Wix Reviews: Drum Artz Canada

Drum Arts Canada is a Canadian charity that works with children and youth. We use the drumming as a model to teach community engagement, mentorship skills, peer help, as well as leadership development and employability training. So helping youth get jobs.

I've always been kind of a shy kid. After getting involved in drum arts and performing, this kind of opened me up to, like, new places and new experiences. Definitely developed a lot of confidence. I see kids that come in with no rhythm at all. At the end of camp, I'll see them being able to do these complicated grooves. So it makes me proud as an instructor.

Funding is a huge problem in the charity sphere, especially with arts education, so we can't spend too much time figuring out all the tech stuff.

Any hour I take working on the website is an hour away from something more important. You want something fast and easy to use to reach your audience. It's night and day between trying to write something by hand and build it in wix.

There's an interesting connection between the samba
