Hello, this is Kathryn hall from the national association of FHA Consultants reaching out to you today because we are eight days away from the 203K Discovery Days West Coast Edition being held next October 3rd and through the 6th in beautiful Irvine, California. During those four days, Thursday is going to be a wonderful reception on the beautiful Newport Harbor Cruise yacht. But if you can't make that Friday, Saturday and half day on Sunday morning will be devoted to sharing and expanding your knowledge of the world of renovation consulting as it applies to conventional loans, FHA mortgages and even VA loans. At this conference we're going to be teaching you that VA loans will now be utilizing renovation consultants for all rehab loans that exceed $50,000. $50,000. Yes, VA loans can now be up to as much as the borrower can qualify for and we'll need a renovation consultant to do the write ups. So that's just an idea of one of the things that we're going to be talking about. Another thing we're going to be sharing is information about how to benefit from Fannie Mae home style mortgages and how to be able to be that resource that real estate agents, lenders and contractors go to for information, support and yes, business opportunities.
