Join us for the 203k Discovery Days

Hello. Kathryn Hall, Founder of the national association of FHA Consultants here. I'm super excited to invite you to the 203K Discovery Days event happening this September 21st and 22nd in Boulder, Colorado. As a home inspector, you simply can't afford to miss this event. What I mean is you're going to get two super packed days of money making secrets. Third, some of the topics and events complete 203k consultant certification, training and Application Preparation. When you leave this event, you will already have everything you'll need to submit your package to hud. We even print it off and give you the Priority Mail envelope to drop in the mail. FHA Minimum Property Standards Evaluation, Training, Defect Recognition and Cost Estimating For a Rehab Consultant we're going to tell you how to use the quickest and most effective tool the Genesys Rehab Reporting System. We're going to teach you how to use this most powerful and easiest reporting system and we'll give you hands on application right there. During the event we're going to show you what's working now marketing and relationship building techniques and give you the opportunity to use them during the event as you work with contractors and lenders right in the audience and something everybody goes crazy about. Hands on experience as you take your home inspector hat off and walk through the Inner Nachi House of Horrors. I am so pumped up about what you and your key team members are going to get out of this event and I'll tell you why in just a second. First click the link with this video to book a ticket for at least one key team member and yourself to this event. Because we only have 100 seats and there are already so many people who have already locked in their seats and before we even ended the early registration from June. Now, I've helped hundreds of home inspectors in markets all across the US easily increase their revenue by thousands each month by adding 200 3K consulting services to their list of activities. If you're a home inspector with three or more years of experience, then not only are you eligible, but you are desired by HUD as the most qualified candidate to become a 203k consultant. It's the perfect addition to your list of services because the work of a consultant is 50 to 75% less labor intensive than a home inspector. There's no climbing onto steep, dangerous roofs, no crawling into wet, cramped dark crawl spaces, no removing those heavy covers off of electrical service panels, and most importantly, practically no liability. Plus, the income is 60 to 200% more than home inspections and there's no hurried hectic timeline that requires report delivery in 24 hours or less. Your 203k profits could easily fund your retirement, pay for your new family, your next family vacation, buy you a new car or more. You can manage your projects and take control of your time in a way not possible for with pre purchase residential inspections. Book your ticket to the 203k Discovery Day event right now and easily add four figures to your monthly sales following the event. You see, there is a growing need to assist home buyers and owners with their goal of purchasing a safe, attractive, well functioning and affordable home. Rehab loans fill that need, but without qualified consultants in all markets and areas of our country and many of these deserving and eager borrowers can't take advantage of these loans. That's where you come in. We're going to help you get trained, certified and equipped to start claiming your piece of the pie being served in your community. You're going to get access to everything you need to start and grow your 203k business in your market, which can easily add an extra four or multiple four figures to your monthly sales with very little effort. And it will also bring in more home inspection clients. As you build relationships with lenders, real estate agents, contractors, investors and homeowners, you'll be sharpened, encouraged, enlightened and refreshed as you rub shoulders and make new friends with fellow home inspectors from around the country. This experience will give you what you need to go from and take your business to the next level of success. On top of all that, you'll also gain more knowledge and value to your market by experiencing amazing House of Horrors where you'll witness more defects than you've probably ever seen in your entire life. You don't want to be the home inspector in your community who's not aware of certain requirements and that can keep your buyer from their next new home simply because you were not aware or exposed to them. Now you can be when you walk with your key team members using the tools we give you through the House of Horrors, you will be taught how to identify FHA Minimum property standards.
