Karina I'm Karina Klingman, scientist turned CEO of a talent strategy consulting firm. I've helped over 85 biotechs hire and develop thousands of amazing employees. I created the Biotech Career Coach Podcast to give you simple, actionable, step by step strategies to help you land your dream biotech job, then move up the career ladder. We decided to expand the reach of that and make it into a podcast because it turns out we kind of like podcasting. We have another podcast called Building Biotechs for our recruiting firm, which is Recruitomics Consulting that'll be linked in the show notes below. And there we just interview really fascinating people from across the biotech industry who are involved in building biotechs in one way or another. But here in this podcast we want to speak directly to folks that are doing career explorations that are on the job market or who are looking to climb the corporate ladder within biotech to give people actionable tips and tricks that they can use right now, today and in the future so that they can build a career they love. We are so excited to share this with you and over the next few weeks during our first episodes, we're going to explore NETWORKING both on LinkedIn and in person. We're going to explore interviewing and why that's so scary and some actionable techniques to make you better at it. We're going to answer career related questions. It's going to be a little bit of everything that will help set you up for a great career that you're excited about, that you love, that you get up every day, excited to do so.
