You. Hi there, My name is Jenny and I'm an account manager here at wix and today I'm going to show you how to schedule and launch a livestream event from your desktop using WIX video. So the first thing we'll need to do is get that event scheduled. So you'll come to your video library section of your dashboard. Then we'll click into the live stream section. Here's where you can schedule your next event. Whether it's a live Q and A or maybe a group fitness class, whatever it might be, we can schedule this event and here's where you can start filling in the details. The first thing is to select a channel where this video will be housed. If you do this, drop down, all of your video channels will show up. For this example, we'll keep it in live stream classes. Then we'll select our date and our time that we'd like to go live. Now we can fill in the live stream details that will be visible to all customers, so we'll give it a title. You can also put in a photo to kind of be the branding of what this live stream will be. The rest of these are optional, but you can fill in some additional details such as categories, tags, also a short description about what they can expect in this live stream class. The next section is channel pricing. So here we have a few different options. You can do it as a free event if you choose. Anyone can watch. That means that anyone from the general public who accesses your site at that time will be able to view your live stream class or eventually you can also narrow that down a little bit to sign up only. And what that means is that it would still be a free event, however you would have to be signed up as a site member in order to view it. You can also make this a paid event in which the live stream can either be purchased or rented or both. And you can designate a price as well as how long a rented video would be available to whoever may purchase it. You also have the option to add in a trailer if you want to do some advertising for this event. Just simply drag and drop a video here that will display for anybody who wants to preview the event before it happens. Here's some additional information you can add about this video. If you do want to give any credit to additional contributors, you can do that here. And lastly, you have the option to let viewers embed this video, which simply means they will have the option to generate a simple piece of HTML code and be able to view the video somewhere other than your website. This is optional and you certainly don't have to turn that on if you would not like to. Once everything is set up the way you'd like it, go ahead and click Save Now. Once the time comes and you're ready to go ahead and kick off this live stream event, you can come back to this live stream area and you'll see here all of your scheduled events. It will tell you the date and the time that it's supposed to be scheduled and when you're ready to go, you can click Go Live now from Desktop or from Mobile. Please note that we will be going over streaming from Desktop today. The instructions for streaming from mobile are little different, so just please make note of that. If you do plan to stream for mobile but from desktop, we'll click there and you'll want to make sure you have an encoder downloaded before you go live. And if you do, this message will pop up and you can hit I have an encoder. And then the last step to kick off your live stream event is to copy the server URL and stream keys into your live stream encoder. Once you copy and paste those into your encoder and start streaming from there, you will be live and visible to all your members.
