In this short testimonial interview, Lisa and Bridget—founder/CEO and CEO/president of Stretch Play Yoga—explain their mission to provide children’s yoga classes that nurture social, emotional, and physical well‑being, helping kids grow into healthy adults. Bridget shares how she discovered Wix while researching DIY website builders, was attracted by its HTML5, mobile‑first capabilities, and used the drag‑and‑drop editor to create a responsive website for Stretch Play Yoga in just a few hours on an iPad. The conversation highlights both the value of yoga for children and the ease of building a professional, mobile‑friendly site with Wix.

What we do is we bring children's yoga instruction to
kids and we're all about developing the social, emotional and physical well being of kids so that they can grow into healthy adults. I'm Lisa. I'm Bridget and I'm CEO and founder of Stretch Play
Yoga and I'm CEO and president of Stretch Play Yoga.
Yoga is great for adults, but it does some amazing things for kids. I started doing yoga breathing with them, teaching them how to do some poses that were really helpful and fun for them to distract them or to make their bodies feel better. Found that it just worked. I was
up one night just thinking about, okay, you know, I was all excited about working for this business and getting things started. And I saw this article on this do it yourself website and WIX was one of the options on there. And I went to their site and one thing that drew me in was that they that you could create a website in HTML5. You're always working off iPad or you know, people are always on phones. We wanted a website that could accommodate technology and how people are using things. And I went through and started just dragging and dropping pictures and cut and pasting into one of their templates. And I pretty much created our website in a few hours in the night I
come back into the office and Bridget's like, here's our website. And I was like, I'm blown away. It was beautiful, it was great.
