A short sermonic/financial YouTube monologue arguing that broad economic indicators (stock market, GDP, government size) tend to grow over time and people should participate in that growth rather than hoard assets. The speaker invokes the Parable of the Talents to illustrate that fear-based hiding of resources results in loss, while an optimistic, proactive approach multiplies wealth.

I think that over time things tend to get bigger and better over time. Stock market goes up over time. GDP goes up over time. Government tends to get bigger over time, things tend to grow. And so we can participate in that growth or we can be constantly afraid that it's going to go away. So we hide what we have. I think this is what Jesus was teaching in the Parable of the Talents. Jesus chastised the person who took his talent and buried it so that it wouldn't be lost. And that master threw that person to where there was weeping and gnashing of teeth. He was so afraid that what he had would be lost. And that passage concludes by saying to he that does not have, even what he does have will be taken away from him. That was the person who was so scared to lose what they had that they buried it. The person who thinks that the world is going to get worse tends to hide what they have. The person who sees an optimistic future is the one who multiplies their resources.
