Wix Reviews - Jamie Ramsay, Photographer

I've always been interested in drawing and painting and photography. As an artist and a photographer, what I really enjoyed doing was connecting with people and taking pictures and finding out the stories behind the people I was taking pictures of and opening conversations through a photograph. I am a really good retoucher. If people don't notice the work that I've done, usually people only see the final product, so they don't understand all the work that went ahead of it. So that's why I use WIX as kind of a visual representation of my work. Obviously, like, the biggest thing is to be out there online, right? Because that's how people find you these days. So much of how business and our culture is conducted is having a presence online. So I definitely recommend wix. It's like working with Scotch tape and scissors. You know, you're just putting stuff together where you want it. Especially with photography, you want to look at the images. You don't want to have to, like, read a whole paragraph about something. There isn't, like, tons of stuff to scroll through. They can see the before and after and infer the work that went on. You know, people would always ask me, oh, you do this, you know, like, what's your website? If I don't have one, then that's really tough to describe my work. So having a website is huge. It's a huge part of me being successful and continuing on, especially freelancing and finding new clients and exposing myself to other people. I'm Jamie Ramsey.
