Short YouTube clip (shorts) featuring a conversation between two speakers about emotional management for entrepreneurs. Main claims: depression stems from dwelling on the past, anxiety from over-focusing on the near future, and peace arises from being present; entrepreneurs should cast a believable positive vision to motivate action rather than slip into anxiety about near-term outcomes.

Anytime you get depressed, you're spending too much time thinking about the past. Anytime you get too anxious, you're spending way too much time thinking about the future. Anytime you're peaceful, you're here. So as an entrepreneur, we're typically living here, right? One day. One day. One day. That's fine, because you're casting a vision where we're going, but it's not like, what if this doesn't work out? There's a big difference between vision and anxiety, because vision is like, one day we're going to be the biggest versus, oh, my gosh, what if this thing doesn't happen next week?
That is so true. Because if you believe in the future, that is when you're going to have either euphoria or. Or anxiety. So if you're casting a vision and your vision is a positive one, and you believe it, then you're euphoric and naturally motivated and you wake up ready to go to work. But if you've got a negative view of the future, which just means fear, and you believe that, then that becomes chronic anxiety. So the trick that I have found is casting a vision that you can believe in enough in order to take the action steps necessary or coach yourself into believing it until you're naturally doing the actions that are in alignment with it.
