In this episode of Wix’s “Now What?” podcast, host Rob Goodman interviews Davis Siksnans, co‑founder and CEO of Printful, a leading print‑on‑demand and dropshipping provider for online stores, creators, and entrepreneurs. The conversation opens with an overview of Printful’s business model—producing items only after a customer purchase, which reduces inventory waste and landfill impact, positioning the company as a sustainability champion in e‑commerce. The hosts frame the discussion around how technology and rapid change are reshaping business design, development, and commerce. Davis shares how Printful has fulfilled over 30 million items since its 2013 launch, navigated explosive growth during the COVID‑19 pandemic, and dealt with supply‑chain disruptions while maintaining a focus on sustainable production. He also reflects on leadership lessons learned while scaling the company, emphasizing adaptability, team empowerment, and strategic decision‑making in a volatile global environment. The episode sets the stage for deeper insights into the future of e‑commerce, the role of on‑demand fulfillment in reducing waste, and practical strategies for leaders facing rapid industry change.
