The video provides a step‑by‑step instructional walkthrough of Wix’s header and footer features. It begins by explaining the purpose of the header (site menu, logo, business name) and footer (contact and copyright information) and how they appear on every page. The tutorial then demonstrates how to add elements to the header using drag‑and‑drop, resize both header and footer with stretch handles, and freeze the header so it stays visible while scrolling. It shows how to change the header’s design by selecting a themed header or customizing it further, and how to preview changes in real time. Finally, it explains how to hide the header and footer on individual pages through the Menus & Pages settings. Throughout, the speakers guide the viewer through specific clicks, icons, and settings to achieve each task.
