In this final lesson of the Wix eCommerce marketing course, Margot, head of e‑commerce content at Wix, explains how merchants can expand their Wix Store’s reach by selling on multiple external channels. She walks through the step‑by‑step process of connecting a Facebook business page, setting up an Instagram shop for product tagging, and linking an eBay store for marketplace sales—all through the Wix dashboard’s Marketing & SEO > Sales channels section. The lesson highlights that inventory and order data sync automatically across Wix and the connected platforms, allowing merchants to manage everything from a single dashboard. Margot also mentions additional sales channels such as Amazon, Google Shopping, and third‑party apps like AdScale and Inkfrog, directing learners to the Wix App Market for further options. The session concludes with congratulations, a reminder that the course material is always available for review, and a prompt to continue to the next course on shipping and fulfillment.

Welcome to the final lesson. In the course, you have all the tools you need to market your wix Store. Now it's time to grow your business and sell on multiple channels. I'm Margot, the head of e commerce content at wix, and in this lesson, you'll learn how to sell your products on Facebook, Instagram, Ebay, and more. By selling your products on other channels, you can increase your brand exposure and your revenue. So when you sell on multiple channels, you're basically extending your wix Store and everything will sync. And you can manage your sales and inventory from one dashboard. By selling on Facebook, you can reach your followers wherever they're spending time, whether it's on social media or on the train, or even when they're scrolling in bed. Facebook ads, as we've covered in an earlier lesson, really help you reach the right audience with targeted ads. Selling on Facebook, on the other hand, gives shoppers the opportunity to buy your WIX Store's products directly from social media. Once you've connected your products to a Facebook shop, you can sell them on both Facebook and Instagram. Let's start by connecting your Facebook business page. So over in the WIX dashboard, select Marketing and SEO. Then under sales channels, click Facebook. Click Start now to connect your Facebook account and choose your business page. On your Facebook shop dashboard, you'll be able to manage your products. You can publish and unpublished products, share them, and set the visibility of your collections on Facebook. Just remember that Facebook needs to review your products before they get published. Your product inventory will sync between your Facebook shop and your wix store automatically, so you don't even have to worry about it. Now let's set up Instagram again. From your WIX dashboard, select Marketing and SEO. And this time under sales channels, click Instagram. Then click Start now to connect your Instagram account and again choose a business page. Once your account is connected, you can start tagging products in your photos. This way, when shoppers click on the tag when they're scrolling through their Instagram feed, they'll be able to buy your products from your site. They can also click the shop tab to browse all the products you showcase on Instagram. Now let's connect an Ebay shop to your wix Store. With ebay, you can reach an entire marketplace of shoppers and manage every order. Right from your wix dashboard, you can customize how your product will look and cost on ebay and sync all of your inventory. So let's show you how to connect your WIX store to ebay. In the wix Dashboard, select Marketing and SEO and under Sales channels, click Ebay, click Start now and then follow the steps to install. When you're ready to list your products on ebay, you can either choose individual products to publish or select multiple and published in one batch. In this lesson, we focused on Facebook, Instagram and ebay, but Wix also has more solutions to sell on channels like Amazon and Google Shopping, as well as third party apps like adscale and Inkfrog. You can check these out in the WIX app market. Stay tuned for more to come. Congratulations. You've come a long way and now you have the essential tools to market your store. This course is here for you whenever you want to review it. And if you're ready for the next round, check out course three on Shipping and fulfillment.
