Today, what I would like to do is to go through my plan that I am following in order to launch my new company, which is called Switch. And what our plan is to take that to $100,000 a month in sales. And I think you'll be surprised by the simplicity of it. It almost exactly follows the plan that I talk about inside of my book. 12 months to 1 million. You can grab it on Amazon. Our plan is to launch all three products within the first 30 to 60 days. If you follow my work, you know that I talk about having three to five products that each sell at least 25 sales a day. So that you have 100 sales a day, which is at a $30 price point, $1 million business or my target, $100,000 a month in sales. So our plan to do that is we're taking these three products and launching them pretty quickly within one another. And they all complement each other beautifully. I start with the person in this case we're talking to the entrepreneur, who is a work at home entrepreneur. It's myself. I'm my own avatar and most of the time when we all start businesses, our avatar is ourself. And so when I'm talking to myself, I know that I have a few pain points when it comes to working at home. I don't have a whole lot of separation from work and home. I don't really have a very good ritual for building structure in my life. So I've developed this three stage nootropic. And so what we are doing to take this from 0 to $100,000 a month is we're taking these products and starting on Amazon and we'll use my list to kind of get the initial push. That's the launch, that's the audience building part of the product process. That's how we'll get our first 25 reviews on the products. It's how we will start juicing Amazon's algorithm to start giving us some love. We'll turn on pay per click to start to get the momentum going for these products to kick them off. But then the magic happens. Then there's two more stages that we'll do probably within 90 days to really get this thing moving. The first thing is that we'll basically release a kit. We'll release the three products together as one product. So the products are probably going to be $50 a piece of $50. And so it'll be 150 for all three. But we'll probably do an auto ship option for 99amonth. So we'll be a significant discount for being an auto ship member. So the plan would be then to do our cold traffic advertising to buying the three part product. So our Facebook ads, our Instagram ads will all be pushed towards the $99 a month option. And what that does is it gives us 99 bucks, 100 bucks to acquire a customer. Now if I know that that customer is going to stick with us for an average of six months, then we could theoretically spend five to six hundred dollars to acquire that customer and break even. So would I be willing to spend a few hundred bucks to acquire a Customer who spends $100 to try this three stage product? Absolutely I would. How quickly can I build an audience? If I'm willing to spend a few hundred dollars to acquire a $100 customer, I can build that audience really quickly. And then there's a spillover effect because a lot of people who see the ads or the sales letter are going to go over and buy it on Amazon. People are going to pay $50 on Amazon or $150 for all three on Amazon. Why wouldn't they come over and if they like it, buy the $100 a month option when they see that sales letter? So you get this nice self feeding system. Stage three will start partnering with audiences and start going on other podcasts to talk about the product specific specifically start doing sponsorships, start maybe giving equity to people who have large audiences who will talk about it. The story that I tell in the book is when Aubrey Marcus went to Joe Rogan and he is like, hey, I'm developing this company. It's called on. It's a human performance company. Joe offers a talk about it on his podcast and Joe takes a large stake in the company, which is now worth tens of millions of dollars. And Joe, all he does is use the products and talk about the product. So I'll do the same thing with influencers. I'll go out to audiences, share the product with them. If they love it, then I'll offer to sponsor the podcast or I will even consider giving them points in the company so they have a vested stake in the upside growth of the business. And that's the three stage plan. And we could do all of that in less than a year. In a year's time you could have famous people in the space talking about a business because they love it. You can have 1,000 people paying $100 a month for your product that you got from cold traffic. The one caveat to this is the product actually has to be great. Sam.
