In this video, you'll learn how to start using the Content Manager to make your website dynamic. You'll learn how to add the Content Manager to your site, how to connect it to your design, and how to manage and build out your content, all without affecting your site's design or using any code. We'll start from a blank website. Go to the Add panel on the left, click on Content Manager and click Add to Site. Once added, you can choose a template depending on the layout you want to use to display your content. In this example, we'll work with the pre designed Teams template so that all we'll need to do is add our content, whether that's text, images, URLs, or anything else we want to display. What you see here is a dynamic page that displays a set of content, so let's take a step back and look at what that means. Each template comes with three ready to use items. You'll now manage and store your content from your collection. This content will be displayed on the all page, a page where visitors can see all your collection items in one place. You also have separate pages where your visitors can see each individual collection item on its own. Let's look closer at the collection that's been set up for you. To access it, click on the Content Manager button that has been added to the menu on the left hand side and click on the Collection. Notice how each item in the collection gets its own row. You can switch out the placeholder content by clicking directly on fields like a spreadsheet or add your own with the Add button. Now here's what happens when you add an item to the collection. A new team member gets added to the page that displays all items and at the same time a new dynamic page gets created for this individual new team member. You can navigate between these pages by clicking the Site menu button. Click on the link in the description below to learn more about these pages and how to work with them. Click on Preview in the upper right menu to see what your pages will look like when they're updated with your content. Now that you've published your site, you can also edit your collections by accessing your Content Manager from your Site Dashboard. Click on the Content Manager and then choose the collection you want to edit. Now you're ready to make your website dynamic using the Content Manager.
