In this video, you'll learn how to get started with the Content Manager. The Content Manager simplifies the creation and editing of content heavy sites. From a single layout, you can generate as many pages as you need to create a site. These kinds of sites are called Dynamic Websites. A dynamic website is made up of dynamic site elements connected to a content collection, which is where you store and manage your site content. Dynamic websites are great for showcasing projects, portfolios and listings. Ready to get Started Once you've added the Content Manager to your site, you'll notice that you have a new button towards the bottom of the Add panel on the left hand side of the editor. Inside the Content Manager, you'll find the three tabs you'll need to create and edit dynamic sites. Let's walk through them. Under the main tab, you'll find two ways to begin building your dynamic adding a preset layout or adding content to a collection. If this is your first time using the Content Manager, we recommend you start with a preset. Presets are ready to use customizable dynamic page layouts. All you have to do is choose the design you want and add your content. After you've added a preset or a collection to your site, some more options will appear. In the main tab, the Manage Dynamic Pages button will take you to the Dynamic Pages panel where you can manage existing Dynamic pages or or add new ones. Clicking the Manage Content button will display all of your content collections and give you the option to create another. Note that you can also access this panel through the Main Content tab on the left side of the screen. The last button in the main tab is Add Content Elements. Clicking this does just what it sounds like. It lets you add new elements to your dynamic website.
