You. Hi there, my name is Celeste and I am an account manager here at wix. Today I'm going to show you how you can build an appointment using WIX bookings. Now, appointments are something that you can create for one on one lessons. Something like a personal training session or perhaps a private yoga class. The first thing you'll want to do is go ahead and log on to your WIX dashboard, click the Booking Services tab and click Add a new service. Now we're going to select one on one because this is an appointment. And then once this loads, we're going to go ahead and input all this information about our appointment. So this is going to be for a personal training session. So we'll go in ahead and add in that service title. Here's where you can add a subtitle so a little bit more information about the appointment and then add an image for visualization. Description and media. These are optional. Description allows you to say a little bit more about this personal training session and what it includes. Cover Image is just something that you can add to the top of that booking page. And then Service Gallery is a visualization for people to see what appointments typically look like for their personal training sessions or what the studio may look like. Service type is already selected as an appointment for us. And then service details. This is where you can add in the session duration. You can do one of the ones that we already have for you or you can always do a custom one as well. Add a buffer time is unique for appointments. This allows people after their hour long session, the staff member will have a buffer time of 10 minutes before their next appointment is booked. So you can always change this as well or have no buffer time. We'll go ahead and do 20 minutes price per session. We have fixed price, custom price, no fee for fixed price. Let's go ahead and say it's $50. And here's where you can change how the customer pays. They can pay the entire amount in person, online, either online or in person. Or they have an online deposit and pay the rest in person. We'll keep it online right now. Location. This is based off your business location, but you can always edit that later. Video conferencing is where you can make it a virtual appointment if you would want to. Service availability. Now this is where you'll select what staff offers this particular personal training appointment. So if you want all of your staff to operate, you can do that or you can uncheck this and you can select the particular staff members who would offer this. Here's where you can see the service availability. So once you select the staff members, it'll be based off their particular custom hours or the business hours, whichever you have had this set up as. Here's where you can add a pricing plan to this particular booking and then additional settings. Now, another thing that's unique for appointments is you can allow people to automatically accept the booking, or you can manually approve or decline the booking request beforehand. Payment preferences. We've already gone ahead and done this above. And then booking form, you can either do the default booking form or you can always do a custom booking form. Once you have this all set up, go ahead and click Save and I'll go ahead and show you what an example looks like on a website. So here we have a personal training appointment. I'll go ahead and I will click on the photo and then I'm going to go ahead and click Book now. And then this is where you can see kind of the flexibility. So let's say that I want to go on the first of July and then I'm available to go at 1pm here's where I can select my staff members who offer this appointment and then I'll click next to go ahead and proceed to book my appointment.
