You. Hi there, this is Jenny and I'm an account manager here at wix. Today we will look at how to seamlessly integrate a video conferencing tool to your booking services. You can easily connect your Zoom account to your WIX site or even integrate a custom URL length if you prefer. A different video conferencing tool. Offering services online is a great way to reach customers that are outside of your immediate area, and it also helps keep operations flowing in the event that regulations limit your ability to meet in person. So let's dive right in from the service that you want to offer online. Come down to the Services Details section. You'll notice there's a section called Video Conferencing. So to connect your tool, go ahead and click Add. Here you will see the two options to either integrate your Zoom account or use a custom URL link for a different video conferencing tool. A couple of things to know about the difference. When you integrate your Zoom account, a unique invite link will be generated for each and every time somebody books this service. If you go with a custom URL link, it's going to be a fixed URL, so it will be the same for each time the service is booked. To move forward with Zoom, you can click Continue and you'll then be prompted to connect your WIX bookings to your Zoom account. So so click Connect, a new tab will open and you will be prompted to log in with your Zoom credentials. Once you log in, simply click Authorize to allow WIX bookings to use your Zoom account. Now click Connect and that's it. You've now connected your Zoom account to your booking services. The next thing you will want to check out is the Staff page. So go ahead and click Manage in Staff Save and Continue. Now here you'll see that the Zoom account we just connected is now the default video conferencing tool for all of your booking services. So what that means is anytime you indicate that a service should take place online, it will automatically use that default account you just connected. Now you can leave that as is, but in the event you want to allow your staff to use their individual accounts so they can hold online classes at the same time, you can come into the staff members page, click Edit Info, and you'll see here the option to add an individual account. Now if you add an individual account to the staff member's profile when they teach a service and it's indicated to happen online, whatever account you've entered here will automatically override that default account that you connected to your booking services so you can either leave them as the default business account or add their individual link. When a customer books a service with you and it's indicated to happen online, they will receive an email with the Join meeting link. You'll see here thank you for booking. You're all set and there is that unique meeting link that they can access at the time of their service. There's even the password indicated if you've set up your meetings to be private now when somebody books one of your services you will also receive an email with the details of the booking as usual and you'll notice there's an additional link, the video conference link. So when it's time for that session you can just click Open Session link and you and your customer will be connected. Again. Offering online services is a great way to stay connected during these times and WIX makes it easy to connect your Zoom or any other video conferencing link that you might use.
