A business owner with seven products asks Ryan Daniel Moran which one to focus on. Moran advises leveraging your existing customer base to generate reviews, since the owner hasn't hit 100 reviews on all products yet, while keeping sales channels open.
But we skipped some of the steps. Like we don't have 100 reviews on all of our products yet, even though we have thousands of cut at this point. So I'm going, where do I go from here? I have seven products because we kept launching. How do I zoom into the most important thing?
Great question. First of all, and the fact that you have skipped some steps and already have thousands of customers and multiple products, good work. That means you've got a lot of firepower to work with.
Okay, great.
Because you've got more firepower to work with. All we need to do is as a company, create a goal together that all of our activity is going to align behind the next step in the process. So for example, you say that all of our emails or our content is going to be reviews driven for a while. We're going to email those reviews out to our list and invite our customers to go leave a review. Now this doesn't mean that we stop selling product 3. It doesn't mean that we stop running pay per click ads for things that are already working. It just means for the next, however long it takes, we put our focus into turning the momentum that we have into reviews.
