's part of the vision to bring in these audience builders so that those of you who have brands can partner up with them and promote your products. So that people who do have audiences can step in and say, I need affiliate programs to promote who's got a good physical product.
Around this topic? Or how can we collectively get people together to attract this thought leader to do some content? Does that make sense? Is that something you guys would want? Let me know because it's in the vision. We need to button up some systems first, but we will get there.
How active do you feel your audience has to be for your first launch? Your launch is stage three. You make the money in stage three. The stage one, building up the thousand, Stage two, bringing in other people. And that's where we are now. Stage three is going to be the launch process.
So stage two. Now we've got the popcorn part. What's up, Marcia? I have been trying to get ahold of you for months, and now you join me on Facebook Live. I've sent you so many Facebook messages. I hope I'm going to see you.
Okay. So. Okay. Okay, Good. Steven. Hey, Steven says definitely want that. Definitely wants that course.
Bro. JC Says definitely wants it. Ari says, I'll be your first customer. Well, Ari, if you're a tribe member, you're gonna get it for free. So stop trying to give me money, man. But I appreciate it.
In stage two. Here again, the core.
The point is. Sorry, good question from Marvin. Marvin, can you point us to the right resources to understand how to craft the correct message for the audience to rally behind? Ask your audience. Like, I would love to give you the message that would connect with your audience, but your audience already knows. Read the book, start with why.
Then go take that idea to your audience and just ask them or decide what difference you want to make in the world and lead with that. All right, I want to get through this because we're already at the top of the hour and I want to get through some of this content. In stage two, our purpose is to start. We've got our raving fans. It's then to go out and start making enough noise to where we get the attention.
Of other thought leaders of other people who can contribute to our community and turning them into raving fans. So what that might look like is it's going to Some of those people.
And it is, hey, come promote your book. In my group. I've got a thousand people who are raving fans. They want to hear from you. Come be on our podcast. Will you make a three minute YouTube video for our channel? Hey, now you've got an asset at that point that you can take to all these other thought leaders, to all the other people in your market who might have 50,000 followers, 100,000 followers, even 25,000 followers. And if you're putting your products or your audience to something that helps them, if you do an interactive.
YouTube video or, you know, you do an I love AMAs, you have them do an AMA in your group an ask me anything. Just come on into the group, do an ama. My audience would love to hear from you. If you ask 10 people, seven of them might say no.
Three of them will say yes. And what will happen is that now this thought leader is getting so much value out of what your community is contributing. They're buying their books, they're following them, they're getting all this interaction. They're gonna go, holy crap, man or woman, you've got a really great audience here. And now they start to notice you. That opens up a conversation for you, sharing our content. For you, having me on your show, for you, having me on YouTube, for you, retweeting my posts for you, recommending my product to your audience.
That's what we now, this makes everything easier. It's really hard to just go out and grind and pay people.
But it's really easy when you've got an asset that you can give them to give them exposure and then they notice you. Now that might open up the conversation of paying to play, of paying them. And I found value in once there is the audience going out and getting the big people and offering to pay them to be ambassadors. No one wants to have that conversation if there's not a seed audience. From the beginning. Nobody wants to come in and see a.
See zero followers. Nobody cares. So you have to have that initial seed audience first, pay to build it up, get them to interact, bring in some additional thought leaders, get them to contribute. Now we have an incredible foundation.
And we're going to keep doing this until our audience is 5,000 people. Because now we've got other people who are sharing our content. We've got other thought leaders who are talking about us recommending our products. It's look, it's me with Julian Bakery. Like, I have all my Julian Bakery stuff right over there. It's right there. My, it's with my Quest bars. I'm a raving fan of Quest and Julian Bakery. So.
I talk about them. I'm not paid for it. They don't know who I am. Tom Bilyeu does because he's coming to Freedom Fastline Live. He's the founder of Quest.
But. And I'm hoping to go tour the Julian Bakery facility with one of our backroom events next year. So they will know who we are. But I don't get any compensation for talking about how much I love Quest and Julian Bakery. I'm just part of their community. And since I've got a bit of a following, some of you have told me you've gone out and bought Quest Bars and Julian Bakery because I've talked about it. So this is what stage two looks like. You're getting a message out there. You're spreading it through other people's content. Other people are coming in and sharing with your community. You've got this now. You've got this distribution center almost of content and an audience.
This is where it gets really fun. So that's the growth because now there's a compound effect that happens of all these people contributing and sharing and spreading. And at this point, the Amazon apocalypse could happen. You don't care. Well, I'm not saying that wouldn't be a bad day, but you're immune. You can go and you can put up an e commerce platform and people will buy from you. Whole Foods comes to you and says, hey, we see your audience. We'd love to have you in. This is where you are now. You're bulletproof. Speaking of which, bulletproof does this really well. They have the raving audience. They launch the coffee line and the butter line, the MCT oil line. And what happens? They're everywhere because they have the audience first.
Stage three is the goal. This is where you have the audience and you can launch products to them effectively. You have their email list, you have them on Instagram. You can throw up there. Julian Bakery, just this morning I pulled up on my phone, but I'm on Facebook live right now. This morning.
Julian Bakery puts on Instagram.
Their new.
Their new donut flavored bars. Guess what I did. I'm on Amazon looking for the donut flavored bars. I can't freaking wait to try the donut flavored bars. It's the brand. It's the Julian Bakery flavor. I'm not even out of Julian Bakery bars, but I want to try the new flavor because I'm a raving fan. They put it on Instagram. What do you think that did to sales.
Out of the gate? They're launched. Do you think they cared about giveaways?
Do you think they cared that Amazon said that you can't incentivize reviews anymore?
No.
No. They put up an Instagram picture of their box. Let's actually pull it up. Hold on.
Here we go. So on Instagram, as of this morning, I'm gonna see how many likes they have.
So here their most.
This is crazy. Look at this.
The post. So I saw it today. It was posted two days ago. They're brand new. The new and improved vegetarian glazed donut paleo protein bar.
7177 likes on this post. It's an ad.
It's an ad and it has 7,177 likes in two days.
And how many. I didn't like it. So there's plenty of other people are like, yay. Glazed donut flavor are running out to buy it on Amazon or their website or wherever, wherever julienne bakery products are sold.
I'm one of them.
So no one cares that there's not giveaways. No one cares about the review changes because you have the audience now. Imagine how profitable this is if you combine it with the strategies that you already know, like blasts like asking for reviews, like Paperclip.
You see what happens when you bring the two together? What happens is the value of your company doubles. And if the goal is to build a company and sell it.
That could take a valuation of, you know, your business is worth a million dollars and bring it to two, three million dollars.
So some of you think that this is a waste of time. Some of you can't see the ROI on this. But when you go to sell your company, there's roi, millions of dollars of roi. And when you go to launch their next products in six months, there's roi. This is why we can rank for keywords. Not doing giveaways in three days. This is why we can get 500 reviews in a weekend.
Because we have the audience. Because we put in the work, we put in the grind, the growth and the gold. And now we're bulletproof. So if you want to have a little business that takes sales on Amazon, don't do any of this. If you want to have a real brand that is like, you can go to bed at night and not worry about waking up in the morning and making sure that sales are going to be there. Like, if the first thing you do is wake up in the morning and make sure that the house hasn't burned down. Make sure that you still have sales and you're tired of living your life like that. This is the process that gets you free of that.
If you're worried that it's all going to go away, if you're worried that Amazon is going to penalize you, this is the formula that gets you free of that. If you've been wondering why you can't recruit brand ambassadors and it's not effortless for you, this is the formula that gets you there. If you're not sure how to do content marketing and get people to rally behind you, this is the formula to do that.
Okay? That is the structure of the content I have for you. We can talk about reviews and rankings here in a second, but I want to pause and go through any questions that you've got because a lot of them came in while I was on that rant. Okay, we're going to start on Facebook Live here. There were none that came on Facebook Live. Awesome.
My website and my brand has no followers. Okay, well, we've gone through exactly what you need to do about that.
Have you connected with influencers that also produce sounds, audio files in your topic and that have the audience? Yes, we have. Some of them we pay, some of them we don't pay.
What if you already have the products but no audience? We've covered that in super detail. Ari says, can you answer Nick's question? Question? I don't know. Maybe.
Amazon doesn't give customer phone numbers anymore. Is it still possible to take customer data and dump it into Facebook ads? So we talked about this where you can do it through email address. So if you do the email append and then you bring that into Facebook, you can retarget them that way.
How do you create an audience with an older generation? The same way you create them with a younger generation. Find out where they hang out, put the content that they want to consume in front of them and advertise them until you've got the audience you want. Hey, Sonny, you're back. Why'd you ever leave, man?
Alright, cool. So.
Do you want to talk about the 500 reviews in a weekend?
Do you want to talk about how we rank? Three days.
Two weeks ago, we ranked a product for like a major, major keyword, like an impossible keyword. We ranked in the top five in three days with like seven reviews.
I promised that I would tease this.
All right, cool. I'm getting tons of yeses on this on Facebook Live. So here's what I'm going to do. I don't have time to go through it. Today we're going to do a training that we can put into the tribe. We'll record it live and then we'll take the recordings and we'll put them into the tribe. Here I'm going to make an offer. I'll do this because it's going to take a few sessions to go through this training. We'll put, when it's all recorded, we'll package it up into a nice little bonus in the tribe. I think I'm going to run like a review and rankings something. I don't know, I'll come up with that, but I'll go through.
How we leverage this audience to go out and we can literally like pull the lever and get hundreds of reviews in a weekend. They're all within Amazon terms of service. They're all verified reviews. They're all great. They're all from raving fans. We just pull the lever. We get hundreds of reviews in a couple of days.
Oh, Anthony put up interesting posts in Facebook Live. Extracting customer data into Facebook without phone numbers. Facebook now accepts files with zip code, city and state info. So you can do it with address now. All right, so that, that helps. Actually helps massively. So what we'll do is I'm going to do a training on how we get hundreds of reviews in a weekend.
How we rank really quickly right now. Like we can rank for any keyword we want right now without doing a lot of giveaways. I mean, we took a product, actually we took a product from. It was on page four. That might be an exaggeration. It was on page three or four. It was just absolutely buried. It was a losing, losing effort. It was a losing product. Like it was one of our failures. One week later, after running this process one week later, number three for the main keyword, number three. Now, this was a two year old product, so we've been able to use it to take products that are not doing well and make them do insanely well. Go from page three to number three. No giveaways.
Flip the switch. Now rank number three for the keyword. Now. It sells every single day and it was not doing well before. So we'll record a training, we'll take that training and we'll put it in the tribe. Here's what I'm going to do.
This is my offer. If you want to attend it live, I'm going to give it away for free. For those of you who sign up to come to Freedom Fast Lane Live this weekend. So if you want to Attend it live. Go grab your ticket because I know a bunch of you have been putting this off. Go grab your ticket for Freedom Fast Lane Live. We'll take that and we'll make the recordings or the live recordings, the live sessions available. To those of you who take me up on this, we're gonna put the recordings into the tribe. If you want to attend them live, go over and grab your ticket to Freedom Fast Lane Live. I'm gonna throw one additional cherry in here. If you already have a ticket, you're good. Then you already get the emails for it. Bring some friends, that's what you can do. I'm gonna throw one other cherry in there. I am going to reopen the pre launch price for tribe members only for tribe members. This is not going to go out to everybody else. So that link.
Www.Freedomfastlane.Com insiders.
So freedomfastlane.com insiders this is going to be just for tribe members and we're not going to announce this. If you want to send friends to it, you can because it is a public link. But for the next couple of days, this is going to be your back door into getting the early bird price. And we're going to throw in the reviews and rankings bonus. Now we're going to open up that bonus to other people, but they will not see the discount. So this is just for tribe members. Tribe members can attend the reviewers and rankings training live. And if you go to freedomfastslane.com insiders.
You'Re going to see the early bird pricing. And if you want to bring friends, refer them to that link over the next couple days. We're only going to leave this up for a few days. We are going to open up the bonus to the rest of the community. But this discount is only for you. So freedomfastlane.com insiders is the backdoor link. We'll leave this up for 48 hours or so just, just for tribe members. And the bonus if you take me up on it, is the reviews and rankings training. It's going to be either a two or a three part training. It's going to go through our 500 reviews in a weekend strategy that are all within Amazon's terms of service. We're going to go deeper into the extraction process so you can build up your audience and your community.
And we are going to go through the rankings processes that are working right now to allow you to rank for just about any keyword. We are, I mean, we are just killing it with rankings right now.
So that's@freedomfastlane.com insiders the two part the discount and the reviews and rankings bonus is just for tribe members. We we're probably going to limit this to about 150 people or so, so we will open that up to the list. But I wanted to give you guys first go at attending it live and getting the discount. Cool.
Just2good99 says when does the tribe reopen? You can always apply to join the tribe. We do not. You cannot just pay money to get in. You have to apply. We're a curated community now. We filter people out. If you want to apply for it, go to freedomfastslane.com Click on the tab that says tribe and it will walk you through the application process. If you are a fit, then someone will call you. If you're not a fit, you won't hear from us. Or you might be referred to the brand builder boot camp, which you can also find@freedomfastnating.com click on the Brand Builder Bootcamp and that's our one year to one million strategy.
Chris asks, do you need a big audience to do this? Well, so the answer is no. If you have a few hundred people, that will certainly help.
But if you don't have it, you'll just go through our extraction process and that will give you the audience that you need to launch something to go through this process. So that will give you the audience that you need. Rita says, so excited. Look Rita, you are sitting on a gold mine, my dear, because you are already doing the hard part. You're doing the content piece. You would really benefit from this strategy that we've gone through in the last hour. If you pay to show up in front of your target audience, your growth and your audience is going to grow so much faster. You're already doing a really great job with your audience as far as content goes. Some of your videos have a couple thousand views. You will really, really amp that up.
If you add in some of the other things we did. Mark Gilmour, not go socks. They're down 2 0. So happy about that. You already had your decade, so move out of the way. It's tribe time now. I hope to see you in San Fran, though. I kind of miss you from our backroom events. Come join us. Cinta, I never heard from you. Are you going to be in San Fran or what? Are you still hiding from us? Rojc says, how do you apply for the tribe? Go to freedomfastlane.com, click on tribe. It'll walk you through the application process. Ari, if I want to drive your non tribe traffic.
If I want to send people to the offer, where should I send them? You can send them to the insiders link. Freedomfastslane.com insiders I'll put the link over here.
Apparently I can't put links in here. So freedomfastlane.com insiders is the link. Apparently I cannot put links in the YouTube chat, but it's freedomfastlane.com insiders. Kellyanne Fettio, my favorite person. You missed a really exciting hour. Hey, would anybody like to summarize what we talked about in the last hour? For Kellyanne Fettio, we talked about the extraction process, how to take your customers and get them onto lists and get them to follow you our social media pages. We talked about how to leverage that following to get brand ambassadors and how to get them really excited about us. We talked about then how we use that to launch. We talked about the Strategy for getting 500 reviews in a weekend.
And yes, the link to get the insiders discount for Freedom Fast Lane Live and get the reviews and rankings Bonus is at freedomfastlane.com insiders what else did we talk about for Kellyanne Fetio, one of our favorite people who just decided to join us here at the end of the call. We talked about how rankings are really easy right now and we're able to rank in like three days for just about any keyword without doing a massive amount of giveaways.
We talked about how, oh, you know what we didn't touch on. Oh, thank you, Clement. We talked about creating subgroups in your following to get really, really raving, engaged fans and then distributing them into our other platforms and letting them be our raving fans. We talked about how to use those subgroups to get a lot of content and get our audiences creating a lot of that content for us. Tony, good to see you.
Tony. This would work really well for what you're doing, by the way.
What else? We got one thing we didn't talk about. Oh, like yes, you can you go to that link. Freedomfastline.com insiders.
So what is the one thing we didn't talk about is profit margin. We did not talk about how this solidifies a profit margin. So one of the just to keep the examples simple and consistent. Julian Bakery. They're expensive. They're like 29 or 39 bucks for a dozen bars, which is higher than average. And I don't care because I'm already a raving fan. Right. So if you've got that audience, first of all, you can Launch products just like Julian did this weekend with their new donut bars. And you can, you can launch those products profitably without having to do giveaways and massive discounts. But the other thing is when you've got that raving fan base, you're less price sensitive. So if, if a bar company that I don't like drops their price five bucks, does that swing me to buy them instead of Quest or Julian Bakery? No, I've already made my choice. I'm used to paying it. So it doesn't matter to me what the other people are charging. It just matters to me that I can get the product that I choose. So some of you are in these commodity driven markets where you've got no following and it's a price war and a review war. Well, you need less reviews and you have less price sensitivity. When you've got that raving fan group, when you've got those thousand to 5,000 fans, it doesn't like, you can charge whatever you want and people will still show up. That's the power of going through this process. That is where the ROI is. So if you're trying to calculate the ROI of this process, just think how much your business would change if you did not have to play the review game. I'm sorry, the price war game. If you could charge five bucks a extra per product and you're currently selling 100 units a day, that is, that's pure profit. What if it's two bucks a day, two extra bucks per unit. If you could charge two bucks more and you're selling 100 units a day, that's sure profit. And that would simply come from having the raving fan base that will rally behind you. That's the power of this. So even if it's, you know, if you're selling 100 units, 150 units a day times $2, that's 300 bucks a day or an extra hundred grand in profit. That's where your ROI is. Would it make sense then to spend 25 grand? And I'm not saying you have to, but would it make sense if you're going to make 100 for years to come, Would it make sense to spend the money now to build up the audience? F. Yeah, it would. There are compounding returns to that.
There are compounding returns to launching products to that audience. See tomorrow, Joe. There are compounding returns to the profit margins that are increased as a result of having those rating fans.
That is the power of this. That's why it's worth going through this process right now.
Alright guys, let's wrap this up. I'll take final questions if you want, but the link to get the bonus class and the discount on F2L2 is freedomfastlane.com insiders and if this has been helpful for you, would you please either give me some hashtags I know or some likes on Facebook Live just so I can see the feedback. If this wasn't helpful for you, ask a question, I'd be happy to answer it for you. So I'll stick around for another two minutes or so. Give me some likes or some hashtags or you can ask a question. I'd be happy to make this valuable for you if you've still got lingering questions. Thank you for all the likes. I appreciate it and this was fun. If this was fun, say do this more in the comments because I kind of like this style versus the zoom hangout that we've been doing. So I would enjoy this process more. So if this was more value to you than the traditional hangouts, let me know and we'll consider doing more of it. Final question from Marvin. How do you get your audience to engage you more once you found the audience? I think I've covered that in pretty good detail. You can put them into subgroups, you can boost your content to them, you can ask them questions, you can simply ask them what they want and then give it to them. You can put them on live sessions. All of that will get them to rally behind you more.
Awesome. Thank you for all the love.
When is the training about how to rank?
Not sure. I'm gonna have to record it first. It'll be. It'll be a couple. It'll be at least.
It probably won't be up in the tribe before the end of the year, but you can attend it live as soon as we record it, which will be in the next few weeks. Hey Long Wong. Good to see you, man. I didn't know you were.
Thank you for the feedback. Brian.
I have an audience of 4,000 people. At what point do you consider this to be a thousand raving fans? Do you measure it based on engagement metrics? Yeah. So if you can put something out into that audience and you're getting a few hundred people to like it, comment, share it, that's when you probably got a fat. Like on average it's not going to be a thousand people. But if you're getting a few hundred people engaged every time, you probably got 1,000 or so raving fans. Will you ever head to the UK for a live Talk. Yeah. If there's an audience that wants to have me, sure.
I love yoga Page. I don't know what your question is, Michael.
We did not do that as a group, if that's what you're asking. Okay, gang, once again, the link for the bonus class is freedomfastlane.com insiders. And just one more thing. If you're in the brand Builder bootcamp group, the whole point of you being in there is to graduate, to have that product line growing. So you can graduate and we can put you in the tribe or we can partner you with other people. That will make you grow faster. If you're in the tribe, your entire focus right now should be on audience building because you've already proven the concept. You're already building million dollar businesses. If you've already, if you're already pacing a million dollar business, then you can apply to join the back room. We actually have, we're meeting up tomorrow in San Fran. We're renting a yacht, we're meeting some investment groups. That's where we really get hands on in the business. So that is the Ascension model. The brand Builder boot camp puts you on the.
Thanks Mohamed. I line up the beard. If you're in the brand Builder boot camp, that is the roadmap to a million dollar business. The tribe connects audience leaders, brand builders and investors to accelerate your growth. Once you have a proven million dollar business, you can join the back room which is where the real magic happens. Alright guys, thanks so much for being here. If you have friends you want to refer to Freedom Fast Lane Live, we have that insiders discount for just the next couple of days@freedomfastlane.com insiders and I will see you guys on the next time we do this. This was fun for me. So thanks for the feedback. Would love your feedback via email or Facebook message or in the Facebook group if you just want to talk a little bit about if you enjoyed it or not, you know, make that a post in the Facebook group. That would mean a lot to me. So the other people who didn't show up know to show up next time. If we could get all 800 people on these calls, these would be really, really fun and engaging. We could really make magic happen out of this. And it's scalable because Facebook Live does a good job. YouTube Live is really stable. So thank you, Jason. Appreciate the love on the guns and we'll do this more often if we can get the audience to rally behind it. So if we get the audience, if we get several hundred people to say they want to do this more often. That would give me the juice I need to show up and deliver this type of stuff more often. All right, I love you guys. Thank you so much for being here, and I will see you next time.
