When I'm 80 years old, I'll look back on this chapter of my career as the refinement period. Like going through the fire. Heard Wes Watson talk about building your comeback story and how, you know, for me, I got me a lot of money in my 20s. I invested it pretty poorly at 30, and I've been rebuilding ever since. And as part of that process, you rediscover who you are. You rediscover what you're good at. You rebuild your talents. And this was like my refinement period of getting beat up, chewed up, figuring it out, trusting some people that I shouldn't have trusted, learning how to evaluate business partners, evaluate deals, decide what's really important to me. And when you come out of that fire now, you're a sharpened sword that's ready to cut down some things.
