Hi everyone.
Thank you so much for joining us today. Today we're going to talk about how to build and grow your e commerce business with wix. We're going to talk about the storefront, about the cart, about the checkout, the multi channel sales. We're going to talk a little bit about store management and marketing and SEO features, a little bit about payments and we're going to have a live session of Q and A. So the way we structure this conversation and thank you everyone for submitting questions ahead of time because we took these questions and we structured this deck and questions that I'm going to interview these great people that are here with me that I'm going to introduce you in a second. And if for any reason we have not answered something or you have any other questions to add, please feel free to add it to the comments. We have a team of people here with us who's going to answer your questions, send you how to articles and give you some resources and helpful information. So I'd like to introduce you to the team here with me. So we have Liat here, Liat Karpel, she's the head of WIX E commerce marketing at wix. Hi Liat.
Hi everyone. Great to be here.
Thank you.
And we have Ramon Ray. Sorry, he's the editor and producer of Smart Hustle and I would like him
to actually,
first of all, hi. First of all, thanks for having me. Thank you for joining us. We're very happy you're here with us. I would like to show you his
one second website
and he's also a WIX user. So we're very proud to have you here and talk about e commerce in our webinar. Ramon, please tell us a little bit about yourself.
Sure. Yeah. I feel I've been using wix before there was wix. I think WIX was built just for me, not the other millions of people you have using it. But in a nutshell, Ariel and Tamar, it's honored to be here with you and Liat. I love serving small business. That is why I exist to help small business owners start and grow. Wix does it your way, websites and e commerce. And I kind of take that knowledge and educate my community at Smart Hustle Nation. And of course you can see about me at Ramon Ray. So an author, event producer, speaker, global speaker and love educating small business owners. That's what I do day in and day out. I love pancakes on Saturday morning with way too much high fructose corn syrup. Beyond that though, I try to work out on a regular basis, but it's usually a net zero between all the sugar and the workout. It doesn't help anything. So that's a little bit about me. But I love people and honored to be here today and serve and join the conversation with my fellow panelists.
Thank you so much for joining us. We're really, really excited to have you here. Thank you. And I'd like to introduce you to Tamar and Tamar Ariel.
Hi.
And Tamar is the co owner of Candy Corner Israel and this is her yummy website which yeah,
feel free to
visit and you know, eat something and please Tamar, can you tell us a little bit about Candy Corner?
Sure.
So I moved to Israel with my family about 11 years ago and I'm originally from the States and so I wanted to try to bring something to Israel that was going to help bridge the distance between people who live here and people who don't live here. We all left friends and family back overseas, whether it's in America or London or Australia, it doesn't really matter where. And sometimes we can't be physically together, especially right now to celebrate life cycle events, weddings, bar mitzvahs, new babies. And so what we've created here is an online gift basket business where people from around the world can order gifts to their friends and family in Israel. We receive the order through our WIX website and we fulfill the orders here and send it out all over Israel usually next day.
That's great. Can't hear two more. Can't wait to hear more about it. Let me go back to the presentation. Liat, can you tell us a little bit about wix so we know some facts?
Sure. So I guess WIX is most well known as the website builder. We have over 155 million users around the world, but we also have over 500,000 active store. We have a full E commerce solution that we'll touch on today and we have businesses selling in 190 countries using a lot of different functionality on the platform. So that's about wix. I've been at WIX about six years and I lead the E commerce marketing team. Beautiful.
So let's start. One second, sorry. So I have a few questions that I've gathered again from those that signed up and especially for, I think for Tamar, if you can tell us a little bit how you build your storefront for an E commerce global company because we know you're selling nationwide. Not nationwide, I'm sorry, in Israel, but you're marketing all over the world. So for example, which Features did you use? So you have reviews on your website, specific collection, you tell.
Okay, so yeah, so when we started getting overseas orders, we wanted to build something that would be very user friendly, have an easy user experience no matter where you're sitting in the world. And a cousin of mine actually had a WIX website for his hockey team in Canada and said, hey Tamar, check this out, I think this is going to be the right platform for you. And it really was. I mean, I have no coding background, but I was able to hop onto wix and use some of the templates that exist and then customize them. So like for our business specifically, I needed to be able to show different collections of gifts, such as, you know, by theme. If you want like a baby gift or a wedding gift, be able to have our customers go right away and sort that by theme and also by price. Somebody might go on and say, I'm looking to spend a $25 budget versus $100 budget. And so Wix gave us that ability to have the user very clearly see on our website how they want to shop either by a theme or by a price. And then working within the WIX platform, we just tried to make it as easy as possible so that you click on something that you're interested in, you fill out the details that we ask for because the recipients are not the same people as the people ordering. Right. So you're giving a gift to somebody. Wix has been very, very helpful over the years to work with me on that, on that nuance, to make sure that the information was actually being captured properly by the person who's buying the gift and the person who's gonna receive the gift. So we've been really very blessed to work with wix and we hope and we hear good feedback from our customers that it's a very smooth user experience no matter where they're sitting in the world.
That's great. I bet that there are some pain points in marketing and in general creating a global e commerce company. Maybe Liat or Ramon can touch on that a little bit.
Liat, I'm happy to give the baton to you first, then I'll go after.
Sure, sure. So, you know, I think that we try to provide as many tools on the platform as possible to make that seamless. So all of our websites can use multilingual functionality, which means your website is translated to whichever languages you choose. We have a multi currency converter, so that means that your customers can shop in their local currency. So those are things that help kind of ease that challenge when you're dealing with different audiences. We also have automated taxes. So if you have to collect different taxes from different areas, that's not even necessarily just an international issue, but even within the US itself, if you're selling to different states, you want to make sure that you're collecting tax accordingly. So that's another great feature. I guess we'll touch on it also a little bit later with Tamar. But everything around shipping and fulfillment, so everything from the information you need to provide on the website, all of the policies and those kind of things that you would need to touch on for an international audience. And then in terms of marketing tools, we have with Send by Wix, which is our integrated CRM and marketing platform. So that's going to help you do all those things like email marketing and social media marketing, even creating your social posts or videos, all of those things. Not necessarily for an international audience, but definitely an area you're going to feel the challenge more, I would say, is sales channels. So, you know, with the WIX E commerce platform, you can connect multiple sales channels to the same platform, which means you kind of manage all of your inventory and all of your store on one platform and then choose where you sell. So the website is one channel that you're selling on. But maybe you want to sell on social media channels like Facebook or Instagram, or maybe you want to use Google Shopping or maybe you want to sell on a marketplace like ebay or Amazon. So those are also other options that you can integrate onto your store platform. And we've also come across in terms of storage, certain international markets users who have very local or niche marketplaces that they want to integrate with. So that's something you could do using Corvid by Wix. It's our coding solution. So you could think about connecting specific marketplaces onto your site. So I think I'm giving you food for thought. But Ramon, I'll let you maybe bring up from the marketing side and then I'm happy to kind of back and forth with you. There's.
Sure, yeah, no, I was just going to bring up two things. I think that to blend in with Tamar and you said Liotte, I think there's two parts to building a website. I think that you have the WIX customer part of it, meaning Tamar, Ramon or etc. I think that's one half of it and that's so important, the integrations you talked about Liat and things of that nature. But I think the second part and Tamar you touched on it And Ariel, you did as well is what does your user see? And I think that's powerful as well. Which WIX does well. But speaking in general as people are looking for a tool to help build the website. But then E commerce, you can't forget about the customer, you're in the back end building it. Building it and then you realize 85 year old grandmother goes to buy it and she can't figure out how to buy it or 13 year old Becky, whatever it may be. So my point is, I think for me that's the power of E commerce is that one tip as we go along here is that there's building it, the features and integrations which Liat aptly expressed and said so important. But then also remember that end user because if you get your head. Tunnel vision I guess is a word we'd say in the US and I respect the international audience who may be listening is that. But we call it tunnel vision or blinders. If you forget also that people have to look at your site, if you're looking at it just on a 40 inch monitor, does it look good on a small screen? And wix, I know, does those kind of things well and all that. So I think that's my perspective, I'd say especially underlining what Tamar had said, just the two sides of the building it. But then your customers, if they can't find the buy button or they're not happy, one click away, you're done.
This is so true.
So true.
We actually have, maybe Liat can touch on it a little bit. We have reports, we have like analytics and reports in the dashboard where you can see the funnel so you can actually see how people are starting from the beginning from, you know, from traffic until purchase. And if you see that there's a drop in the funnel, it's something that you need to fix and work on it. And we give you all the, all the tools to look at those numbers and create a better experience. A user experience.
Yeah, for sure. So first of all, I would say to all of our current WIX users and WIX merchants listening in, go to the comments now because they're probably sharing a link there for you on that. So our analytics that Ariel is referring to is pretty new. It's been out for a couple months now. So if you haven't already run into that in your dashboard, you want to go and take a look. It's in the same area that you would see your analytics previously, but now you have another tab there called reports. So there are a couple of really cool features there. One I would say is that you can actually customize the reports yourself. So this is a little bit hardcore, I will warn you. Recommended for the data driven and not faint of heart, I'll say. Even my first time round I had one of my analysts like sitting next to me. I was like, am I doing this right While I was building out my report? But you can do really, really cool stuff. So I would play with that and it comes out of the box, I think with 13 different reports that are already made for you. So. So if you can't figure out the more complex analytics stuff, go ahead and use those. They're great. They give you a lot of insights, I think, like to connect the two pieces. And Ramon, I think you were touching on it. I would say buyer journey, right? Like think about that experience of whatever buyer is coming to your website. And then I would say first of all, make sure that you're already giving them all the information they need. Tamar, I'm sure this is a huge challenge for you guys because you're showing products that people cannot interact with, right? They don't get to come to your store and put together the gift basket themselves and then say that this is what I'm going to give my cousin for their new baby. They have to look at it online. So any information that you're providing, great photos, sometimes even videos, help make sure that that product page is kind of your window or your in store experience so that people really understand what the product is. Because that I would say is one place you're going to lose. Then I would say, I think Ramon also touched on eliminate unnecessary clicks and steps and buttons. If people want to buy from you, please let them. Let them click the buy button and go to cart and give you some money. So I would say make sure that if you don't need to be hurt, like bugging them with additional steps on the way, don't do that. Think through your membership strategy. Think about if you want people to sign up first before they make a purchase or if you want to let them go through the purchase flow and then collect that information afterwards. Ramon, I'd love to hear your opinion on this because there are kind of like two ways you can go. As marketers, we all want that email information so we can keep communicating with you. But on the other hand, as a merchant, you want to make sure that someone's getting through that sales funnel as quick as possible.
Yeah, no, that you're right about that. And I think that's a great Point. I think that before I answer this question, I will touch on the part. You know, analytics is kind of like people say taxes. I know when people talk about taxes, profit and loss, I get headaches. In fact, as I'm saying the word right now, I can feel my heart rate. Oh, I can feel my heart racing. I'm saying that jokingly because it's not a strong area of mine. But the point is, as Liat said, and I encourage those who are newer, those of you who are ninjas, like Tamara, you probably know this, but the newer people get into the weeds. Everybody saw I want to retweet. How can I do this? It's all cool. But get into the weeds of why is it that people, you know, I don't. Somebody's buying lip balm or whatever they're buying from you, they're not buying. 20% of the people, 30%, they're not buying. You need to understand that. And again, we won't talk about it in detail today. I'm sure WIX has a lot of material on that. But the point is that's the unsexy, as it were, pardon the vernacular, word of business. But it will help you. And to the point about collecting email, Leah, you're right, it's so important. So here's what I would do. I would think that if you can keep the buy button and that experience, and you mentioned that funnel, I think you said, Leah, these are words that people should go back to and learn from. Or WIX can provide resources, provide that, provide that. But you also want to get repeat customers, referral customers and et cetera. And that's where either after the purchase. And also, don't forget incentivizations. My English is not very good. I think my Hebrew is better probably
off on you, Ramon.
But the point being, you know. Exactly. My wife, for example, and you have to know your customer. So tomorrow's customers could be business type. Maybe they're not so focused on the coupon. But my wife, she'll scroll coupon 5% off shoes. Yes, we'll buy 50 of them. So if you can integrate that kind of thing, you'll capture the email.
So that's a great point. And I actually want Tamar to share from her experience because she's using, I think she's using an automation to bring back those users to purchase. Can you tell us a little bit about that?
Yeah, definitely. So one of the cool automations that popped up, I think last year or the year before, at least that's when I found it is called abandoned cart, which is exactly that. Sometimes you don't get into the details every time a buyer drops. Although I've definitely learned from you, Ramon, that we should be reviewing that much more frequently. So thank you for that. But the automation, it happens on its own. And so when the system sees that someone put something in their cart but did not actually hit the buy button, within a short amount of time, maybe a day or two, that person will get an automated email saying, hey, we see you left something in your cart. Are you interested in coming back? We'd love to have you back, or whatever the wording is. And we've had good success with that. So that automation really, really helps. And also we touched on a little bit about the members, the member feature. We're seeing more and more people signing up to be members of our website. And so then what we can do is create email blasts to just them, just our members. Not all the customers who have bought from our site, but just our members. Those who have taken a little extra time to invest in our business, we're investing back in them. And so we're sending them special coupons. They're getting a sneak peek at a new collection. You know, something we're doing just as an aside point now is personalizing. Personalizing gifts with someone's name on it. And so we blasted that out to our members first so that they could see that first. So that's something that we feel has really added value to our connection with our customers.
That's great. And as a user, I love to give my information because then when I come back, I have all the information saved, like my credit card, my address, everything is there already. So for a shopper, it makes my life easier.
And Arielle, can I touch on that point you just made, please?
Sure.
Yeah. Just the aspect of the shopping cart abandonment one. I mean, we are in a distracted world. Somebody is getting ready to buy a gift basket from Tamar. Daddy, I gotta go pee pee. They're distracted. Ten minutes later they're not going to remember where they were. And then to the point you were making about the customization that is so important as well. Again, I think we often forget those of us who build E commerce and those who are listening today is that it's annoying. I bought. We'll use Tamar three red gift baskets. Why does Tamar say all you people or everybody who bought everything? I just bought three red ones. So to my point is personalization. Customization. It's powerful, makes you feel welcome.
Right.
And amazing information. Tamar I know that you're also like. Can you tell us a little bit how you utilize the mobile app to create this connection?
Definitely. So the mobile app is something we use all the time, specifically for our customers. So we have the chat feature that's on the mobile app. It's also on the desktop. But when I see that a customer is online or at any time during the day, I could turn that on or off when I want. If I'm in the middle of a client meeting, I'll turn it off because I'm not available to chat. But when I'm not in the middle of something else, I'll turn it on. And this way I can see when customers are on our site real time. We'll get a ping that you have new customer. And not only that, it shows me where they're from, which is very helpful information. If someone's sitting in the States or if it's late at night, do I think they're about to actually buy something or not? That's valuable information. Again, there's an automation that will pop up on that customer. Hey, you want to chat with us? Anything we can help you with? To take it one step further within the chat feature, I could recommend products to them. So it's not just hi, Sally, I see you're on my site. Would you like to buy something? Anything I can help you with? Sally will then write back and say, yes, I'm looking for a $40 gift for a wedding. And I'll say, oh great, look at this product. And I can go right through my catalog and click a product and send it to her. So it's real time. I don't have to say click on this page, go on that page. I mean it's, it's so valuable.
That's great.
I'd like to touch on one of the comments from our chat. From the comments, someone's asking where is this cart abandonment app? So this is not an app, this is a feature that is in your dashboard. So like go into stores dashboard and you'll see there or just under automations.
Yes, there's like a really quick access. You have your products orders and immediately under that abandoned cart. It's right there. Right?
And all of you can go to tomorrow's website right now. Buy something, all millions and millions of you. Then don't buy it and you'll see it happen in action. So do it now. Try it.
So now we're going to make you work hard for those orders today.
Love it. Thank you.
So I love that we discussed a lot of our features for managing your store, but I would also like to touch on managing your orders like the back end of your daily job. Tamar, maybe you can share with us how you do the fulfillment. What exactly is the process? What do you use for shipping? Because I know that this is things that people that are just starting their own business are searching for these answers.
Right, okay, so some of what you're asking is very specific to Israel, which is where I am, but some, some of it is not. So WIX has integrations with many different companies that I work with. And so when I see an order come through, I will get an email of that order. So like when I wake up in the morning here in Israel, which is still midnight on the east coast, let's say I'll look right away and I'll get those emails coming through with new orders. And another way to do it is just to go right to the dashboard and I'll see my orders. But the nice additional piece is we work with a startup company here in Israel called Fetchy, F E T C H Y. They're a great company that has negotiated rates here in Israel with the major shipping companies, ups, dhl. And so that order is being funneled right into the FETCHI system. And so I don't have to start copying and pasting the details of the order. It's going right through to Fetchy. And with a few quick clicks, you know, customizing, like what size box do I want to send? They I finished the process right there and I schedule a collection with UPS or dhl, get that gift ready and fulfill that order and they come that day and pick it up. And then also the customers will get, which is a very nice feature. The customers will get automated emails through the system because the email address of the customer who ordered that gift is also funneling through. And so when UPS picks up that gift, automated email back to the customer saying your gift is on its way. When it's delivered, another automated email. So over time I've had a WIX site for really many years, but it's just gotten more smooth as the years have gone by.
That's great. So thank you for touching on Fetchy because maybe Liat can mention we have some more apps that you guys can use. Maybe Liat, do you want to mention a few others?
Yeah, sure. So I'll start by saying we are really, really focused on improving warehousing, transit, times, shipping costs, an overall delivery experience for our users businesses. So we keep adding more and more fulfillment and Shipping solutions, we have some big ones that are international ones that maybe most of you are familiar with, things like ShipStation and ShipBob and Shippo. So check those out. We're the platform is also directly integrated with usps. So when you do print label from your dashboard, if you want to just use the USPS integration, you can do that. And we also offer great discounted rates on the shipping for all of these apps. So check out the shipping rates. But we also have a bunch of local fulfillment solutions. So like Tamara mentions the fetchi one that she uses. So wherever it is that you're based, check out the options that we have. The other important thing that I'll say is that we have open APIs for this area. So if you work with a very specific fulfillment center that you want to use, even sometimes it's a local one just for your city, you can pretty easily connect that using Corvid on wix. And I'll ask Satine now to share a link also to the WIX marketplace. So if you're not super comfortable with, with code and connecting an API, we have a lot, a lot, a lot of experts who can do that for you at very affordable rates. So I would check out that option too. So essentially, whatever performance solution you want to use, you should be good to go ahead and use. And here I'm going to kick it back to Ramon, because the last time we spoke, we spoke about a topic that I think is still a big issue for everyone, considering the COVID 19 ongoing challenges all around the world. We're like opening up, closing back, easing up, reopening. I think we're going to be in this position for a while and we started to speak about the challenges of adding delivery or curbside pickup. A lot of businesses never had to deal with this before and they're suddenly facing a lot of new regulations. So I don't know if you have any recommendations for businesses in kind of that challenge at the moment.
Absolutely. And I think the broader scale that I like to talk about is just the aspect of think bigger, think strategically. Yeah, this doesn't help you right now. People saying Ramon, how does that help me today? But I think it's the aspect that we all have to change, we all have to adopt. So I think that's one just to get people thinking of that. And again, my heart goes out to those that may have had to close their business, those who may be in still very difficult times. There's people like that all over the world. But I think Liat, to your Point, you're right. Going back to Tamar, had talked about the partnerships Fetchy and many others. There's a whole industry of companies that may be formal or had been niche or niche, depending on where you are in the world, a whole laundry list of companies that maybe had targeted bigger brands. But now during this time, as we're all changing a lot of these companies, Liat, as you've mentioned, they're innovating as well. So you're a restaurateer, you're an online store with a simple phone call and paying minimal dollars per month. Meaning not like I have to custom code it for 35,000. No, 99amonth. US$249 a month. You have it. You can also be a big company, as Tamar is doing. She's doing what she's doing, her and her team. But with a few buttons and integrations, she's operating like the big boys and girls would do. So I think, Liat, to your point, to you small companies out there, you guys who are hurting out there, I think the biggest thing you need to do is just stretch, just find a partner. And I think the wix, what is it? Not marketplace, Liat, what's the people who can help you?
Yeah, we have the WIX Marketplace and we'll add a link there.
Yeah, go out to them. Because those ladies and gentlemen, WIX is doing what it's doing. A great company, but I think WIX would, and Arielle would agree. WIX doesn't want to or can't do everything. Almost world domination. But there's a few things it doesn't want or can't do. That's where partners come in. Hey, I need you to take my site, make it flip upside down and sing this and spin and do cartwheels. Well, a WIX partner can do that. WIX is probably not going to make your website do that.
It's great that you touched on it because I just saw that someone was asking in the comments about integrations, like other sales channels that my WIX website could be integrated to. So both. Tamar has experience with it as far as I'm concerned, so maybe she would like to start. And then, Liata, I would love if you can tell us a little bit more about that.
Sure.
Okay. Yeah. So we definitely integrate with all the social platforms, right? All the social platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads is all pulling content from our website and we're able to sell on some of them directly, some of them. It's a little bit more limited here in Israel. Because we're an Israeli based site but we're hoping they're going to open that up soon. But definitely strong on those socials. And also our business is very picture visually oriented and so if we can include something from our catalog on the Facebook ads, it'll then funnel it right back into Wix for hopefully for sales certainly.
Right. So that's great. And maybe someone was asking about Amazon, about ebay.
So Liakh, so out of the box we already offer integration with Facebook, with Instagram, with Google, with ebay. So ebay is live already. I think it's almost fully rolled out. But if anyone is not seeing ebay in their dashboard yet for whatever reason, just ping us in the comments and we'll open it up for you because we can do that. The product team is going to kill me. But yeah, Amazon is coming really, really soon so that I don't make them have heart failure. But yeah, so Amazon very shortly.
That's great.
I see by the way, a lot of people asking us in the comments to review the website. So this is a great idea and we're actually going to do webinars and review websites. So stay tuned, stay tuned for our upcoming webinars and we promise to do that.
That sounds like a show. Ariel, the WIX Web Awards.
Coming soon. Well, they do it on Instagram for like web wix designers. Why not do it for websites?
That's right.
Ariel, just 1, 1 sec about sales channels before we jump to the next one. And Ramon, I'm gonna ask you your opinion here too because I think one of the things that people love to speak to me most about is sales channels versus websites or marketplace versus website or marketplace versus B2C. Like I get it in every possible framing. I'll start with kind of my take on it and then I'm sure you have a lot more experience with working with businesses on this exact issue. But first of all, I don't think it's an either or issue. I always say that there is no reason you can't have all of them. But that being said, obviously every channel has a cost. It has a cost of time, energy, your team, resources, money that you need to invest in it. So it's not always possible to connect all of them. But I think I find that businesses don't necessarily start out by asking what they're trying to achieve. Right. Because I think it's easiest for me to answer if I know who are you trying to reach? Like, do you want to get new customers who haven't already shopped on your site. Do you want to re engage existing customers? Do you want people who are like very focused on a specific product or intent or are you going after some kind of demographic or like people with preferences? And then once we start to answer those questions, it's easier to think about which channels to match them on. But I think the sales channel one can be a real challenge for a business who started out on one channel and then they need to kind of take that leap and stretch into the next one. So what are your recommendations when you get to that point?
Yeah, that's a great question, Liat. Thank you. And I think that for me, I think my advice dovetails. What you were saying. I think that new people may think, oh, I have to be on all 452 different marketplaces and websites. You know, eBay, T Bay, 3 Bay, Zamazon, Amazon, Bamazon, Klumazon. You'll just go spinning crazy. But I think for especially those who are just starting out, I'm a firm believer, as you know Leah, you have to have your core website. Obviously Wix provides that. Again those starting out, build in small, build from there and look at where your people are at. If everybody you're selling to is on Instagram, these are my words, not Liat scenarios, forget wix, go on Instagram, just build your whole business on there. No problem if that's where the customer's at. But for most of you, the core foundation, I think that website's important that face for the especially the new customer, nobody knows you, you're showcasing it then from their branch off. I know many people who are making good millions of dollars on a variety of platform. But guess what, they didn't start yesterday or today. They've been doing this for 1015 years. So they're seasoned. So that'd be my advice. Start small, grow with you can test and I think Tamar said this, she's mentioned this two or three word Automation. Automation. Automation for us small people. Listen, this is Smart Hustle headquarters right here. Global headquarters right here is that you want to do automation. You want to do as few steps as you have to. Customer does this and three things happen automatically. So that's my advice. Automate, Automate and let you know one button to click. No matter as you grow, you don't want to do import export, a thousand different things. Your hair will be low like mine.
So another word about marketing. Marketing to a global or not just global marketing to your audience. Lia, maybe can you tell us a little bit about Facebook ads? By wix.
Sure.
So what we spoke about before were just integrating sales channels. So you have, let's say a Facebook account. You connect it to your e commerce platform on Wix and you use that Facebook shop to sell on. Right. So people see the product in Facebook but when they click to buy, it happens through your Wix website. We have another product out that's called Facebook Ads by Wix, where we actually have an AI that will run your Facebook ads for you. It learns your audiences, it creates lookalike audiences, it optimizes your targeting. So Ramon, you can check it out. I'm sure you're really well versed in the world of Facebook ads, so I'm not sure it's meant for you, but definitely for anyone who is starting out or is intimidated by doing Facebook and Instagram ads, which if you're not familiar with those interfaces or how to set them up or how to do the optimization or just don't have the time like Ramon said, you have a million other things you need to do for your business. It works really, really well. So I recommend you guys checking it out. You set your own budget so you can grow that budget with you as you go and you can adjust it based on different seasonal needs of your business. But we are seeing users who are seeing like 40% growth in sales within a couple weeks. So it's a really recommended tool to try out. Great.
So talking about SEO, we mentioned it very, very briefly, but Lou here is asking if does WIX SEO work by itself or do I need to subscribe to another service? So that brings me to Elliot. If you can tell us a little about, tell them a little bit about the SEO wiz.
Sure. I'll give the technical side and then I'm sure Tamar and Ramon can speak to it from personal experience. But no, it's all fully integrated. In the dashboard we have the kind of wizard that walks you through the different steps on your website for things you can do to help yourself. So there are different things you can do in terms of the titles on your page or the content you have on a page, which keywords you should be using in the world of E commerce, definitely on your product pages, making sure that you have all those descriptions and images. So the wizard will really walk you through anything that needs to be optimized on your website. It'll list you on Google automatically. So that happens really within a few minutes of you clicking the list button. So that gets your SEO up and running and you can do world class SEO on wix. WIX does it on wix. So we speak from personal experience. But Ramon, how have you found the SEO experience?
Sure. No, I love it. I mean, I think this happened to me. I was getting an SEO audit done just on some things I'm doing and my own vanity. Ramon, Ray and I went and there was like a small something. Wasn't you know, Ramon a speaker or whatever it was. I wanted to say, Ramon, global speaker, something like that. Point is, I change it in the WIX SEO. It could have been hours, days, not sure. And the time is irrelevant. But the point is it's powerful because it works. So I would just encourage. And I'm sure Tamara does this a lot. That again, these are the details, which may be a bit dry, a bit boring. A bit. Do I have to? Especially for the newer people. Even those you experience. Stay with us, we hope we're helping you too. But even for the newer people, these are the drier things. But that make an impact in your business. When people are on that phone searching in something, how does the Google, how does it show up? The almighty Google, it's SEO. So my point being these things are important. You know, when people are searching on. I want to send a gift to somebody in Israel, etc. Etc. I'm sure tomorrow, you know, these things are important. Is it gift basket, gift bag, is it chocolate candy or is it chocolate croissant? I'm sounding like I'm French, even though I don't know French. Point is, is that how is it it matters.
Yeah, absolutely. I'll just jump in and say that certainly when we started our website, we also went through the SEO optimization. I learned very quickly how to get into that metadata. But it's again, I have no programming background and to be able to manipulate in keywords and then like Liat was saying, make sure your images.
