London. We're a
hip hop alternative band and the name of the band is We Are Sirens.
Kidding me.
We're constantly merging our sounds
and style, each individual, and mashing it up.
There's a huge energy with us in the audience. We have the energy on stage and we wanted people to see
that energy online. We wanted to use wix because it really enabled a lot of creative freedom. It's just purely what looks good, where and how we can really set it up without any limitations.
Especially for someone like me who has zero knowledge of building websites, gave us a whole lot of freedom to put our stamp on it.
All in all, it took about four days from conceptual design to final release. I think music is really about that sort of sense of connection, expression,
giving something to the audience for them to resonate back to you. I feel like we were able to stay true to our style and our art with Wix.
What I really love about the website is the SoundCloud app. ITunes, iTunes. Good one.
Mine's probably embedding the YouTube music videos.
Mine's the gallery so I could see how awesome we are out myself.
Yes, I think when you're able to connect with the fans through the website, you're able show them a snapshot of who you really are as a band and that's what the audience loves to come out to see.
