In this video, you'll learn some tips and tricks to help you get more out of your collections. Now that you've got a collection set up and ready to go, let's explore additional features that will help you take full advantage of its capabilities. If you're not in your dashboard already, go to Settings on the top bar and then click My Dashboard. From here, you can click on the Content Manager to see all of your collections. From the Dashboard's Content Manager, you'll have access to the Backups Tool, click Backups, and then add Backup Now. To protect the content in your collections, the Backups tool can let you get an automatic backup every seven days. Manually create up to three backups and restore any of your backups in a click. Organize your collections using the Filter and Sort buttons on the right. Don't worry, this won't affect the way your content is displayed on your live site. To set up rules on who can interact with your collection, open the Content Manager from the Editor. Click on the three Dots icon next to your collection name and choose Edit Settings. Here you can set up your collection's permissions under what's this collection for? Choose from one of the existing options, or click Custom Use to set your own permissions that suit your needs. Be sure to save your changes. Use the search bar in the top of the editor to find additional information on features or elements and navigate straight to them.
