Hello, this is Kathryn hall, executive director of the national association of FHA Consultants. And it's Halloween. I am in my office and I'm working on our event for next Friday and Saturday. And I just stopped to realize just how amazing the speakers that we have going to be scheduled for next week. And I thought I would just share that with you.
