Ryan Daniel Moran argues that getting rich is straightforward if you cultivate a positive attitude and consistently create value for others. Getting rich isn't hard. I mean, if you work the most minimum wage, terrible dead end job in the world and you show up and you smile and you whistle on your way to work and you're good to your customers, one of two things is going to happen. Someone's going to notice you and give you a raise. Or number two, you're so good to your customers that somebody's going to have an opportunity and hire you away. You can stand out just by having a positive attitude. And then the next step is always looking to create value. Look for creating value for your customers, for your bosses, for your coworkers, for everybody around you. Because people want to bet on others who create value for others. Because that's how money is made. Money is a reflection of value. So if you find a person who is always looking to create value for other people, that person is a winner. You just need to become that person. And regardless of what industry or what opportunities or lack of opportunities are around, you will find your way into the inroads that create more opportunities.
